New Job

Zeline was thrilled when God seemed to make it easier to escape and start a new life without Daniel. As Anna said, her brother would help Zeline get a job at the Nolan Hotel. Today is the second day Zeline is working there. All the process to get into the Nolan Hotel was completely made easy, making Zeline feel happy, but also a little astonished.

The woman did not expect at all if Zeline dared to retaliate. He who was used to being feared by the new employees there was embarrassed when Zeline easily replied to him.

"You dare answer me? Who do you think you are?" the woman's snarl was getting higher.

"And who do you think you are?" ask Zeline to go back to the woman.

Damnit. How brave this woman is.

"Lucy's. Thats enough. There's Radit sir!" exclaimed the girlfriend who argued with Zeline, trying to pull the hand of the woman named Lucy to get away from there.

The man named Radit who was meant by the woman stared in full search at Zeline and several women who were gathering there. "What are you guys doing? You guys not working?" his firm questioning made everyone quickly disperse and continue their work.

"Did they bother you?" ask the man Zeline knew as Anna's brother, her new friend.

"Little bit. But I can handle it," Zeline answered getting a sharp glare from some people who heard especially Lucy.

"I believe in you. Like Anna said, you can handle everything. You are not a weak woman. Please get back to work. Tell me if you need anything," Radit smiled, patting slowly on Zeline's shoulder, which he considered his own sister after Anna told him a lot about Zeline.

"Thank you, sir." Zeline answered with a smile.

Everyone's gazes returned to Zeline, they were clearly wondering what kind of relationship Zeline had with their Assistant Manager? Whispers came back as they started to think bad things about Zeline.

Zeline was clearly aware of all that, but Zeline paid no heed to it at all. Yeah, that's Zeline. Zeline looks like a weak girl only when she is with Daniel, not because Zeline is weak, but because Daniel is always pampering Zeline.

"What are the advantages of this woman? I'm prettier and sexier than her?" furious Lucy.
