CHAPTER 28 THE VILLAGE

Next day.

In the woods where the X High School Camping.

The morning sun begins to shine and warm in every place it shines. The birds begin to chirp with the merdunya, as if competing with each other who is better. Surely there is no way the school will make its students really hungry. It was just nonsense for them to be eager to help later.

After arriving at the village, Lily and her group immediately find a family they must help. The family they were headed to lived at the end of the village.

The family was a single family, an old grandmother.

After passing through several houses, there was a group of 7 in the house they were headed to. Walking into the courtyard, there was an old grandmother who was weeding out various equipment. Politely the group leader greeted the grandmother.

"Greetings grandma, we're students who have been assigned here to help grandma today. I Bagas next to me there are Alion, Alvaro, Alvano, Pandu, and Zidan. Meanwhile, for the girl group there are Lily, Selli, Angel, Maura, and Anggi," said Bagas kindly.

All that Bagas had introduced, each bowed towards the grandmother to greet her.

With a smile the grandmother nodded kindly.

"Hmm well, you can call grandma with Grandma Lastri's call like the villagers call grandma. Come here, each one take a tool on the ground. After this we will go straight away. Today grandma needs you to help in the fields" said Grandma Lastri.

Without asking anything more, hearing the grandmother's words without further ado, they each picked up a tool on the ground.

The village visited by SMA X is named Gading village. Formerly the forest in the village had a large group of elephants. However, due to the hunting of irresponsible people. The elephant population is declining and is almost gone. This is why the name of this village is Gading village.

After team 7 reached the field. They were surprised by the very beautiful expanse of rice fields. Unlike the forest where they camped which only had green trees. It has a very interesting view here.

Straight away they went down to the field when they heard the direction from Grandma Lastri.

They were very difficult at first but getting better every time. The work for other groups is similar to what they do. Almost every house is a farmer.

There are actually several houses that work as hunters as well. However, the school couldn't possibly assign them such dangerous jobs

"Once, the kids come here we eat first. Clean your body in the well over there,” cried the grandmother.

Hearing the words of the grandmother one by one the members of team 7 began to rise, and clean themselves in the well.

"This is very tiring" complained Agas.

"You'll hear it, Grandma Lastri" said Alvaro.

"Let's hear it, I don't care" said Agas annoyed.

"Haven't be so noisy. Look, Grandma Lastri has prepared some good food for us there. He must have had trouble preparing that much food. Don't complain too much here" said Bagas.

"It looks like you're right" Agas said guiltily.

"Let's hurry grandma is waiting" said Bagas again.

After she finished immediately she pulled Lily away from the well. They joined his friend who was already resting in the hut.

There's plenty of food neatly arranged there. Seeing that everyone had gathered, their spirits began to eat.

Today is an exhausting day for every student of High School X. But from here they learned many things. When they can be so easy to play, they still often complain even a few times to refute their parents. Many people struggle just to find food.

Life lessons for them that they should be more grateful for what they have.

The students were tired all day. No activities tonight, everyone can rest in peace.

Tomorrow is the last day of camping. The last activity is exploring and testing the guts at night. Then it closes by displaying talent in front of a campfire.

In a tent, members of the OSIS are busy holding meetings discussing tomorrow's activities.

Ending the meeting everyone dispersed back to their respective tents. Zayyan who still had to clear up some things had to stay alone.

After he finished, Zayyan intended to return to his tent. However, suddenly there was someone who entered the tent of OSIS.

"Febbi? Do you need anything?" ask Zayyan.

He was quite surprised why his sister's friend went to the osis tent at a fairly late hour. Faithful people should have slept because fatigue had worked during the day.

But considering he was his sister's friend. Zayyan decided to ask first.

"Look, brother Zayyan, I want to ask you for a favor" said Febi calmly.

"Well, you can sit there first. And tell me what kind of help you need. Until you have to come here this late,” said Zayyan.

"Isn't there a guts test tomorrow. Here you know not Rena is timid, careless and directional blind. I want to ask for a map so that Rena can learn it first,” pinta Febi memelas.
