For two hours, Gabriel and his colleagues held a meeting.

"All right, deal." Kristoff's grandfather said without a stale ado.

Gabriel was fixated, a second later smiling warmly.

"Thank you, we'll send you the contract by email." Answer Gabriel.

"Tomorrow, we'll meet again tomorrow to sign it." Grandpa Kristoff.

"Well, the sooner the better." Said Gabriel who agreed with his colleague's request.

Seen, Gabriel tidied up his files to bring him back to the office.

"Can we have lunch together?" Ask Kristoff's grandfather to Gabriel.

Gabriel looked towards his watch, "Alright, sir. But I can't linger." Reply Gabriel who once again agrees to Kristoff's grandfather's request.

Looks like a perfectly curved smile on Grandpa Kristoff's old lips.

A waiter immediately entered after the three ordered food.

"How old are you, Gabriel, seems so young." Grandpa Kristoff.

"28 years." Gabriel replied briefly.

Kristoff's grandfather's heart is beating fast, there can't be anything unintentional in this world.

"Well, in your young age you've become a secretary." Grandpa Kristoff was proud.

Gabriel nodded his head, and took a sip of the coffee that was only half left.

"Do you have a brother?" Ask Kristoff's grandfather again.

"Actually, what is your purpose." Gabriel replied with a flat gaze towards the old man sitting in front of him.

"Nothing, I'm just so impressed with you." Grandpa Kristoff said with a soft laugh.

Gabriel is silent again, waiting for their order Briel only sees his phone.

Looks quiet like a grave, no incoming message even though only from the operator though.

While Robby's grandfather's assistant Kristoff had been just silently watching Gabriel's movements.

Similarly, Kristoff's grandfather who has also been observing and trying to find more information about the man in front of him.

Until finally the sound of the door opened, seen the waiter carrying a food trolley.

Slowly and politely, the waiter serves the order on the table.

"Please enjoy, sir." Said the waiter with a retreat from the VIP room.

The three immediately sat up straight and took each food they had ordered.

"If it doesn't fit the food, don't hesitate to tell me." Gabriel said to his colleague.

"Yes, thank you." Kristoff and Robby's grandfather answered at the same time.

The three begin to eat their food, every mouthful Gabriel makes does not escape the sight of Kristoff's grandfather.

How the man got rid of peas and carrots on his plate.

"Why, their habits are the same." Gramps Kristoff and Robby.

Gabriel ate quietly, not caring for his colleague's gaze. The important thing is to finish quickly and get the hell out of here.

"Thank you for the dinner, sir." Robby said to Gabriel.

"I also thank you, Sir. Let it be delivered by my people, I'll leave one driver with you." Answer Gabriel.

"Okay, thank you for your kindness." Grandpa Kristoff said sincerely.

"Together, if so I'll excuse you first." Said Gabriel at once saying retreat.

"Robby." Call grandpa Kristoff.

"Yes, sir." Answer Robby.

"Are you thinking, what am I thinking?" Ask grandpa Kristoff.

"They're very similar, like a betel in two." Answer Robby honestly.

"Find out about him as soon as you can, Robby." Kristoff's grandfather's orders.

"Do it, sir." Answer Robby.

The car provided by the Gandratama company has arrived in front of the two, immediately grandfather Kristoff and Robby enter and go to the Hospital.

While Gabriel focuses on driving to Gandratama company. The car stopped at a red light.

Looking around, Gabriel's gaze locked onto the car he recognized. As fast as lightning Gabriel ignored him.

"It's none of my business, it's none of mine." Mumbled Briel in the heart.

Seeing that the light had turned green, Gabriel immediately gasped his car.

Now, Robby and Grandpa Kristoff have arrived at the Hospital.

Both of them entered the room of a doctor.

"How did it go?." Ask Kristoff's grandfather impatiently.

"Grandson, you've been exposed to Leukemia since what age, sir?" Ask the doctor.

" When in phonis it may be around age palatable or seven years old, doc. Previously we thought it was only a mild illness because my grandson's symptoms were often high fever." Grandpa Kristoff answered honestly.

"His condition is currently entering stage two, sir. Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) becomes chronic or chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL)." The doctor showed the laboratory results.

Kristoff's grandfather shuddered to hear the doctor's explanation, his eyes had warmed to tears.

"Ba. My granddaughter hasn't relapsed long enough." Grandpa Kristoff asked with a trembling voice.

"This is due to changes or mutations in DNA in cells in the bone marrow. This mutation causes the bone marrow to produce too many abnormal and immature lymphocytes." Obviously the doctor to Kristoff's grandfather.

Grandpa Kristoff as if his lips were woo to speak.

"Dok, what should we do? Whether chemotherapy will kill the disease." Ask Robbie calmly.

"It can be done in three ways, namely chemotherapy, target therapy, and bone marrow transplantation." The doctor answers three options.

"Of the three options, which way doesn't make my granddaughter in pain?" Ask Kristoff's grandfather who's been.

"Every treatment has its side effects, sir. Bone marrow transplant must also go through chemotherapy at least 1-2 weeks before surgery." The doctor explained.

"Chemotherapy will be done by administering drugs, either by injection or by mouth, to kill cancer cells."

"Target therapy is also done by administering drugs. However, the drugs given in this therapy serve to inhibit the proteins that cancer cells use to survive and thrive."

"While a bone marrow transplant is done by replacing damaged bone marrow cells with healthy bone marrow itself or from a donor." The doctor explained the three treatment differences to Kristoff and Robby's grandfather.

Looks like Grandpa Kristoff is quiet and thinks, if the bone marrow transplant. Then you have to find a suitable donor for Daniel.

"Dok, for a bone marrow transplant. Does it have to be one blood with my grandson?" Ask grandpa Kristoff.

"It doesn't have to be, sir. Can be bloodless, but to find a bone marrow transplant is not easy." Answer the doctor.

"If so, do chemotherapy first. We asked the Hospital for help to find a donor, but we will also look for him." Kristoff's grandfather said expectantly.

"Good, Sir. We'll do a gradual check." Answer the doctor.

Persistent nosebleeds can also be a symptom of leukemia.

People with leukemia often have bruises and bleed easily.

Leukaemia is a cancer of white blood cells, which inhibits white blood in fighting infection. When a person has leukemia, his or her bone marrow is unable to produce enough red blood cells and platelets to supply the body's needs. (Source: Hello Doctor)
