Fake Wedding Pledge

Fake Wedding Pledge
CHAPTER 24 Anxious

After meeting Dion at the restaurant, Fathan leaves to return home. On the way, he remembered Azkira. He also tried to reach her by phone.

Time and again the outgoing call button for Azkira's contact she presses. However, Azkira still refused to talk to him. Fathan's phone call was not answered at all.

"I beg you to lift up, Azki," he said as he continued to repeat his efforts. And again the result is nil.

There was a sigh of resignation from Fathan. But suddenly, Fathan remembered about Grandma Sinta. The man then contacted the woman who was Azkira's grandmother.

[Hello, Son Fathan.] An answer was heard from the other end of the phone.

[Grandma! Please tell Azki, I'll pick her up home, ] Fathan said without saying anything stale.

[What do you mean, son? Azkira is not here. Did he leave the house? Where's Azki?]

Hearing that Fathan frowned. "What's? So Azkira didn't go to Grandma's house? Then where is he?" inner Fathan.

[Henning ..].

[Hello .... Son Fathan! Are you still there? Where did Azkira go?]

[I-yes, Grandma. Then Fathan closes first, Grandma. Maybe Azkira went somewhere else.] Fathan doesn't know what to answer.

[The phone call ends.]

"Aarghhhh! Where the hell's he going? Early in the day so up what is he?" Indeed, Fathan was beset with great worry at the time.

"Please, Azki! Don't torture me with this kind of guilt" muttered Fathan. The man pulled his car over on a deserted street.

Fathan wept remembering his outrageous deeds to Azkira. Coupled with the fact that explained that since the beginning Azkira never did anything wrong related to the slander that befell him. The slander that made the name Chili Sauce Resto became polluted and almost deserted visitors. Now that Fathan knew that all Azkira's words were honest, he felt sorry for treating the poor woman so badly.

Fathan grabbed her hair in frustration. "When that time I would listen to you, Azki," he regretted as he put a forehead on the steering wheel of his car.

Cloudy clouds covered the entire surface of the sky. The weather of the day was like the heart of Fathan who was worried about Azkira. Even if he knows, he'll find it through a location-detection app like he did. However, the worry is .... What did Azkira go with that night? Is he on foot? Remember, as early as that day there were no public vehicles operating.

"It's all my fault. Why am I so stupid? Why wouldn't I trust him when he says honesty? I have hurt her self-esteem, heart and feelings. In fact, I've hit him too." Fathan looked at the two palms he had once used for violence against Azkira.

Soon after, it appeared that the hand was draining fresh blood. Yes, Fathan has wounded his own hand. The hand that made him remember the sins he had committed in Azkira. He smashed his own windshield and caused both his hands to bleed.

"Azki, I'm off to work first. Make yourself as comfortable as possible here. Consider it your own place to live," said Dila while carrying her bag.

"Thank you, Dila. Sorry to bother you."

"Ahh, no need to say that. Don't think about anything, okay!" Dila patted Azkira's shoulder gently. Azkira nodded.

"Oh, yeah. If your heart has subsided with your anger, just pick up the phone call from your husband. Tell me you're okay. No heart is relieved after making others anxious, hum." Dila was neutral to Azkira and Fathan.

"I'll give it a try," Azkira replied while nodding and concluding a smile.

"Then I'm gone. Don't forget to eat, yeah. I've been cooking for you."

"Thank you again, Dila." Azkira's eyes glazed.

After Dila left. Azkira remembered the message of his best friend. He takes a cell phone and intends to inform Fathan. However, his memory of Fathan's hard and selfish attitude again attacked his mind. So that the hand put back the phone that has been grasped by him. Azkira undoes the original intention.

After injuring his own hand. Fathan goes to a pharmacy to buy kassa bandages. Yes, he wanted to bandage the wounds he had created himself. And you know which pharmacy Fathan came to? Right, it was the pharmacy where Dila worked. It was just that, the two of them had not known each other, so there was no meaningful conversation back then.

Grimacing with pain, Fathan restarts his car. The man also had a wound on his hand. He follows the GPS (Global Positioning system), which he uses to find out the whereabouts of Azkira.

The house of Sinta. There was Revan who visited while delivering a banana sponge cake that he bought. Revan knew the woman he thought his own grandmother loved the food. Revan's concern for Sinta was indeed very sincere. Not changed just because he could not get Azkira as the grandson of Sinta.

"Grandma, what's wrong? Why does Grandma look so nervous?" ask Revan.

"Tadi Fathan called Grandma. He said he'd get Azki here. Then Grandma told him Azki wasn't here. Did Azki leave her husband's house? But where is he? Grandma was worried about nothing with Azki, Nak Revan," Sinta explained her anxiety.

Revan took a deep breath, then he smiled. "Grandma don't worry. Nothing happened to Azki. She's fine, Grandma."

"Did he tell you, son?" ask Sinta.

"Yes, Revan knows where Azki is. Grandma doesn't have to worry. After all, her husband can definitely take care of Azkira, Grandma." Revan tries to make Sinta calm down.

"Thank God then. Grandma's relieved, son."

"Now eat the banana sponge first. This is still new and certainly Grandma likes it," persuaded Revan while developing a smile.

"Thank you, Son Revan. Fortunately you are here. Since Azki got married, this house has become quiet," Sinta.

Revan nodded with a smile. "Don't make this house, Grandma. In fact, my heart was also lonely and half of my world had been lost since Azkira belonged to another man" Inner Revan commented on the pain.

In the rented room of Dila's house. Azkira was still sitting unmoved. He is like a lifeless statue. His eyes were blank, his face was pale, and his mind wandered, staring far away somewhere.

On the other hand, Fathan had already found the point where Azkira was. The man with thick eyebrows circulated his gaze outside, from behind the broken window of his car and looked cracked on the other side. Then, he made sense to find Azkira, between the doors of the dragging rented room.

"Come, sound!" fathan said as he pressed the outgoing call on Azkira's mobile number, walking.

Sure enough, the sound of a phone ringing was heard from one of the rented rooms. Fathan approached the source of the sound. And from behind the window glass that the curtains are slightly open, Fathan can see the face of the woman is sitting still like a statue.

"Azki ..," he said as he barged in through the door that happened to be unlocked.

Azkira's dreamy attention was awakened when Fathan called out his name over and over again. He was very surprised to find Fathan was already right in front of him."Bang Fathan ...," he shrieked as he frowned.

"I'm looking for you, Azki." Fathan wept and rushed straight into Azkira's arms.

"I'm sorry, Azki. Let's go home, honey. I'm sorry," said Fathan sobbing.

Azkira was still. However, just after that his eyes were fixed on both parts of Fathan's hand wrapped in a bandage case, as Fathan began to release his arms. Azkira was wide-eyed and his body became increasingly limp so conscious, the blood on Fathan's hand penetrated to the outside of his bandage case.

"What's with your hand, Bang?" said Azkira in a very slow voice.

Fathan simply answered with a smile and eyes that kept on condensing. Then, he again hugged Azkira, without a word, without speaking. Only the sound of very deep cries and sedu sedan sounded stifling chest.
