an unexpected opponent
A few hours had passed since the second day of the tournament had begun, and the Heavenly Goose Sect had just ended their match with an overwhelming victory once again. However, Su Yin allowed her friends to have fun this time around.
"Good work, you girls." Bai Lihua praised them with a bright smile on her face.
A few matches later, the Blue Cloud Sect stepped onto the stage for their match. However, their opponent, the Leaf Cutting Sect, gave up before even stepping onto the stage, leaving the audience dumbfounded.
"They should still be afraid of facing Fairy Hong after watching the tyrannical match yesterday …"

After the Blue Cloud Sect left the stage, they disappeared from the colosseum.

Half an hour later, it finally came time for the Blossom Sect to enter the area for their first match.
"For the next match, we have the Yellow River Sect and the Profound Blossom Sect!"
As soon as Zi Dong called out to them, Su Yang and everyone calmly walked onto the stage.

Indeed, the person they were all looking at was Li Xiao Mo, who used to be a District Court disciple of the Blossom Sect. However, he was one of the many who left them during their drama with the Million Snake Sect, and he joined the Yellow River Sect afterward.
"Su Yang .." On Li Xiao Mo's face was a complicated expression that did not know whether to be happy or miserable looking at him.

"Yes, Sect Master!" Li Xiao Mo nodded before entering the battle area.
"Who wants to go first?" Liu Lanzhi asked them.
"i'll go." Su Yang suddenly stepped forward, making them all dumbfounded.
"i thought you wouldn't participate in this match?" Liu Lanzhi and the others looked at him with wide-eyed eyes.
"This one," he said before approaching Li Xiao Mo whose heart was pounding like a war drum at this moment.
"Start!" Zi Dong announced after the two of them were in the battle area.
However, none of them moved a moment later.
"It's been a long time, Li Xiao Mo." Su Yang said to him with a calm expression.
"How was life as a student there? Did they treat you well?" Suddenly Su Yang asked.
After a moment of silence in shock, Li Xiao Mo nodded. "It's been half a year, Su Yang. I enjoyed my life as a disciple in the Yellow River Sect. They treated me very well despite being a traitor."
Su Yang showed a gentle smile and said, "Don't blame yourself for deciding to leave on that day, it's not wrong. Whatever others think, I don't blame you or anyone else for leaving on that day, especially given the circumstances."
Li Xiao Mo's body trembled after hearing his words, and tears began to fall on his face, feeling relieved to know that the man he loved did not hate him for leaving the sect, but he did, something he deeply regretted after leaving the sect a few days later.
