Lia, Dimas, and Rio continued their journey around the hospital area. Dimas and Rio told her all the good things that happened in the hospital, but they did not mention Lia's past at all. Lia did not expect that she would meet many nurses and employees at the hospital who knew her and greeted her as they passed by. He felt very clumsy and a little uncomfortable because he could not recognize them all.
"A lot of people know me here" said Lia slowly.
"of course! You are very famous here, Lia! You're ka.." exclaimed Dimas praising Lia.
"Hush!" Rio patted Dimas' back to warn Dimas. Dimas almost gave up the talk that Lia was the prettiest patient who had a very tragic background in this hospital.
Lia noticed the strange attitude of the two nurses. He looked at them suspiciously.
"What's wrong?" ask Lia.
"Something you're hiding from me!" terka Lia's.
"Ah. uh! Nah! There's nothing we're hiding from you, Lia!" hatch Dimas.
"I wonder at the people who are here, they greet me because of the wife of the doctor who works in this place or because of something else?" ask Lia again.
"That's because ee because..." Dimas looked very confused to answer Lia's question like what, he gestured to Rio to help him answer Lia's question but Rio was confused.
Luckily, before Lia urged them to answer her question, they had already arrived back at the door of patient room no.208. Inside the room, Adi's doctor was consulting with his patients.
"Doctor Adi is examining his patients, you are not curious about how Adi's doctor examined his patients?" rio asked trying to shift the subject of their conversation.
"Come.." Lia looked doubtful as she thought back to the shadow that flashed through her mind about the room earlier.
"Let's see, Lia!" bring Dimas. Rio gestured through the glass hole in the room door to Sister Indah who was also in room 208 was accompanying doctor Adi and finally Sister Indah came out of the room and met both of her co-workers and Lia.
"What's wrong?" asked Sister Beautiful as soon as she arrived in front of her friends.
"Can you open the door a little so that Lia can see how her husband performs the examination on the patient?" asked Rio slowly.
"There's no one else here, just us and Adi's own doctor's wife" Dimas said.
"Eum.." Sister Beautiful looks doubtful.
"If Adi's doctor scolds you, it will be Lia who will scold her husband!" connect Rio.

"Ah.yeah!" answer Lia.
"But, would he be afraid if I scolded him?" lia wasn't sure.
"Doctor Adi is so cute to you, Lia! So whatever you say, he'll do it!" said Dimas.
"Oh yeah?" lia said in disbelief.
"Hurry and see how your husband treats his patients!" rio exclaimed while pushing Lia's body slowly.
Sister Indah opened a little room door no.208 so that Lia could see and hear Adi's doctor communicate with her patients, while Sister Indah again accompanied Adi's doctor. Lia faintly began to hear the voice of her unknown husband in consultation with his patient.
"You guys, he's dealing with a heavy patient, what's a heavy patient?" lia asked in a whispering voice. Rio nodded his head.
"Yes! That's one of the heavy patients in this hospital, he could have a psychiatric disorder because he saw both his parents were harmed by a thief in front of him and he almost hurt him back." rio brightly in a whispering voice as well so that doctor Adi was not distracted by their chatter.
Hearing the story from Rio it was suddenly a picture of Lia's memory again flashed in his mind. Lia flinched, she saw herself above the burly body of a man lying on the ground, one hand clutching the man's neck and the other hand slowly slicing off a few fingers of the burly man. Blood flowed profusely from those sliced fingers.
"Let's!" shout Lia. The extremely sudden cry of Lia did not surprise Dimas and Rio who were beside her but also the Beautiful Sister even doctor Adi who was inside the room. As Lia's face turned pale, sweat began to pour from her forehead. His heart was pounding so hard that it made his chest feel very tight. The shadow was very frightening to Lia.
