Return to the Past (2)

The day of the mission has arrived, the two of them have set off before the chickens start crowing to their respective destinations.

During the 2nd mission Sabrina continued to bring herself closer to Ricardo by showing her abilities, she tried her best to leave the impression that she was more worthy of being his companion than Elona.

Coincidentally they met outside the palace after completing their mission all day.

" I'll be visiting your place tomorrow afternoon so be prepared!" ricardo said

" Well, Crown Prince" replied Elona and Sabrina simultaneously

Then they entered the palace while Ricardo also returned to his residence. The next day the three of them met in the garden behind the pavilion where Elona and Sabrina lived, in the middle of the garden there was a small gazebo there provided some kind of dessert and jasmine tea.

" Happy 2nd mission you also ended smoothly.2 weeks you will know who became the Crown Princess and a few days later will be held Crown Princess coronation" Ricardo said

" Is the announcement of the victory this time directly conveyed by yourself, Crown Prince?" ask Sabrina

" Yes, after that if one of you is not elected, you can return to your own residence after the Crown Princess's coronation ceremony ends to announce it publicly" Ricardo said

" Will one of us also help the Crown Princess who is elected later?" ask Elona

After the conversation was over they went back to their respective places and thought of Ricardo's words. The next day Marques Casia and Delaona came to the palace to meet their son and negotiate which option to take.

At 10am, the pavilion palaces of Sabrina and Elona stayed the two Marquesses had been in their respective daughter's rooms to discuss what they would do if they still chose to help the Crown Princess who was chosen.

" I heard yesterday that the Crown Prince came to see you? can you guess from her attitude who she would choose as a couple?" ask Marques Casia.

" Yes, yeah, He told us to stay in the palace until the coronation is over and gave us the freedom to choose to help the Crown Princess or to leave the palace and return to our lives as usual" Sabrina replied

" Have you made your choice?"

" I'll do my usual activities" sabrina said but in her heart she had not given up and it would have been easier for her to move if it was outside the palace out of sight of the person who suspected her as well as Marques Casia thought otherwise that Sabrina had given up both to Ricardo and the position of Crown Princess.

On the other side of the palace

"...  Then what's your decision? ask Marques Delaona after asking the same thing at the beginning as Marques Casia

" Actually I still want to be in the palace to help the Crown Princess or if I don't return to be the Crown Prince's personal bodyguard but I don't have a good relationship with Sabrina's daughter Casia even though it can't be in say bad. But if I choose to be the Crown Prince's bodyguard there may not be a problem with us but the nobles will definitely try to trouble the Crown Prince in various ways" Elona told Marques Delaona

" It's also a good thing to be a soldier in your own family and can also help papa. Are you friends with Marques Casia?"

A few hours later before the day leading up to the second night Marques returned to his home and the next day the tutors said his goodbyes to Elona and Sabrina which was the last day to receive lessons from them. Sabrina and Elona had been waiting for their two tutors in the palace library.

" We bid farewell to princess Elona Delaona and daughter Sabrina Casia, thank you for receiving our teaching so well" they said

" We are also honoured to receive instruction from you" Elona and Sabrina said in unison while saluting them while slightly bending their knees with both hands holding the ends of their clothes.

Elona and Sabrina then invited their two titters to enjoy a meal with them as a sign of gratitude and their farewell banquet as teachers and students.

" Whoever the Crown Prince chooses we hope to have the opportunity to serve you as Crown Princess well as we can"

" I'm sure if it happens I will gladly accept it" Sabrina said

" I also agree with Sabrina's daughter" Elona said
