Alex realized. Look around. He knew he was in the hospital. He tried to get up and sit down. But, his entire body was stretched stiff and numb.

“What is this? Am I paralyzed?”

He started to murmur and panic. Worriedly. Not done worrying about his whole body. He remembered Hendra. He looked back left and right. There was no Hendra beside him.

Now Alex is sweating cold sweat. Quitting! He could only look at the ceiling of the room while imagining the faces of his three children. Alex is getting more worried.

His mind began to get out of control. Thinking that your children are safe or not. Have eaten or not. And how confused his son when he came home and did not see his father at home.

Alex is back. Close your eyes and pray in your heart.

“Yes Allah, please take care of my three children yes Allah.”

Closing her eyes, her tears came unintentionally. Her anxiety was signaling to her eyes to cry. Only a drop came out.

Sister in the room. Check on Alex's situation. Seeing Alex who had regained consciousness, the nurse rang the call bell.

“Pak Alex, I am permission to go home first yes. I call this the other sister. To replace my guard. We're changing guard shifts. This is a nurse caller remote yes sir.”

The nurse gave the nurse's caller remote in Alex's palm. Because he knew very well that Alex would not be able to push the button that was on top of his head before the anesthetic effect ended.

Then another nurse came in. The nurse came out of the room. This new nurse regulates the speed of the course of the infusion in the normal direction. And come out without saying.

Alex was hungry, thirsty, and weak. Alex decided to go back to sleep. Closing eyes. Suddenly…

The door opened and sounded very loud. Alex was surprised to get up and sit down. Like an automotis bell. Unknowingly he made that unexpected move.His eyes widened. He speaks a thousand languages. And happy.

Andra and Indra ran to hug their father. Alex felt a little pain in the hug. But his pleasure covered the pain. The effects of surgery are starting to disappear.

The girl came in. He put Hendra on the couch.

“This, this is your son. You're the one who's sick why should I bother!. This is money from Mr. Didit. Money for your son. Not necessary. I sincerely take care of them.”

The girl spoke in a high tone. Alex's heart was racing. The girl is seen pacing back and forth a step or two and returning to her original place occasionally in also holding her jidat or head. He looks stressed!. A little upset and angry.

Still going back and forth, too, the girl. Suddenly Hendra laughed. Raising both his arms wanted to be carried with the girl. Alex listened, only this time he saw Hendra wanted to be carried by someone else.

“Tuh you see? Whose child is this? Your son. Why is he so funny and wants to be carried by me.”

“Kak candy?.”

Said Indra who was beside the girl out of nowhere her proposal. Indra pulled the girl's shirt.

“What candy? No more candy. Dinda is not here.”

Answer the girl. Indra was disappointed and pouted.

“Okay get here only. I want to go home!”

Said the girl sniffled and came out. Andra and Indra, Hendra and Alex were in the room. The situation is back quiet. Alex could do nothing. Just being able to get up and sit down is a miracle.

Alex looked at the girl walking out. Until the girl got further away and disappeared from his sight.

After exiting the VIP room where Alex is being treated. Eliana hurried. He gets upset back dealing with Alex's family. The first time when saving Indra while crying in the corner of a dead-end sidewalk. Luckily, Eliana was in a good mood.

But not this time. The mood is not good. He just found out his girlfriend cheated. Very upset. And finally cut off the relationship with his girlfriend. Then suddenly Alex's children appeared in front of his house.

Eliana took her cell phone. Staring at his phone, he canceled his intention to call Mr. Ujang and walked back to Alex's room.

Eliana was angry and upset. But he's a very nice man. Imagining what he did made him regret it. Seeing the situation of Alex and his three children, actually makes him sad. Eliana intends to go back and apologize.

Alex sad. How could he possibly reach Hendra with his current state. Andra and Indra were not yet too able to hold her sister. Especially taking care of. Suddenly…

The door opens again. The girl came back again. Alex was a little scared and trembling again. Well that girl Eliana. The girl Alex doesn't know. Known by Indra.

“Okay, until you leave this hospital alone. I'll take care of your kids.”

Eliana pointed at Alex and was a little disrespectful. He gave up his intention to apologize. After saying Eliana held Hendra. Holding Indra's hand, and calling Andra. Then she disappeared from Alex's sight with her three children.

Before leaving, Eliana gave a small paper to Alex. The little paper contained Eliana's phone number. On the paper there is also a small letter. A message to contact Eliana quickly if you are out of RS. Not to forget Eliana also wrote “third of your son is safe with me”.

“Aalhamdulillah's. Thank God you sent someone who can take care of my son as long as I am here.”

Alex is grateful in his heart.
