"Sister Rey!!!!" elsa shouted from her room.

Rey and Kenan, who heard this, quickly ran to Elsa's room. Arriving at the room, Rey and Kenan immediately went inside and approached Elsa, they both saw Elsa holding her stomach while screaming in pain.

The panicked Rey could only hold Elsa's hand firmly without doing anything, just like Kenan who panicked when he saw his sister like that.

"Elsa wants Rey's hand! You call an ambulance and Levin's doctor so he's ready for surgery, I'll calm Elsa down" Kenan said.

Hearing Kenan's words, Rey releases Elsa's hand and immediately contacts the ambulance and Levin's doctor. Kenan tries to calm Elsa by holding her sister's hand and telling her to breathe.

"Hikss, hikss, brother is sick! Elsa's stomach hurts a lot." said Elsa.

"Calm Els, don't panic okay? Let's take a breath and throw it away slowly." said Kenan.

On the other hand, Rey snapped at the hospital to quickly send an ambulance to her home.

"Bang, the ambulance is coming soon, I will join Elsa in the ambulance, brother better take my car to the hospital" said Rey.

Rey holds Elsa ala bridal style and then takes her down while waiting for an ambulance that soon finally comes.

"Bang, me and Elsa first." said Rey then went inside following Elsa who was already in the ambulance.

Kenan immediately drove the car to follow the ambulance from behind, not forgetting he also contacted his parents to tell Elsa the situation.

"Hello Kenan, what's wrong? We have arrived at the airport." said Kalandra.

"Pi! Straight to the hospital! Elsa is giving birth! Tell papa Ryan as well." said Kenan who immediately turned off the phone without hearing the words of his papa.

Arriving at the hospital, Levin's doctor immediately told the nurse to put Elsa into the operating room she had prepared beforehand.

"You wait here Rey! The patient's family can't get into the operating room" Levin said.

"But doc, a lot of her husband saw the birth process of his son" said Rey.

"But Elsa's condition is not like pregnant women in general, there will be bleeding due to cancer and I'm sure you will be worried to see it. So you better not go inside." explains Dr. Levin.

"Doctor Levin is right Rey, you better wait here! I'm sure Elsa will be fine because she's my sister!" keep Kenan.

Rey turned to Kenan, then he finally complied with his brother's words. Rey and Kenan wait in the front seat of the operating room with a feeling of worry.
