Falling in Love In An Overnight

Falling in Love In An Overnight
Chapter 82

As soon as Diana approached, Daniar said to her, "Secretary Diana, Mr. Fred is waiting for you in his room."

"Good." Diana's face looked serious. He went to the door and knocked. When he heard the answer from inside, he pushed the door and entered.

The door opened and Diana was stunned to see another woman in the room.

Fred was sitting at his desk, in front of him was a heating vat, and next to him was a woman, she was Elly.

Hearing the sound of the door opening, at the same time Fred and Elly saw it, while Diana did not know where to put her hands.

In an instant, Diana understood what Daniar meant.

He dared to pull her to play acting in front of this lady.

"Sir Fred, let me report on the state of the marketing department."

"Okee's." Fred replied casually, his eyes looking at Diana with a meaningful look.

Diana took two steps, and Elly said, "Secretary Diana, don't you see Mr. Fred is busy?"

Diana looked at the barrel on the table, smiled, and before she spoke, Elly looked at Fred again, and said, "Fred, this snail soup uses a secret concoction made by the chef at home. It is good to drink and good for body health. Drink more of it. My father specifically asked me to send it to you."

Fred said in a low voice, "Okay."

After Elly finished speaking, she turned her head back and saw Diana still standing inside the room, her eyebrows stiffening.

As she was about to say something, Diana stepped forward, walked straight past Elly, stopped beside Fred, looked into the barrel, and then chuckled, "Miss Elly, "Miss, this snail soup looks so good."

As he said, he looked at Fred with a smile, as if he was mocking himself and said, "the chicken that I cooked for you the last time the difference was very far from being made by Miss Elly."

She cooked chicken soup for him?

Fred's eyes brightened, and immediately understood that there was no change in his expression that was much more relaxed, then he said, "but I like that."

Both Diana and Elly were stunned.

Fred said very clearly, Elly was not a fool, of course he could understand.

His face turned blue, looked at Diana and squeezed her hands silently.

Fred put down his spoon and looked at Diana, "tonight I still want to eat the chicken soup you made, is it possible?"

Diana did not expect Fred to do this. He was astonished, and then he reacted and nodded, "okay, I'll make it for you."

On one side, Elly's face was green and red. He suddenly got up and looked at the two people in front of him, for a long time he could not say a word.

"Fred!" Said Elly

Fred turned his face away from Diana and looked at Elly. His face turned back to indifference, "What's the problem?"

Elly's eyes turned red and she couldn't talk. He looked at Fred and Diana, then turned around and left quickly.

When the door slammed and closed, Diana heaved a sigh of relief.

He knows it's still working hours. He took a step back. When she looked up, she saw Fred looking at her meaningfully.

"Sir Fred, I've had Sarah from the marketing department leave."

"okay." Fred doesn't talk much. After a short pause, he suddenly asked, "Diana, can you make chicken soup?"

Diana was startled and stared blankly, then replied, "I couldn't make it, I just carelessly said it."

"Huh?"

She acted with him, in the end why did she have to learn to make chicken soup?

"Will not learn?" Fred looked up at his eyes looking inward.

"No." Then Diana switched the conversation, "sir Fred, this time going to the marketing department, I felt there were a lot of problems there, work that was too casual, and the matter of dressing was also there."

Fred heard the word and he looked serious, "okay, I already know."

After finishing work at night, Diana went to the bottom garage, as she pulled the car door, she noticed there was a heating barrel in the car, which Elly used today to deliver soup.

Diana looked at it a few times and felt a little uncomfortable.

At the office he pulled her to act in front of Miss Elly, and in the blink of an eye, Fred brought the warming barrel.

Fred looked at Diana's gaze and asked casually, "do you know how long Elly and I have known each other?"

Diana raised her eyebrows, "How long?"

"Front of the year."

Hearing this, Diana felt even more uneasy than the previous one. Even so, his appearance still looked as calm as ever, "childhood lover?"

"Not really." Fred replied casually, "she is the daughter of my father's friend, the two families are often on good terms, so we know each other."

Diana said, "it looks like you're against him very flat, unlike people who have known him for 8 years."

Fred laughed and did not speak.

Fred and Elly have known each other for eight years, and Elly has been chasing him quietly for four years. If he only considered her a friend, Fred wouldn't be so cold towards Elly, but Elly was too persistent and for four years she hasn't given up.

Seeing Fred silent, Diana looked at the warming vat in the front row, then said hesitantly, "Have you hidden your feelings for her? That's why you rejected it, but you're basically still keeping the heating vat in secret.

When Fred heard those words, he suddenly sneered and replied, "Diana, your imagination is vast. I didn't return the warming vat to her, I was worried she'd come to the company again."

Fred didn't want to waste his time working to deal with the woman.

"Oh." Diana answered briefly, then she looked out the window.

Feeling that Diana's mood was not good, Fred suddenly responded. He put the tablet in his hand and looked at it.

I don't know why Fred wanted to hug her.

Diana looked at Fred acting strangely, then she asked, "What are you doing?"

As he said, his body had been pulled by Fred, and then, tightly he hugged his waist, and Diana could not let go.

Seeing the smile in her eyes, Diana was a little nervous.

Fred reached out and his thumb gently touched the tip of his nose, "Are you jealous?".

"Who is jealous?" Hearing this, Diana subconsciously denied it, but her ears were slightly hot.

"Someone." Fred's smile expands.

She liked to see Diana like this, unlike her who was calm and thoughtful when dealing with things in the company, like a child, all kinds of emotions appeared in her eyes.
