They get no response, Kirana and Morgan walk further inside, a very large house almost as big as Kirana's father's house.

Morgan takes Kirana to his father's study. There they saw Morgan's father on the floor unconscious, the old man covered in bruises and blood. Morgan goes downstairs and starts checking her father's vital organs while Kirana calls for an ambulance.

When the ambulance got there, Morgan left with them. Morgan tells Kirana that her father needs immediate medical attention and in the meantime, Kirana must go find Annan.

Kirana remembered Annan's words.

"i love coming here, it's like a runaway for me!"

Kirana got into her car and went back to the office. Once there he climbed into the rooftop. There Kirana saw someone sitting leaning on the side of the building.

Slowly Kirana walked up to that person and seeing that it was Annan, Kirana sat down next to him. The two of them were silent, Annan did not acknowledge Kirana's presence, But after a few minutes, Annan finally opened his mouth.

"Is he okay?" Annan said breaking the silence, Kirana looked at him but Annan looked straight ahead. Makes Kirana look ahead too,

"Maybe!... Morgan said he needed to be stitched up" Kirana said.

"Are you okay?" Kirana was still looking ahead. Annan looked at Kirana for a while and after that he looked down at her hand. Kirana followed Annan's Direction of View and saw the man's hand bleeding and bruised. Before Annan had a chance to pull his hand, Kirana moved and sat in front of him while holding Annan's right hand.

Kirana quickly picked up her bag and took out the P3K box she had stored there for an emergency and began cleaning and wrapping Annan's hands with bandages.

"I didn't mean to hit him too hard" Annan said as he looked down at his hand.

"I'm very angry" He continued.

"Why?" Kirana asked, Kirana knew Annan did not like Harima too much

So Kirana doubted Annan would hurt her father badly for Harima's sake, or if there was something Kirana didn't know.

Annan kept looking at his hand,

"That's because of my mother" Annan said making Kirana look at him confused, Kirana knew Harima was not her real mother she heard rumors that Annan's mother died when Annan was young.

"What does he have to do with this?" Ask Kirana again

"He used to do the same thing to my mother" Annan said. Kirana was shocked

"A-what," Kirana said unconsciously.

Kirana continued to look at Annan, The man had the same expression on his face like a helpless child. Kirana never thought she would see such an expression on Annan's Face, not like the great Annan Keanu Winata, But Like the weak Annan

"He used to beat my mom... And I could never do anything... I heard him screaming and crying in pain... Several times I even saw him do it too. He always had his face like this when he did it" Annan said.

"It was as if he was proud of what he was doing... Like beating his wife in front of their son was an achievement... He's happy to do it... He was happy to know that his family was scared. Because she..." Then and suddenly the expression of the helpless little boy was gone replaced by the cold expression on his face.

"Mr Annan are you okay?" Kirana said, Annan turned her back. Not answering.

"Where was Morgan at the time?" Kirana asked. Annan let out a humorous laugh, without a trace of humor,

"Morgan doesn't even know he's busy at his medical school" Annan Datar said.

"Do you know how my mother died?" Annan asked Kirana with a serious face. Kirana started thinking, though,

Kirana remembers hearing her father talk about it when she was young.

"Didn't he die in a car accident?" I doubt a little, though,

"That's what everyone thinks.Even Morgan thinks so but that's not true" Annan said and walking towards the edge of the building, Kirana followed him.

"He killed himself... One day I came home from school and found him in his room with a wound on his wrist..." Her words slowly made Kirana gasp and covered my mouth with her hands.

"My father hired a few people and made it look like he died in a car accident" Annan said, staring at Kirana

"Only 3 people know the truth, my father, me and now you" he continued

"Why are you telling me this?" Kirana wants to know again

Annan stepped closer towards Kirana and placed his hand on the girl's cheek, which was,

"Kirana if anything happens to me, I want you to tell me the truth about what happened to my mother" Annan said

"What... But nothing will happen to you... right?" Kirana. Annan did not answer

"Please promise me Kirana!"

A single tear fell on Kirana's cheek as she thought something bad would happen to Annan

"I promise you!." Kirana said slowly.

Annan gave her a small smile and wiped away Kirana's tears. Suddenly Annan and Kirana hear a siren, Kirana looks into the parking lot below and sees it's a police car.

"Sial" said Annan hissing

"How do they know where you are?" Kirana panicked

"I don't know"

They saw the police entering the building. Annan looked at Kirana.

"Did my father faint when you found him?" Ask Annan quickly

"yes," Kirana said surprised at the sudden question.

"Then he should not have woken up. .. they might have given him a medicine that would put him to sleep until tomorrow ... and Morgan would not have ..." Annan said more to himself then they realized and Kirana realized what Annan said.

"Who called the police?"

"I did it!" They looked at the door and there was Harima.

"Let's Mrs Harima? you called the police" Kirana said in surprise.

"WHY DID YOU DO THAT!" Annan shouted furiously at Harima. He started walking towards her, killing intent emanating clearly from Annan's eyes. But before that Kirana was already standing in front of him.

"Mr Annan, calm down" Kirana said,

"WHY ARE YOU CALLING THE COPS HA?!" Annan shouted to Harima ignoring Kirana

"I-I have to be Annan! You hurt the man I love" Harima said in fear.

"THE MAN YOU LOVE!" Annan shouted, "THAT SON OF A BITCH HAS TREATED YOU LIKE TRASH!" shouted again.

"Annan relax!" Kirana mentioned her name without any words Tuan to make Kirana herself surprised.

Annan looked at Kirana then sighed. Annan walked towards the edge of the roof again to calm down. The door opened and the police entered. They're headed for Annan.
