The Indonesian player walked in with a lethargic face back into the dressing room even reluctantly accepting interviews from reporters. This time their chances of heading into the semifinals were really small.

The Indonesian supporters who were in the stands tried to entertain the players who had struggled. They were a little sad to suffer defeat but the anger against the referee was more prominent.

During the final press conference Indra coach clearly expressed his dissatisfaction with the referee who led the game.

"I think this time the referee was too soft on the violations committed by Vietnamese players. The red card should have been obtained by a Vietnamese player, through which we were forced to lose our captain."

The press release of the day spread quickly on various social media.

The Blind From Ghost Cave: I do not believe that the quality of the referees in this AFF is like the quality of the referees in our league. I guess they'll be a little more qualified.

Raka is currently in a nearby hospital for further examination. The medical team said it was a skin trauma from tripping over a leg and falling to the ground but coach Indra insisted on a follow-up check.

Doctors at the hospital also said something similar to the national team's medical team and a little sprained then coach Indra breathed a sigh of relief.

"It only takes a few days to fully recover. Just in case don't do heavy things that weigh down the legs first."

On his way out of the hospital coach Indra patted Raka on the shoulder and said

"Thank God nothing happened."

"You're too worried about the coach. But it's a pity we're finally going to fail to make the semifinals."

Coach Indra who heard Raka's words could only sigh. He was also a little disappointed with the result. Something that has happened cannot be repeated and the word if does not mean anything.

"Let's hope that Singapore at least manages to hold off Myanmar's draw."

Soon Raka and coach Indra return to the dormitory. Raka was immediately surrounded by his comrades.

"How are you, captain?"

"Is it bad?"

"How many months of recovery?"

Raka felt dizzy as endless questions continued to be directed at him. He raised his hand so that the people around him were silent.

"I'm fine. Calm down the doctor has said this is just skin trauma and a little sprained."

After being satisfied with what they wanted to know, the crowd soon died down leaving Raka alone. Raka could only shake her head and return to her dorm room.

The match against Vietnam was the last match for the Indonesian national team. The remaining matches are not their part.

But the training camp will end two days later and await the outcome of the match between Singapore and Myanmar. Even though hope is only as thin as paper, it never hurts to stay on guard.

July 9 at Maguwoharjo Stadium

Indonesian players did not come to compete this time but rather watched the match between Singapore and Myanmar directly from the stands.

They hope that Singapore can defeat Myanmar.

Soon the match began when the referee blew his whistle.

The Singaporean player was fully pressured by the Myanmar players from the start of the match.

Myanmar are aiming to win in order to qualify for the semi-finals whereas Singapore have nothing even when it wins.

This difference in motivation is what makes Indonesian players worried that Singapore will easily show weakness. Fortunately, this was not done on the Singapore side.

When Raka was fully focused on watching the match, Brian who was sitting next to her nudged her and asked

"Raka, who do you think will win?"

"Oh, it's still not decided."

"I think Singapore's defence is soild. It's gonna be a series."

As soon as Brian's words finished Myanmar had scored into the Singapore goal. Through the corner kick of the striker they managed to head the ball into the goal.

Raka immediately answered Brian's words.

"Shut your mouth shut so Singapore gets good results."

Brian obediently kept his mouth shut throughout the match. Unfortunately until the end of the first half Singapore failed to equalize.

Indonesian players discussed in a pessimistic tone commenting on the course of the match. They unanimously agreed that Myanmar would win the game and they would go home to their respective clubs.

The break was quickly completed and the second half was soon started.

Myanmar was trying to strike back after Singapore failed to launch an attack. The Myanmar attacking midfielder made a well-received breakthrough pass by the striker.

The Myanmar striker also easily penetrated the Singapore goal. The goal made Indonesian players who watched more pessimistic.

When their mood in the base of the referee line raised his flag which means the goal was disallowed for offside. Soon their mood lifted back up.

A little hope emerged when Singapore got the penalty. Myanmar defenders do tackle

with a bang in the penalty zone against the Singapore striker. The striker named Zhang Lei managed to execute the penalty well.

But once again the hopes that the Indonesian players had were forced to dim back because Myanmar succeeded

leading the match back. Five minutes after the penalty they managed to score a goal through a free kick.

At the moment their mood was going up and down like a rollercoaster. In the end, they had no hope anymore

when Singapore managed to equalize.

Learning from the previous lessons, they argued that Myanmar might soon score again.

The match has now entered the 80th minute. All Myanmar players have resolutely continued to launch attacks on Singapore's defence.

All Singapore players were pressed into the defensive zone. Even the Myanmar goalkeeper can walk up to the middle of the field.

For Myanmar a draw is unacceptable and they have to win. So that they are currently hastily launching an attack.

They were too rushed to score. Finally in the 87th minute a bait error occurred and was captured by Singapore players.

The Myanmar goalkeeper immediately ran backwards to get back into his net but the Singaporean had already kicked a long-range kick that led to the goal.

The goalkeeper tried to chase but the ball was too fast. After successfully overtaking the ball hit the inner crossbar but the direction of the ball still heading in the goal so as to produce a goal for Singapore.

Unexpectedly the Singaporean player scored with a super-long kick. Now the score is 2 - 3 wins for Singapore.

There are only 5 minutes left at the moment because the referee gave two minutes extra time. But in the end Myanmar failed to score two goals and was forced to lose.

This is due to the ridiculousness of the goalkeeper who advanced too far from his goal. Even the Myanmar coach only covered his face in emotion and embarrassment.

On the other hand the happy players are not Singapore players but Indonesian players who are in the stands.

After being tossed around in despair and happiness they managed to establish that they are now happy. They reached the semi-finals thanks to the Singapore national team victory.

Edo even got up from his chair and shouted

"Singapore, I love youuuu"
