Seeing Selena pass out causing Gracia and Carolina to panic, they both immediately try to move Selena's body onto the bed, Gracia immediately runs into the kitchen to find warm water to give to Selena . While walking to the kitchen Gracia saw the father receiving guests of several foreign men whom he had never seen before, for fear of Selena's condition, Gracia finally ignored the father's guest . He continued his steps to take warm water in the kitchen .

While Carolina seems busy giving massage to Selena while occasionally applying eucalyptus oil under Selena's nose hoping that her sister will wake up when inhaling the fragrance while loosening the clothes worn by Selena to make it easier to breathe .

"How's brother ? " question Gracia quickly while closing the door in a hurry .

"Still not aware yet, here's where the towel is "quick Carolina replied .

Gracia immediately gives Carolina a towel, she then locks the door of the room so that no one knows if Selena fainted . Carolina receives a towel given by Gracia to clear the cold sweat on Selena's forehead, she is then busy checking Selena's weak pulse .Carolina enlists Gracia's help to help her raise and hold Selena's leg 30 cm higher from the chest to help restore blood flow back to the brain . Carolina who actually likes the medical world has learned a little first aid in people fainting .

Before long Selena was heard moaning, Gracia approached her sister worriedly . He then gave warm water to the newly awakened Selena while Carolina appeared to sit limp on the floor while looking at the youngest sister taking care of Selena .

"What pain do you really hurt ? " ask Gracia with teary eyes .

"I'm just lacking rest Grace " replied Selena as she gently stroked Gracia's face, although they were only six minutes apart to be born into the world but Selena and Gracia's faces were very different . If you say Selena is the most beautiful among her two twin sisters .

Selena's heart raced quickly to hear Carolina's question, she glanced at the calendar on her dresser .

"It should be tomorrow my menstrual schedule " replied Selena smiling .

"akhhhhhh." Selena screams suddenly while holding her stomach, causing Gracia and Carolina to panic .

"So let's go to the doctor" said Gracia, who has invited Selena to the hospital .

"I'm fine it looks like it's just a normal PMS, take me to the bathroom I want to check something out" Selena replied as she extended her hand towards Gracia .

Seeing Selena in pain, Carolina finally helps her get Selena into the bathroom, after entering Carolina's bathroom, and Gracia leaves Selena alone inside . Shortly afterward Selena screamed from the bathroom .

"You why brother ??!!!! " tanya Gracia was worried after hearing Selena's scream .

"I'm having my period please get me a clean pad and panties" Selena replied with a smile .

Gracia smiled at him and walked out of the bathroom leaving Carolina standing in front of the bathroom door to look after Selena .

"Come on your moon irregular brother ? " ask Carolina trying to interrogate her sister .

"No, the most forward or backward two days each month is not normal " replied Selena while putting her underwear that looks dirty due to blood spots into the dirty clothes .

"Yes it's normal, I guess you're pregnant, sister, haven't you been sharing that bed with Ricardo Hector for three months !! " caroline circus insinuates Selena .

"Sister Carol !!!! watch your talk !!! didn't we know that Selena's sister did that because of daddy's insistence "cried Gracia in a high tone trying to defend Selena .

Selena just smiled wryly at the words of her sister, in fact she was also worried about being pregnant but when she saw the blood patches in her underwear she felt relieved .

"It's Grace, don't we all know that you're the master at doing that" Carolina said as she walked out of the bathroom .

"Grace !!! " call Selena to quickly cut out Gracia's words that seem to contradict Carolina's words .

Gracia immediately closed her mouth and stared at Selana who was seen giving her the code so as not to continue her words again . Gracia is seen nodding and walking up to Selena to give her clean underwear and sanitary napkins .

"No need to dramatize" Carolina said while embracing her identical twin sister .

" You don't know anything sister " said Gracia quickly while removing Carolina's embrace on her shoulder .

Carolina who was not close to Selena could only sneer when she heard her youngest sister's words, she then walked to the window when she heard the sound of several cars leaving her house .

"I saw it earlier sister, their appearance was like the Italian mafia "chir Gracia chimed in the words Carolina .

"Do you know Grace ? " ask Carolina curiously .

"I've never seen them before sis" replied Garcia quickly while helping Selena who had just come out of the bathroom .

Selena lay on the bed because her dizziness had not disappeared after the rumination, because her mouth felt sour Selena finally asked Grace to take ice cream on the nightstand that had been brought before by Gracia .

Because Kasian saw the condition of his brother Garcia finally helped feed Selena his favorite chocolate ice cream slowly , Carolina just stared from the tail of her eyes to see her brother and sister feeding each other ice cream in bed .

"Carol came here" said Selana calling Carolina .

"Isn't there Grace who bribed you a leg "the Carolina hanker doesn't like it .

Selena smiled and continued to wave her hand asking Carolina to come closer, with a hint of annoyance Carolina walked up to Selena and sat on the bed with Gracia . Selena slowly grabbed Carolina's face, which still looked swollen from a slap from their father .

"Awww the pain "choked Carolina in pain when Selena touched her torn lips .

"Sorry ...."

"I'm sorry I can't take care of you Carol ' I'm sorry I can't take care of you both" Selena said stammeringly and with a face soaked with tears .

Seeing Selena crying out loud, Gracia hugged her older sister tightly from behind, sobbing on Selena's back . Selena tried to wipe her tears slowly and tried to comfort Gracia .

Looking at the heartwarming scene in front of her made Carolina's heart touched , her heart withered seeing her siblings crying . Without talking Carolina dropped her hug on Selena, so the three twin girls cried together by hugging each other . They cry over the bad luck they have had to endure since living with the father .

"I guess we'll be happy after daddy comes into our lives sister hyks "soak Carolina in her tears .

"Have not been remembered again Carol "said Selena with a trembling tone .

"Sister has sacrificed so much for me and Grace "said Carolina while taking off her arms to Selena .

"When mommy died I promised to take care of you guys, so you don't have to feel guilty" Selena said as she stroked Gracia and Carolina's faces alternately .

Selena hugged her sister tightly she knew her sister had not changed, Selena was sure the brother's rude attitude was just acting . Selena kissed Carolina's forehead many times lovingly .

"Let's go Carol , come with me "Selena whispered to Carolina's ear .

"But we can't leave daddy sister, he's our biological father sister " replied Carolina stammeringly .

"But daddy just used us sister, he never really considered us his son" said Gracia chimed in in response to the words Carolina .

Hearing Gracia's words Carolina's memory turned around again, she tried to remember the time she had spent 7 years with her father . He never got the warmth of the father figure he had longed for from Alexander Del Leon , the man could only order them to commit various crimes such as being a spy or a drug courier and various other dirty acts . Alexander Del Leon whom he adored as a father even had the heart to sell the younger brother Gracia to the striped men who were eventually replaced by Selena .

"Absolute wolf he will never eat his own son Carol" Selena said as she gently stroked her sister's face .

" You're right, brother !!! Daddy was too cruel to us " answered Gracia quickly .

" Are we not disobeying him, brother ? " ask Carolina slowly .

Selena smiled at the sister's question, she let out a long sigh and smiled then hugged the sister tightly .

" This is not an iniquity . Obedience and filial piety to the parents there are limits especially if the old man like Alexander Del Leon " whispered Selena softly kelinga Carolina with a smile .
