Chapter 39 - Meeting Her Mother and Sister Harsya

Biom approached Rissa who was still enjoying breakfast.

"Young Master told Miss to come to her mother's house."

"Why should I come?"

"I don't know, Young Master just told me to tell Miss."

"All right, I'll get ready." Rissa stepped into her room.

"Why didn't Young Master bring Intan or me too?" Rama asked Biom.

"It may be because Miss Rissa is a cousin of Young Master and can calm the Big Lady if she is angry with her son and daughter-in-law" Biom said.

"It could be, but why wasn't I invited as well? I'm so lazy to deal with that weird woman."

Biom chuckled, "There's no choice."

"Oh, I can't imagine what he'll do again."

"You have to be patient" Biom smiled wryly.

Rissa had finished dressing up, she then approached her cousin.

"Why take me to aunt's?"

"Only you can soften his heart" replied Harsya.

"I guess you wouldn't dare go there alone. That's why I took me as a charmer" Rissa said.

"Yes." Yeah."

"Let's go now!" take Rissa.

The four of them went to the residence of Abraham Shahbana.

The journey takes 4 hours by road.

Arriving, Anaya held Rissa's hand tightly because she was so afraid to meet her mother-in-law even though she had met and had time to help her.

Harsya saw his wife clutching his cousin's hand and then pulled the woman's arm and grabbed her.

Rissa just chuckled looking at her cousin like a jealous person.

"I'm your husband, just hold my hand!" whispered.

Anaya just nodded.

The four of them entered the luxurious mansion that belonged to both of Harsya's parents.

Anaya lowered her face when faced with her mother-in-law and sister-in-law who were throwing smiles.

"So she's your wife!" Madya stared at the woman who lowered her face.

"I think I know him, Brother, Mom." Elijah said, watching the woman in front of him.

"Try lifting your face!" titah Madya's.

Both of them seemed to be in disbelief, if the woman who was with Harsya was the same person when helping them.

"He helped me out that day, Mom!" Elijah smiled happily.

"He was also the one who had helped Mother," Madya said but not as eager as her daughter.

"Well, that's exactly it. Turns out you guys already know each other" Rissa chimed in.

"What did my mother and sister really say?" Harsya looked at his wife's face.

Anaya nodded.

Harsya smiled, "Why don't you talk?"

Anaya could not answer.

Elijah approached and hugged Anaya, "I'm glad that Brother is my sister-in-law!"

"Mom doesn't agree with you with her, Harsya!" Madya said firmly.

"Why, Mom? What's her fault?" ask Elijah.

"She's the daughter whose parents caused your father to die, El!" reply Madya.

"Auntie, but Anaya is just a victim of slander" Rissa explained.

"Yes, Mom. Anaya is innocent, she's just a victim. The culprits are his father and mother, we can't blame him!" Harsya chimed in.

"Mother still disagrees, let alone her lower class. His education is not comparable to yours!" Madya.

"Why do you look at people by their status?" ask Harsya.

"You're educated, you're the leader of our two giant corporations. It's inappropriate to be with such a poor woman!" madya.

"Mom, Sister Ana helped Mom at that time. He never looked at the person he was helping" Elijah explained.

"She actually knows who Mom is, she's just pretending to be innocent and kind" Madya said.

"Auntie, why are you talking like that?" ask Rissa. "I know Anaya very well, she's an honest girl" she explained.

"Enough, Mom. Don't vilify my wife!" harsya Sentak.

"You're yelling at Mom just for the sake of a poor woman like her!" Madya pointed at Anaya with her index finger.

"Anaya's been suffering a lot, ma'am. I bought it from both parents at a great price. She has been sold by her father and mother, she is very different from the women that Mom introduced me to!" Harsya.

"What's? She sold?" Madya looked in disbelief.

"Mom can ask Biom" Harsya replied.

"What's right, Biom?" turn his eyes to his son's assistant.

"Yes, Madam. The Young Master accidentally bought Miss Anaya from both her parents for thinking she was the culprit but all was not right. Miss is just a victim of the greed of her parents" Biom explained.

Madya was so limp hearing it.

"Auntie, Anaya is a good girl. Rissa is sure that Harsya will be very happy with her" said Rissa.

Madya approached Anaya who was hiding behind her son's shoulder.

"What are you going to do?" harsya asked, trying to keep his wife away.

"Mother just wanted to hug her," replied Madya.

Everyone in the living room who was initially wary finally smiled.

Anaya looked at Madya's face doubtfully.

Harsya let go of his wife's hand.

Madya immediately hugged her daughter-in-law, "Sorry!"

Anaya was silent, she did not return her mother-in-law's embrace.

"I'm sorry your mother-in-law misjudged this!" Madya let go of her embrace.

Anaya nodded.

"What if we had lunch together?" take Madya to look at her daughter-in-law.

"May too, Bi. I was really hungry, knowing the long journey," said Rissa.

"Distant journey? Where are you guys from?" ask Madya.

"Auntie doesn't know that Harsya...."

"Mom, we'd better just eat!" Harsya cut off his cousin's speech.

"Harsya, can you explain what Rissa said?" Madya.

"There's nothing to explain, for me you're all fine" Harsya said.

Meanwhile, at the Harsya residence in the far corner. Intan is so bored alone at home even though he is not the only occupant.

There are some rules that make it stressful especially Anaya is not at home.

Intan came out of the room because it was lunch time. He approached Rama because the other servants only obeyed the man's orders.

"Sir.." said.

"What's wrong?" Rama answered the greeting of Intan with a ketus face.

"Now it's lunchtime, can I take a ration?"

"It's only one o'clock."

"But fifteen minutes have passed, sir."

"Who are you?"

"I'm a friend of Miss Anaya's, sir."

"Tumben once said your speech politely," said Rama.

"Sir, this is so strange. I said politely wrong, speaking rudely was also wrong," Intan said.

"Go to your room, I'll have the servant deliver it" Rama said without looking.

"Alright, Sir. I wait in the room," Intan said smiling, he stepped back into his room.

Ten minutes later, the waiter delivers lunch to Intan.

The girl grabbed the tray with a sumringah face. He closed the door, put it on the nightstand.

Intan eagerly enjoyed her lunch. Just a few mouthfuls of her stomach ached.

Intan rushed to the bathroom, a few minutes later she held her stomach. He wanted to continue eating suddenly his stomach back in motion.

"Oh my God, what's wrong with my stomach? I threw it away this morning, why is it so heartburn" he murmured.

Intan ran to the bathroom, and soon she came out. His stomach is back, his forehead is sweating.

Intan stepped quickly into the bathroom for the third time, as soon as she finished she stepped out but suddenly her gaze darkened.
