Chapter 84: Chi Jiao Students Are Really Funny
Chi Jiao unintentionally heard the quiet discussion around them. He looked at Quan Jue and saw that he didn't seem to hear those voices. He still eats quietly. His lips curled up to hear him.
After eating, Chi Jiao wanted to take a walk around the lake with Quan Jue.
Just as he reached the artificial lake, Chi Jiao stopped in her tracks. From the corner of his eyes, he saw two people standing face to face in the forest.
It was Jin Yiming and Bai Weiyu.
There were quite a few people at the edge of the artificial lake at the moment. Therefore, they did not realize that someone had come. Jin Yiming stood with his back leaning against the tree trunk, and Bai Weiyu stood in front of him. The distance between them is very close. He looked at her and spoke with a gentle smile. He even raised his hand to touch her hair.
Their intimate actions and posture made them seem like a young couple.
Quan Jue followed Chi Jiao's gaze and looked at Bai Weiyu and Jin Yiming as well. He reached out his hand and turned Chi Jiao's petite face elsewhere. “Not worth seeing.”
“Brother Quan, do you think they are in a relationship?” Chi Jiao asked.
Quan Jue raised his eyebrows but did not deny it.
Bai Weiyu, who was talking to Jin Yiming, glanced from the corner of her eyes and happened to see Chi Jiao and Quan Jue.
Awkwardness flashed in his eyes. Bai Weiyu quickly took a few steps back and distanced herself from Jin Yiming.
“What's wrong?” Jin Yiming asked with a frown when he saw that he was confused.
“Chi Jiao was there,” Bai Weiyu whispered as she pointed at Chi Jiao and Quan Jue.
Chi Jiao and Quan Jue sat on a chair beside the artificial lake. Their backs are facing them now.
Jin Yiming looked in the direction Bai Weiyu pointed at. His gaze only paused for a moment on Quan Jue before landing on Chi Jiao.
The young girl was wearing a clean school uniform. Her long, slightly curly black hair was draped behind her back, and she still looked calm and beautiful.
“Are you on good terms with Chi Jiao?” Jin Yiming asked gently.
Bai Weiyu smiled and nodded. “Yes, Chi Jiao is so cute. All the students in our class loved it.”
Jin Yiming narrowed his eyes and smiled meaningfully. “Chi Jiao is indeed very cute.”
Bai Weiyu was unaware of the hidden meaning in her tone. Instead, he considered it a form of appreciation from a teacher to a student. She looked behind Chi Jiao and said anxiously, “I wonder if she saw something just now.”
Jin Yiming looked at him deeply. “Even if he did, Student Chi Jiao probably wouldn't say nonsense. Weiyu, you don't need to worry.”
Of course, Bai Weiyu believed that Chi Jiao would not say nonsense, but she still felt ashamed.
Her relationship with Jin Yiming was indeed a little shady.
At the very least, this would happen until he graduated from university.
“Come to my place tonight. I'll give you some guidance. ” Jin Yiming smiled lightly as she looked at him with her gentle eyes. “I'll make delicious food to feed you. Look how thin you have been recently. ”
Bai Weiyu turned to look at him and happened to stare at his gentle eyes. Her heartstrings were attracted to the sight as she nodded shyly.
“Because we meet each other, let's greet Student Chi Jiao,” Jin Yiming said gently.
Bai Weiyu thought for a moment and nodded.
Since they had been seen, not greeting them would make them appear guilty.
Chi Jiao was currently talking to Quan Jue about some interesting things that happened during her stay at Mount Li. Quan Jue only listened quietly, occasionally responding in agreement.
