CH_27 Defending Villagers

Circumstances are getting out of control, all the villagers are so panicked to see the huge blaze continue to lead to its current place.

"Wan, do something. All villages will be submerged" said one villager.

They were all standing in front of the village entrance with panicked faces. Although Wan and Xiao Bao told them to go yellowing, they did not push hard. The place was in the village, there was no other place for them. That's why they don't want to leave the village.

"Xiao Bao, please help us. Make Alpha dragon take all the villagers. They will all die if they stay here" Wan said pleading with teary eyes.

"But they don't want to?" said Xiao Bao.

"I know, that's why they're in trouble. It was not just the flames, but the rebels who were behind it. The villagers have to leave immediately." Wan explained.

Xiao Bao then returned to the rear, forcing the villagers to turn yellow. But they insisted not to go. Alpha Dragon can't do anything either. His body was still weak to carry them.

The flames were getting closer and were already visible in plain sight. Wan was at the very front with Xiao Bao, waiting for the fire. Somehow they both will prevent it.

"You can use your water magic to extinguish it" Xiao Bao said, turning to Wan, who was right beside him.

"Then, what are you gonna use? You have no water magic, only fire" Wan said with a straight forward look.

Xiao Bao did not respond, he still wanted to help even though he did not have water magic.

"All the villagers, we have to fight to help Wan. We must block the fire from entering the village with our own magic even though it will still lose. What is clear is that we have tried our best and not been losers." the villagers shouted encouragingly.

"Come on! Come on!" everyone was getting hotter in front of the entrance gate of the village. Not except the Light fairies and Alpha Dragons who come neatly lined up waiting for the arrival of their enemies.

The flame that had been growing, suddenly stopped and did not move forward. Xiao Bao was at a loss to see it, but when his eyes saw the arrival of the group of people wearing full black robes, walked ahead of the blaze.

"It's time, you all die water dwellers. And this dimension should be ours." said one of the front-rowers.

He then opened his face, revealing who he was. How shocked all the villagers and Xiao Bao were. The one who led this rebellion was the person they knew, Lin.

"Isn't that so, Lin?" show the villagers wondering.

"That's right, Lin. What does he want to do?" asked the Light Fairy to fly a few steps forward ensuring her sight.

"Lin? Is that you? Why?" xiao Bao asked with a confused and curious face. All this time, he had considered Lin a good person and sided with her. As it turned out, Lin wasn't the Lin who had been standing before him all this time.

"We always meet, Bao, Wan, the Light fairy and the Alpha dragon. Thank you, for giving me a place to wait for the right time to get revenge" Lin said with a sly smile.

"Revenge?" again they were all confused by Lin's words. What made Lin want revenge until he had the heart to destroy his own dimension, which is where he lives.

"Lin, relax. You are on the wrong path." said Wan who was silent.

To be honest, Wan already knew who the rebels were behind all this. When Xiao Bao came to see him, Wan was surprised that Xiao Bao said he was Lin's man. But Wan still helps. He wanted to know, what else Lin wanted to aim for. Wan also tried to get Lin to forgive the villagers who excommunicated him. Wan had been trying to persuade the villagers, but there were still many who did not accept Lin.

"I'm on the right path, Wan. Why would I remain among you if my existence alone was undesirable?" asked Lin with a wry smile.

"I've been patient all this time and it's a good time to get rid of germs like you. Including you, Wan." pointed at Lin with a sharp look. Lin did not know what Wan had been doing in the middle of the village. Trying to persuade the villagers to take it back. But, in Lin's eyes, Wan did nothing and still enjoyed her life in the village well without her. Because of that, Lin was very vengeful with everyone and chose to join the rebels.

"Ease you!" said Lin who raised his hand forward making the flames grow bigger and attacking the village. Not to forget, all the rebel forces advanced against the villagers.

The houses burned down quickly. No one can stop him. Everyone is busy fighting the rebel forces. Xiao Bao helped along, as well as the Alpha dragon and the Light elf. They all used the rest of his strength to save the water dimension.
