CH_10 Power of Fire

"Na na na.." Three children singing cheerfully brought Xiao Bao to meet his parents.

Their steps stopped when they reached his home. The three of them then turned to look at Xiao Bao. 

"Don't tell me this is his house?" point at the surprised Fairy of Light.

As for Xiao Bao, he did not know what to say. This was the first time, he had seen a wooden house wrapped in fire. Wood is not consumed by fire.

"Darad!" Praise Xiao Bao.

The three little children laughed at the expressions of Xiao Bao and the Light Fairy. They sang and made the same tall creature come to see him. "Who are they, son?" ask the creature that has a beard.

"They want to meet dad!" show his son compact.

Xiao Bao was again startled, the height of his son was the same as the height of the two little boy's parents. "Is there nothing higher?" asked Xiao Bao instantly.

"You're like a giant" said his father.

"You are smaller than us." Replied the Light Fairy who flew beside Xiao Bao.

"She speaks as if she is not small," ridiculed the child who bound the Fairy of Light.

One of their mothers advanced while looking up, looking at Xiao Bao. "We live like this, we're just little dwarves who rely on the power of fire as a source of life. So, it's not wrong if our bodies are small." Speak clearly.

"Oh, dwarf." Sahut Peri Cahaya and Naga Alpha together.

"We won't let you in considering our little house, your body won't be fed up. We better talk under a shady tree." Dwarf's father said.

"Tree? I didn't see a shady tree when I walked here. All the trees are burned." Xiao Bao.

"really. But there is only one tree that is not burned, it has a long history of red world dimensions. We go out there and look together!" the Dwarf's Father's Order.

Xiao Bao looked at the Alpha dragon and the Light Fairy who were greeted with nods. They finally went up the hill, where the historic tree was located.

When he arrived, Xiao Bao could feel the heat even without the sunlight. It comes from inside the tree. 

"We all lived a quiet life until one of us wanted to be a leader. He was the most powerful in the red world, no one could defeat him. What he's told, we have to do." Said the Dwarf Father with a sad face staring at the big tree before him.

"Then, what happens next?" Xiao Bao asked the curious.

"He ruled arbitrarily, punishing all those who disobeyed him. He is the Fire Lord. He is not from among us, we actually refused him to be a leader, but no one dared to tell him. The power of his fire is beyond the strength of our fire."

"Surely there is something that makes him able to master the power of fire so great, even though it does not belong to your people?" ask Xiao Bao.

"He is a newcomer in our dimension, he said he was a knight who would protect us from the dangers that threatened. Having no fire power, he asked us to open the entrance of this great tree so that he could absorb the power of fire and know how to use it. But after it worked, he tortured us." Said Dwarf Father.

"Where is that guy now, I want to teach him a lesson. He doesn't deserve to be called a knight!" shouted the Light Fairy did not accept.

Unpermissioned, the Light Fairy flew over while clenching her hands together. He became guilty, because of a Elf who declared someone to be a knight when he managed to get through the challenge the Elves made.

"Light, wait a minute!" yelled Xiao Bao preventing. The Light Fairy kept flying away.

The smile on the lips of the Dwarf Father was visible, he seemed to be very happy. While Xiao Bao and Dragon Alpha instantly caught up with the Light Fairy.

The three of them reached the place where the Fire Lord was here. "I'll go in and see him!" said the Light Fairy, do not want to be denied.

"can't. Let's look at the situation first, no one knows what it's like inside." Said Xiao Bao restraining the Fairy of Light.

"I'm not afraid at all, he considers himself a knight but tortures the inhabitants of this dimension. That's not fair!" said the Light Fairy firmly.

"I know, it's just that we need to devise a plan to enter" Xiao Bao reminded.

Xiao Bao turned to the Alpha dragon. "Alpha dragon, fly and surround this place. Find a safe entrance you think, we will enter secretly." Xiao Bao ordered.

"Well," replied the Alpha Dragon who began to develop its wings and fly high.

Xiao Bao and the Light Fairy waited. Not long after, the Alpha Dragon returned and relayed his report.

"I saw a lot of guards at every entrance. They don't seem to be dwarves, their bodies are very tall and use sticks everywhere." Alpha Dragon Speech.

Xiao Bao thought for a while while closing his eyes. His hands covered part of his face. "Is it the same height as me?" ask Xiao Bao.

"Yes, if you look. They were also wearing iron clothes so it was difficult to recognize his face" Dragon Alpha said.

"That means, I can enter safely if I pretend to be one of his bodyguards. You two stay here, I'll be in." Xiao Bao said.

The Light Fairy disagreed, she flew in front of Xiao Bao's face. "I also want to go in and scold that lying knight" cried the Light Fairy.

"Gee, I know you're very angry. But let me go first. I just want to make sure things are okay inside before we go together to meet the Fire Lord's knight." Persuade Xiao Bao.

The Light Fairy turned her head to ask the Alpha Dragon's opinion, but the Alpha Dragon seemed to agree. He even nodded at the Light Fairy.

"alright. I can wait here. Xiao Bao, you should not stay inside for long and if anything happens shout out to us. I and Dragon Alpha will help you soon." Said the Light Fairy who flew to the nearby Alpha Dragon.

Xiao Bao left, he looked for one of the guards he could snatch his clothes from. Xiao Bao's eyes caught one of the guards who was alone while eating bread. "Are they human just like me? why eat bread?" Xiao Bao asked himself.

Upon seeing the guard finished eating and in a careless condition, Xiao Bao wasted no opportunity. He executed his plan well. One pull plus a blow to the head, successfully made this unknown guard faint. Xiao Bao hurriedly undressed. But the voice of another guard was heard looking for his friend.

"Who's there? Runi are you still there?" his yell.

Xiao Bao gulped his saliva, footsteps could be heard coming towards him. He'll be found out by now.
