Elona'S Legacy
Rescue Mission
The night when everyone in the village was asleep, Ricardo and his friends prepare to enter the village while Elona ensures the guards who are in one house with her have drunk a drink that has been given a mixture of sleeping pills by Elona. After the guards fell asleep, Elona opened the door for her friends and they began their mission to save the children.
They scattered one man into another and quickly woke the children up.
" Hey.the kids wake up!" elona said in a soft voice
" Hmm... What's wrong?" said the child who was awakened from his sleep while rubbing his eyes
" Hush.. You will I release from here and return to your homes"
" Are we really going home? but there are guards?"
" Yes! you help me wake up your other friends and follow me out, and my friends will help us" Elona said
Then they all came out and gathered near the village gate, when they wanted to get out of the gate suddenly there were some guards who had awakened and chased after them
" Hey! Stop right there!" said the burly man while brandishing his sword towards them
" Elona, Lucas you guys get those kids out of here, me and Vander are blocking them" Ricardo said
They nodded their heads "Kids, run follow me!" said Lucas. Then they all ran towards the gemstone cave. Drap.. drap, when they came out of the cave the sun had risen and they immediately took the children to hide for a while in the inn they had first rented to rest. Ricardo had rented the entire inn one day before they set out to carry out his mission.
On the other hand Ricardo and Vander fought against those guards, they fought until sunrise and managed to defeat those guards. They tied the guards to a chair with a rope after which they sent a message of help using a delivery bird to the royal soldiers who had been ready in the border area.
" Vander, you send this message to the soldiers waiting at the border guard post!" ricardo said
" Snouts.... " Vander called the messenger bird and pinned the letter on the bird's leg
After they waited for about 30 minutes the soldiers came
" Vander, you escort some of them to get these people into the cell at the guard post, I'll meet Elona and Lucas at the inn and see the children's situation" ricardo said
Vander nodded his head then led the soldiers to do their duty and Ricardo headed straight for the inn.
" You on the left take the criminals and confiscate the equipment here!" said Vander
" Some of you follow me to the inn to pick up the kids! Leave 2 men to watch this village if anything suspicious you'll quickly notify the guard post!" ricardo said
" good!" answer them simultaneously
" Elona, Lucas how are the kids?" ask Ricardo
" They're resting in the room" Lucas said
" After they wake up we send them back to his house. Vander I'm assigned to escort the soldiers who took the criminals to prison"
A few minutes later the children woke up from their sleep and looked for Elona.
" Sister Elona, can we really go home?" ask one of the little girls
" Of course, this introduces you to your friends who will help you" Elona said in a soft voice and with a smile
" Good handsome brother" said the little girl who then ran upstairs to call her friends
After the little girl went to her friend, Ricardo felt a strange look given by Lucas and Elona because they saw Ricardo with a face that did not believe that he could speak in a soft tone
" Sister, I've called my friends"
" Well, now you tell me where you live?" ricardo said
Among the 30 children, 20 were children from the kingdom of Bisania, while others from the border area lived on the streets or orphanages.
" You want me to stay at the orphanage on the border or go to the kingdom of Bisania like your other friends?" ricardo asked the other 10 children
" If we follow you to the kingdom where we will live?"
" What's your name? and how old are you?"
" Tom, 12 years old"
" If you want to stay in the royal palace, you can take up training to become a royal warrior like these brothers. In the 12-year-old kingdom you can go in for sword training or you can join one of these brothers" Ricardo said, referring to Lucas and Elona as older brothers
" I'm going with you to the kingdom" said Tom
After Tom there are 3 other people who want to come to the kingdom and the rest still choose to stay at the border. Those who come to the kingdom have an average age of more than 12 years and 1 of them is a woman.
" But before returning to the kingdom we must go to one place first. Can you find a horse-drawn carriage for these kids?" ask Ricardo
" I've prepared a horse-drawn carriage to take these children" Elona said
Then they all came out of the inn and mounted their horses and took the children into the chariot. They returned the children who chose to stay at the border back to the orphanage they lived in first while the royal children of Bisania joined the guard post. After arriving at the border guard post, the children were taken to the dining room while waiting for Ricardo to finish his affairs.
" Elona you're with the kids in the dining room! Lucas you're coming with me to jail to see those people!" ricardo said
" Your children eat first until full because our journey is long enough"
In prison, Vander had been waiting for Ricardo's arrival
" Vander, did you get anything from them?" ask Ricardo
" They are only told to keep the children working and the people who tell them to only give orders by letter" Vander said
" There's nothing we can use any further, then let them stay here and we go back to the kingdom"
" Elona, are the kids done eating? we are going to the kingdom now" Ricardo said
" Yes! they're ready too"
Then they all began their journey to return to the kingdom of Bishania. To return to the kingdom they spent 1 full day. Arriving in the kingdom of Bisania, Ricardo immediately returned the 20 children to their respective places after they said goodbye to their other friends. Ricardo and the children who had wanted to go with him went to the royal palace.
The Royal Palace of Bisania, Ricardo immediately returned to report to the King as Lucas and Elona drove Tom and his friend to the training ground.
