Decent Place
Repairing relationships

The break bell rang, signifying a break time at school. Asuna who had just finished taking the results of her math test score improvement from the teacher, stepped with a smile on her face towards the cafeteria. He was relieved that the result of the improvement was quite good, thanks to the help of Han, his old friend who was very proficient in mathematics, even though Han was only a graduate of Junior High School.

Asuna sat at her favorite table in the cafeteria, opening a plastic bag containing sheets of paper that improved her grades. He was happy to see a higher number than before, thanks to Han's guidance

Asuna sat at the school cafeteria table, enjoying her lunch with her close friend Leo now.

"Hey, Asuna! Good news? Let's have lunch together, "take Leo with enthusiasm.

Asuna nodded, "Sure, why not?"

The two of them talked while enjoying their meal. Leo then insinuates the talk about his plan.

"Hey, you know what's going to happen? We can go to the mall after this! I want to buy some new games and I need your advice" Leo said with a big smile.

Asuna hesitated for a moment. He was eager to meet Han, his old friend whom he hadn't seen in a long time. Their longing for each other made Asuna's heart blossom. However, he did not want to reveal it to Leo.

"Sorry, Leo. I can't go to the mall this time," Asuna said anxiously.

Leo looked confused, "Can't you?"

Asuna thought quickly to find a reasonable reason. "Ehm, there's a family business I need to finish this afternoon. Can not be pushed back again," Asuna said with a serious face.

Leo nodded in understanding, although looking disappointed, he respected Asuna's decision.

"Oh, understand. Doesn't matter. Maybe later we can go together next time" Leo said in a hopeful tone.

Asuna nodded, "Yes, sure. Sorry, Leo. Now I have to go," Asuna said as she stood up and left the canteen with a flowery heart, because she knew she was going to meet Han, her old friend whom she had longed for, the Decent Place. He can't wait to meet her and tell her about what has happened since the last time they met

Leo watched closely the steps of Asuna who left the cafeteria table. He felt that there was something different in Asuna's tone earlier. Leo felt suspicious that Asuna was hiding something.

"From her tone earlier, it seems Asuna is hiding something," Leo said in her heart. He recalled how Asuna refused his invitation to go to the mall, whereas previously they often spent time together.

Leo felt anxious and curious about what was going on with Asuna. He felt like he wanted to know what Asuna was thinking, but he also did not want to disturb Asuna's privacy too much. He decides to observe further, hoping that Asuna will share what is going on in her life with Leo someday

After returning home from school, Asuna walked towards her home in a hurry. His heart still flowered after getting the results of the math improvement given by Han, a classmate who once helped him work on the problem.

While walking down the street, Asuna suddenly saw someone she knew well. It was Han, his close friend who had once been his best friend. However, since a while ago, Han had been cold and rarely talked to him.

Asuna was nervous, but she decided to face him. He wanted to take Han to Decent Place, a place he had long wanted to visit with Han. Asuna walked up to Han and spoke carefully.

"Han, how are you?" asuna said with a friendly smile.

Han simply raised his eyebrows without answering. He was still cold and did not bully Asuna.

Asuna bit her lips, feeling awkward. However, he did not want to give up just like that. He took a deep breath, then continued.

"I want to take you to Decent Place, the place we used to talk about. I miss spending time with you" Asuna said in a gentle tone, trying to soften Han's heart.

Han was silent for a moment, as if thinking. After a while, he finally nodded briefly.

"Alright," Han said briefly, without showing any exaggerated expression.

Asuna was happy, even though Han was still acting cold. She hopes to spend some fun time with Han at Decent Place and mend their tenuous relationship.

they walked together to Decent Place, while on the way Han did not open any talks even just a pleasantries no, no, Asuna who felt awkward Asuna suddenly clasped Han's hand and smiled excitedly. "Come, Han! We can run to Decent Place! Let's remember our wonderful memories there!"

Han pulled his hand slowly, still looking doubtful. "There's no hurry, Asuna. We can just walk."

However, Asuna was not willing to give up so easily. He wanted to make Han smile like he used to. Eagerly, Asuna started running, trying to persuade Han to come along.

"Han, try it! Remember when we used to run to Decent Place for the first time, you ran too fast ?" asuna exclaimed, while continuing to run, leaving a confused looking Han behind her.

Han shook his head, but before long, he started smiling looking at Asuna who looked very excited. He finally followed Asuna and ran with her to Decent Place.

They passed through the streets and alleys, while occasionally laughing and recalling their memories in that place. Gradually, Han felt warm in his heart, as Asuna managed to make him feel more relaxed and open.

After a while, they finally arrived at the Decent Place, panting from running. Asuna smiled with satisfaction, feeling happy to be able to take Han running with her.

"Haha, we're here!" said Asuna, still breathing a little breathless.

Han nodded, smiling faintly. "Yes, it works too."

Asuna was happy to see the smile on Han's face. They walked into Decent Place and sat at a familiar table to him. Although Han was originally still cold.

