AFF competition is a competition that is participated by eleven countries in Southeast Asia.
At this year's AFF, the Indonesian football governing body sent 21-year-old Garuda. This is done as a regeneration of players.

The discussion has nothing to do with Raka who is currently in the gym.
While listening to songs through MP3s Raka presents the Static Bicycle tool. He will strengthen his leg muscles in order to shoot harder kicks and further.
For three months of training he has now managed to shoot with a high accurate percentage at a distance of 24 meters. This made Raka even more satisfied. He can score despite being placed at a distance from the goal.
