The atmosphere on the dining table was a little gripping, especially for the doctors Adi and Dina who knew about the feud between Lia and Sister Rina. Doctor Adi and Dina exchanged glances.
"Why are you guys quiet? Are you hungry yet?" ask Elisha ma'am.

"Everyone who is here knows that Lia is still losing her memory, Lia does not know why mama called Dina as the granddaughter of mama, while I was the only child of mama and papa." said doctor Adi.
"I don't want Lia to misunderstand that." she continued.
"The impact can be quite overwhelming, ma!" added doctor Adi.
"Oh so!" sahut ma'am Elisha. Slowly she stroked her daughter-in-law's hair gently.
"Is it okay if mom reveals the truth here?" ask Elisha slowly.
"It's okay auntie!" sahut sister Rina. Dina bowed.
"I'm sorry, Din!" doctor Adi said in a whispering voice. For a moment the atmosphere in the dining room became very quiet, Miss Elisha was confused how to tell Lia.
"How to tell it..." Miss Elisa still looks worried.
