Candra Kirana

Candra Kirana
No Trace

The time showed eight o'clock more, the sky was already very bright by the sunlight. The fog that characterizes the land above the clouds looks thin and dry.

Septi and Surya had just arrived at the tent where Kiran was after enjoying the sunrise at the top. The sound of a tent zipper opened from outside, disturbing the hearing of Kiran whose sleep was no longer sound.

"Woi's awake!" septi exclaimed at Kiran who was still curled up in the sleeping bag. "It's this afternoon."

Kiran blinked her lazy eye, "What time is this?"

"Eight more, I'm going to cook, really laper!" said Septi leaving Kiran who is still writhing reluctantly. His eyes were thick and heavy to open.

Recalling with Candra who last night set up a tent next door, Kiran spontaneously lost her drowsiness. He sat down for a while to clean the sleeping bag, tidying his hair and face before exiting the tent.

Kiran was eager to see Candra in the morning. The young man whose face could only be seen faintly at night made Kiran harbor curiosity.

After feeling his face was not too ugly because he just woke up, Kiran came out of the tent. His eyes scanned the location where Candra's tent should be.

"Nothing is there?" Kiran was stunned and also disappointed. Candra's tent had already been dismantled and the young man left without saying goodbye to her.

"Who doesn't exist?" tanya Septi turned towards Kiran.

"The next night you leave for the summit there are climbers who open tents here, we chat for a long time," replied Kiran showing the place in question, still with a face of wonder.

Her heart wondered what time Candra dismantled the tent and left from there?

"Well maybe chasing the sunrise, where else would the climber go if not the peak?"

"Yes, too, but he didn't say anything, I mean no farewell." Kiran muttered like someone lost something.

Septi menukas full of ledge, "Yes we're not slitting how to be hamitin?"

Kiran thought of Septi's words. He was sleepy but did not remember that he went into the tent to sleep. The last thing he remembered was grilled corn that tasted really good.

"You may pass her the same above, Sep! The guy was wearing a flannel jacket plaid in black red with the same gray bandana if not wrong, wear the band this way," explained Kiran imitating people wearing hijab from the top of the head to the bottom of the chin.

Septi giggles amusedly, "Oh guy .. pantes aja you blingsatan. A really good-looking guy, huh?"

Kiran doesn't even remember how handsome Candra's face is. "High son, Sep. Must be 175 cm more, his body is also quite good, macho anyway!"

With an expression of sympathy, Septi answered pity. "Unfortunately I don't want to meet anyone at the top, a really big race! Where the sunrise is really pretty, so not the lyrics anywhere these eyes. The guy you mean must have gone through my attention. How many people is he in? Surya inget!"

"Only alone, he said he's been here a lot" replied Kiran without enthusiasm. Her two best friends seem to not understand how sad Candra is when she leaves without saying anything to her.

"Wow great also ndaki own guts, some adventurers do like crazy challenge like you! Unfortunately I don't see him either, I mean I don't watch guys ... why?!" Surya laughed as he responded to Kiran.

"It's okay, if the sustenance is also met again when he goes down," said Kiran somber and hopeful. It felt a little strange because he had only met once but he already felt lost.

Septi laughed, saying, "Jiah ... ngarep matchmaking same guy huh, have forgotten the same Dodol?"

"Eh damn model so no need to be grated for long, can big his head!" Kiran grumbled near Septi. Ready to help cook for breakfast. "Stupid me, why didn't you ask for the nope last night?!"

Surya calmed Kiran who was busy daydreaming in front of the stove, "Well, don't think about it, if you're not going, right?"

Like Kiran did forget a lot of things, her meeting with Candra seemed like a dream. There were no marks left in his memory other than insignificant little things.

"Eh there's grilled corn for you!" said Kiran spirit. Part of his memory returned.

"Corny?" Septi frowned curiously. "From who?"

"Yes last night I ma the guy was grilled corn, really he was the intention of camping in the mountain until bring all the corn!" Kiran stood looking for the two corns that Candra had burned in her tent. "I'll take it first!"

"What are you looking for, anyway?" ask Septi wonder. Not understanding his friend's strange behavior.

"Jagung ..." replied Kiran doubtfully.

"Good, Kiran! If it's over, why are you feeling so guilty."

Kiran turned to her, "I forgot where I didn't put it, when didn't I enter the tent? Is it still here trus kebakar? There should be a trace, right? The skin was a lot last night, there were ten!"

Surya chuckled at Kiran's confusion, "You are funny, the big wood is already charcoal as ash especially just corn? Good dong that guy doesn't leave garbage here, a true nature lover means him for leaving nothing but a trail!"

"There is nothing!" sahut Kiran drowned.

"Your idea is the trail, you need the footprints? Why try?" Surya chuckles at Kiran who suddenly starts to stray.

"Yes!" Kiran nodded lethargicly. "But I was curious ... Why did he say that?!"

"That's why don't you sleep! Dah ah yuk we eat, already this rumbling," invited Septi who had prepared dinnerware.

While feeding the rice and side dishes, Kiran racked her brain to remember anything about Candra. It was strange that Kiran went to bed leaving a friend who had been kind enough to accompany her to coffee and eat corn.

Kiran touched the moon pendant hanging from her neck. So warm. Could it be because of his body temperature? Kiran goosebumps.

Come to think of it, wouldn't it be too coincidental if he met Candra on a full moon night? They also have the meaning of the same name, even after Kiran found a pendant that happened to be a circle exactly like the shape of a full moon.

"Candra - Kirana," muttered Kiran as she chewed her food. "What a fit!"

"What's the right thing?" tanya Septi wanted to know after hearing Kiran's murmur.

"The boy's name is Candra, and I'm Kirana, which means the same thing, Sep! Meaning of our name is ... month."

"Ah just so happens, we have the equivalent of a name with many people in this country." Surya chimed in to tease the restless Kiran.

"What do you mean, Sur?"

"For example, I met a girl whose name is Aurora or Mentari, their name means the same as me, Surya. Same sun, but that doesn't mean fit, does it? I'm exactly the same Septi, which means September birth girl hehehe …."

"Yes" said Kiran. In his heart he could only pray to be reunited with Candra. Kiran hopes Candra is still enjoying the top of the mountain and has not come down as her best friend said.

"When we come down, will you seriously be left here alone? How many days?" ask Surya after he finished eating.

"I think two days is enough, I've forgotten the same Dodol, so it doesn't take long. I'm down when the logistics run out, maximum three days. You don't have to go up again to bring extra groceries, just pick me up under later if you come."

"OK," said Septi.

"Tomorrow if I'm going down I'll tell you, what a good signal here!" Kiran explained the change of camping plan.

Kiran had originally intended to spend more time on the mountain. But after swearing at Dodi yesterday afternoon and meeting Candra last night, all her heartache evaporated unceasingly. Kiran is ready to go through the days with a new spirit.

"Okay, it's up to you! May you meet again the same guy, thankfully doi is still single and fell in love with you …." Septi giggled while cheering Kiran on.

"I amenin your prayer!" Kiran is embarrassed, but in her heart she has confidence that she will meet Candra again. Maybe later in the afternoon when that macho guy comes down the mountain.

Kiran had already imagined Candra's handsome face in the light of the twilight light. Anyway Kiran will prepare the camera, she wants to take a photo with Candra as a memento.
