Hearing Chen call out to him, Hoshiguma rushed to the meeting point. His embarrassment at failing to prevent Reunion from capturing Misha did not make him tremble to stand before Chen. Chen would definitely understand why they, the special operations division could not come to his aid.

"May as well." praised Hoshiguma, "Chen, now I understand why you're so complimenting them. These people are working seriously."
