Decent Place
New Family

Asuna felt anxious when she remembered her sister, Farhan Hitomi, who had not eaten. He looked at the clock on his wrist and realized that time was too late.

"Han, sorry, I have to go home. My sister hasn't eaten and my dad hasn't come home yet. I have to make sure everything's okay at home."

Han understood and nodded, "Sure, no problem. Your brother's health and your home's safety are more important. I'll take you home."

Asuna smiled appreciatively, "Thank you, Han. I'll call you later."

With that, Asuna and Han got down from the building and walked together towards Asuna's house

Asuna and Han arrived in front of Asuna's house. Han planned to leave, but his stomach suddenly rang, making Asuna laugh and smile.

"It looks like your stomach is protesting too, Han. Why not just eat at my house? My dad may not be home yet, but I can cook for us."

Han looked doubtful for a moment, but then nodded in agreement, "Alright, if not trouble you. I'll accept your offer, Asuna."

Asuna smiled happily, "Of course not a hassle. Come on, come on in."

Farhan, Asuna's sister, suddenly appeared at the door as Asuna and Han entered. He looked at the two with astonished looks.

"Sister, who is he?" farhan asked, pointing at Han.

Asuna smiled and introduced Han to her sister, "Farhan, this is my friend Han. Han, this is my brother, Farhan."

Han gave a friendly smile to Farhan, "Hello, Farhan. I'm Han, Asuna's best friend."

Farhan still looked confused, but he nodded respectfully at Han. She was not used to seeing Asuna bring a male friend home, moreover a man who looked foreign to her.

"Oh, I get it. Nice to meet you, Han," said Farhan briefly.

Asuna tried to explain, "Han just stopped by for a while, Farhan. We had dinner together and he'll be gone after this."

Farhan nodded, but looked still alert. He looked at Han with a sharp look before finally going to his room without saying much.

Asuna felt awkward about the situation and tried to ease the tension.

"I'm sorry, Han. She's not used to seeing me bring a guy's friend home."

Han nodded, "No problem. I-i understand. He only protected you as a good brother."

Asuna smiled, "Thank you, Han. I hope you don't feel uncomfortable."

Han shook his head, "No, I'm fine. I already understand. I should have left soon after eating."

Asuna was busy in the kitchen, preparing the ingredients for cooking. He wanted to make Han's favorite dish, spaghetti bolognese, as a token of gratitude for his visit.

Farhan sat on the couch, busy reading his favorite superhero comics. Han sat next to her, staring at the pictures in the comics with a smile. He was surprised at how enthusiastic Farhan was about the comic.

"What comic is that?"ask Han.

Farhan lifted his head from the comics and replied excitedly, "This comic is about a superhero named 'The Leader'. He has extraordinary powers and fights villains to save one city."

Han nodded in understanding, "It looks interesting. You like superheroes, don't you?"

Farhan nodded enthusiastically, "Yes, I really like it!"

Han was sitting on the sofa with Farhan, they were both talking after dinner, "You know, Farhan, sometimes I feel like this town needs a superhero."

Farhan nodded in agreement, "Yes, I think so too. But unfortunately, that superhero only exists in fictional stories."

Han smiled, "Perhaps, but who knows someday someone could become a real superhero."

Farhan smiled broadly, "then I will become a superhero!"

Han was surprised, but smiled looking at Farhan's spirit, "Right? How did you become a superhero?"

Farhan answered with confidence, "I can learn various skills, such as science, sports, and other things. I'll be a strong and wise man, like the superheroes in comics!"

Han was impressed by Farhan's determination, "It was great determination, Farhan. I'm sure you could be a great superhero someday."

Farhan smiled happily, "Thank you, Brother Han! I will try my best to become a superhero who can help this city!"

Han smiled and stroked Farhan's head in support, "I'm sure you can do it, Farhan. And who knows, maybe one day I'll be one of your most passionate fans!"

Asuna brought the dish she had just cooked to the dining table, while Han and Farhan sat down ready to eat together.

