In front of the operating room, Rey could only pray while shedding tears, but she quickly wiped back her tears to keep Kenan from seeing her.

"Don't cover your grief Rey! At a time like this you don't have to cover your worries." said Kenan while patting Rey on the shoulder.

"Bang, how's this? How's Elsa doing now?" said Rey who finally blatantly cried in front of Kenan.

Kenan immediately sat down next to Rey and hugged her to calm her down.

"Calm down, Elsa is a very strong woman! She can even endure her pain for almost 9 months, so I'm sure that she will also be strong enough to give birth to her children." explained Kenan.

"Whose doctor is this?" Ask Kenan.

"I'm the doctor who handled Ms. Elsa's lick surgery, because my job is done then I'm out of the operating room."

"Right now just trust everything to Levin's doctor who's dealing with Ms. Elsa's cancer" he explained.

"Is my wife okay during childbirth?" Ask Rey back.

"You know for yourself, sir, if your wife is going to have severe bleeding, and she's really bleeding badly at the time, but she's been able to survive and is now undergoing cancer removal surgery."

After explaining at length, the doctor immediately said goodbye to everyone and then immediately left.

I don't know what everyone there must feel. Everyone is happy about the news of the birth of Rey's twins, but they are also sad to hear if one of them has a weak heart and also Elsa who is still struggling with her disease in the operating room.
