Falling in Love With the Warmth of Another Man
Reeling

"Of course" Annan said. Morgan and Annan drove him to the front door,

"Oh, I almost forgot" Aldo said and taking out a piece of paper and a pen, he wrote some numbers on it and gave it to me.

"That's my number, maybe sometime we can hang out for a drink" he said, and Annan just smirked at him.

"Yes, I'll call you" Annan said, then Aldo left. Morgan and I walked back to the living room, he stopped when he saw Bagas leaning against the wall next to the entrance of the living room, Bagas looking down at the floor.

Annan walked towards him, Bagas looking pale almost like he was looking at a Ghost. Made Annan start to worry, was he sick or what?

"So something's wrong?" annan asked him. Bagas looked at Annan, he looked terrified.

"A lena..." His word. Annan held her shoulder, though,

"What's wrong? notify me".

He swallowed a lump in his throat,

"A Annan the man who just got here..." Said slowly.

"Well that's Aldo, what about him?" Annan began to be curious and worried at the same time.

"He's the voice I heard the day Kirana's body was thrown away!" Bagas whispered looking at Annan hoping to get Annan's Reaction But it was the empty face he received,

Annan did only display an Empty face But in his Heart Annan felt like a volcano that had just erupted.

Annan's breath was stuck in his throat, everything was slow, everything was blurry. The next thing he knew, Annan was inside his room, tearing everything apart.

All his belongings were now lying on the ground, some of them were broken, others were lying just like that.

Annan heard someone calling, maybe Morgan but he didn't. Annan was too busy destroying his room, his shelter. The only place on earth that resembled her, and now everything was destroyed, everything was destroyed, all shards were scattered on the floor

Annan was about to throw a picture frame on the floor when he felt two hands stopping him, Annan looked up and saw Morgan's face was staring at him, Morgan gave him a Sympathetic look.

Annan moved away from her and sat on the now broken bed, Morgan sat next to her quietly.

"I know you're angry, and you may not want to talk to me" Morgan said in a calm voice.

"You're right, I don't want to talk to you" Annan said in an angry tone.

"You have to be rational Annan you can't go and destroy your room because you're angry or sad" Morgan said sighing, Annan stood up and started walking away from Morgan

Morgan was right, he knew he was angry. Annan was irrational and insane, but Annan did not care... Not now, Annan did not want to be rational. One of his closest friends since childhood is somehow related to an assault on one person he loves...

Annan walks to the door, Morgan and Bagas try to persuade Annan to stay and calm down. But their plea was not at all reviewed by Annan.

Annan walked up to the door and picked up his jacket, in his pocket containing keys, wallet, and cell phone.

Annan opened the door and left, not bothering to say anything to them or even glancing at them though.

Annan took a quick step into his car and got inside, he turned it on and drove quickly no matter where he was headed.

After about an hour driving around Annan going to the gas station and filling up the tank, he walked into the store and was very tempted to buy one of the many bottles of whiskey on the shelf.

But Annan decided not to do it, he would not get drunk while driving, he did not want to risk bumping into innocent people just because he was being killed.

Annan chose a pack of cigarettes instead, he used to smoke in high school but quit when Morgan found out.

But now, he doesn't care who knows. Annan bought a pack and a match. As soon as he came out of the small shop, Annan put one of the cigarettes in his mouth and lit it. Annan took a deep breath and took it out, feeling a little calmer than before.

Annan got back into his car and started driving, once again he started driving around aimlessly. After successfully spending 3 cigarettes, Annan stopped the car when he saw the childhood garden he used to visit when he was a child.

Annan parked the car and walked to the now abandoned playground, looking like a garden compared to what he used to be. Annan walked into the swing, the only one still standing. He walked towards the swing and sat on one of the seemingly most stable of the six.

Annan sat there for hours, just thinking. How could he be so close to someone who was involved in such a terrible crime?

How could he have slept in the same room with her? Call him his other brother? How could someone who meant so much to Annan do something so horrible to the woman he loved?

Piles of questions piled up in Annan's mind, each of them making him feel a kind of regret.

Annan sat alone with a thought reminiscing about his childhood memories.

He looks around the playground, memories of Morgan, Aldo and Herself as a child running around with smiles on their faces continue to haunt him.

Perhaps one day he will bring Kirana here, before they tear everything down and build something new on these ruins. Annan looked around again, they would probably build some kind of shop with all this land. Unfortunately, Annan always hoped to bring his children here later, so that they could build good memories here like their father did years before.

But what if he can't bring Kirana here? What if he doesn't wake up in time before they knock him down? Is Kirana not going to wake up?

Will Kirana disappear from my memory?

NOPE,! That's not gonna happen

Even if everyone forgot Kirana, Annan could not. He can't forget Kirana, no matter what. Annan stood up from the swing after hours of sitting there. The sun had just peaked on the horizon, Annan walked back to the car and turned it on, and started driving. He has a destination he wants to visit

After an hour's drive, Annan finally got there, he parked the car and got out. Making sure to lock his car door, Annan walked to the front of the building, Annan took a deep breath and opened the glass door.