Asuna and Han sat on the sofa inside the Decent Place room. They faced each other, an awkward atmosphere still felt between them. Asuna tried to break the silence.

"Ashik can also come here again" Asuna said, trying to chat with Han.

Asuna was worried. He wanted to mend their relationship, but Han still looked indifferent. He tried to find a topic of conversation that could make Han more comfortable.

"You know, I'm very grateful that you helped me improve my math test scores" Asuna said with a sincere smile. "Without your help, I may still be confused today."

Han raised his eyebrows slightly, but still did not say much. "That's no problem. I'm just helping because you look so confused."

Asuna smiled widely, happy to hear Han's words which although a little, were more friendly than before. He wanted to get even closer to Han and repair their previously fractured relationship.

Asuna looked at Han with a question mark on her face. "Han, I was curious. How can you be so good at math, when you're not going to high school?"

Han smiled faintly, shaking his head. "I've loved math for a long time, so I've continued to learn even though I haven't continued to go to higher education."

Asuna nodded in understanding. "Wow, that's very impressive. You're smart, Han."

Han just smiled knotfully, as if he didn't really want to be noticed.

Asuna then continued, "I also want to learn more from you. I feel like I still need to improve my math skills."

Han raised his eyebrows, looking at Asuna sharply. "Seriously? I never thought you needed help with math. You always look smart in that lesson."

Asuna blushed in embarrassment, feeling good to hear the praise from Han. "Thank you, but I really want to be better. Will you help me learn?"

Han flicked his shoulders, still with a small smile on his lips. "All right, I can help you. But you have to seriously learn and promise not to dodge again like before."

Asuna nodded with excitement. "Deal up! I promise I'll seriously study and thank you very much for your help, Han."

Asuna felt still feeling awkward while sitting opposite Han at Decent Place. He knew he had to face it and apologized for his previous actions.

"Asuna, I know you want to talk about it," Han said in a calm voice, but Asuna could see a light expression on Han's face.

Asuna bit her lips, feeling nervous. "Han, I'm really sorry for what happened. It was a big mistake and very inappropriate. I want to apologize, I shouldn't have done that."

Han smiled, trying to calm Asuna down. "Already, Asuna. I've forgiven you."

Asuna surprised. "But I feel so guilty..."

Han looked at Asuna gently. "You know I've forgiven you, right? And I don't want to talk about it anymore. The most important thing now is that we can learn from our mistakes and keep our relationship well."

Asuna was relieved to hear Han's words. He felt grateful to have a friend like him who could forgive him even though his mistake was quite big. He grabbed Han's hand with great appreciation.

"Thank you, Han. I'm really lucky to have you as a friend. I'll try to be better in the future."

Han smiled and nodded. "Name-sama, Asuna. We'll take good care of our relationship, and I'll always be ready to help you if you need it."

Asuna suddenly felt confident and on a whim, she kissed Han's cheek gently. Han was surprised and felt his cheeks warm.

"It's a kiss for you, so you won't be jealous anymore, Han," Asuna said in a slightly teasing tone.

Han red was extinguished and was surprised by Asuna's actions. He smiled awkwardly and tried to respond casually.

"Hehe, thank you, Asuna. But you know, I was never really jealous" Han said, trying to control his shock.

Asuna smiled widely, feeling relieved that her actions were well received. "Of course, Han. I just want to make sure that everything's okay between us."

Han nodded, and he felt happy to see Asuna's smile. She felt warm in her heart, and she started to feel more comfortable with Asuna even though they had just passed through a rather awkward moment.

The two of them then sat back on the sofa, smiled at each other, and started talking about other things. Their relationship begins to heal, and Asuna promises herself to be wiser and not to make the same mistakes again. He felt lucky to have Han as a friend and would try to keep their relationship well.

Asuna and Han were sitting on top of the building, looking at the beautiful twilight sky. The cold air crept, but they remained seated there, mesmerized by the sight before them.

"Asuna, if this town stays bad, do you really want to get out of here?" han said, a soft sound carried by the wind.

Asuna looked at Han with consideration. He remembered that he had told Han about his dream to go to New Zealand and live there. But now, in the middle of a city that might not be perfect, he felt doubtful.

"Asuna bit her lip, as if trying to find the right answer. "I'm not sure, Han. I've dreamed of going to New Zealand, but now I feel that there are things that make me want to stay here."

Han nodded, understanding Asuna's feelings. "Yes, I get it. Sometimes we feel attached to certain places, whether it's because of our memories, friends, or experiences there."

Asuna smiled, feeling empowered by Han's words. "Yes, right. I feel attached to this city because there are so many wonderful memories here, including memories with you."

Han smiled clumsily, and the two of them turned their gazes back to the beautiful twilight sky. They sat there in silence, contemplating their future and what they would do next.

After a while, Han grabbed Asuna's hand gently. "Whatever your decision will be, I will support you, Asuna. I want to see you happy, here or somewhere else."

Asuna smiled warmly and felt lucky to have a friend like Han. He knows that he has someone who has always supported him, regardless of his decision. Together, they face the future with hope and confidence.