Han and Farhan greeted the food with smiles and prepared to eat it. They began to eat voraciously, enjoying good and warm dishes.

"Wow, your food is so good! Thank you for cooking for us" Han said.

Asuna smiled, "No problem, I'm happy to be able to cook for you guys. I love watching you two enjoy the food."

Farhan, who was busy eating, nodded in agreement, "Yes, the food is delicious!"

Asuna smiled wider at the praise from her sister, "Thank you, Farhan. I'm glad you like it."

Han looked at the two of them, feeling happy seeing the harmony between them. He felt happy to feel the warmth of a family again after a long time of feeling alone.

"You two are really like siblings. I'm happy to be a part of this moment" Asuna said.

********

Farhan suddenly threw a pretty shocking question. Asuna was shocked and choked, her cheeks flushed red as she looked at Han with a hopeful look.

Han chuckled softly at the reaction of the two of them, then replied with a smile, "Hmm, not Farhan, we haven't dated yet. We're just good friends."

Asuna was relieved to hear Han's reply, but still felt awkward. He spoke while occasionally gulping down water to ease his cough, "Yes, right. We're just friends, Farhan. There's nothing special between us."

Farhan nodded in understanding, but still showed a bright smile on his face, "Oh, I see. But you guys look like a matching couple. I'm glad to see you guys happy together."

Asuna and Han looked at each other, feeling awkward but also smiling. They both know that there is a feeling that is more than just friendship between them, but have not yet reached the stage of dating.

"Asuna and I are close friends who value each other very much" Han said, trying to ease the awkwardness.

Asuna agreed with a smile, "Yes, we still know each other more deeply. But I'm so grateful to have a friend as good as Han."

Farhan nodded and smiled again, "I understand. But if one day you decide to date, I'll be very supportive of you."

Asuna and Han smiled, feeling moved by the support given by Farhan. They know that their relationship is still in its early stages, and they both have to talk more about their feelings in the future.

After eating together, Han gave his thanks to Asuna and Farhan. He put on his jacket and prepared to go home.

"Hmm, your food is delicious, Asuna. Thank you for inviting me," Han said with a smile on Asuna.

Asuna smiled back, "No problem, I'm glad you can come and eat with us. Thanks for coming, Han."

Farhan also nodded, "I'm also glad you could come, Brother Han. I wish you could come back another time."

Han smiled, "Sure, I'll let you know if I have any more free time. See you, Farhan."

Farhan nodded enthusiastically, "See you later, Brother Han!"

Han laughed, "Yes see you, Farhan."

Han said goodbye to Asuna with greetings, and the two of them looked at each other for a moment. There are feelings that are felt between them, but have not been expressed.

"Thank you, Han. See you," Asuna said with a warm smile.

Han smiled back, "See you, Asuna."

Han left Asuna's house with a smile on her face. Asuna and Farhan saw her leave the window, then they both nodded at each other.

Farhan smiled at Asuna, "You like her, don't you, Brother?"

Asuna blushed, but she smiled, "Hmm, I don't know. Let's see what happens in the future."

Farhan nodded in understanding, "I support you, Brother. May you and Han be happy together."

Asuna smiled wider, "Thank you, my caring sister. I'll talk more with Han later."

The two of them chatted more about Han and their moment together, while cleaning the table and tidying up the kitchen.

Asuna sat alone in her room, thinking of Han with a smile on her lips. His mind drifted to their moments together, as they laughed and spoke, as Han showed his concern for her. He felt that there was more than just a friend in him.

"Han.." murmured Asuna, while palpating her chest that was pounding faster than usual. He felt confused, because he had never felt like this before. The feelings of love and interest that grew in his heart made him feel nervous.

Asuna pondered, thinking about whether Han might feel the same way. She remembered her smile and gaze, and she felt there were signs that Han also had feelings for her. However, he is not sure. She hesitates to express her feelings, afraid that it will interfere with their friendship.
