"Doctor, how's my brother doing?" ask Ken impatiently. And everyone turned to the direction Ken's voice came from.
"The bullets we got out. Luckily the bullet didn't hit his vital organs. It's just that Master's sister lost too much blood", the doctor gave an explanation.
"Then how is she doing now?", this time Sarah asked while standing with a curious look.
The doctor's face turned grim, he lowered his head for a moment. And it made everyone there hold their breath, alert to the worst outcome they would hear.
"Actually we almost lost hope when the condition of your brother deteriorated. Luckily we had enough blood bags that matched the blood type of your brother", the doctor's explanation accompanied by that smile made everyone sigh deeply to feel the relief they were so desperately hoping for.
"Mister's sister is already past her critical period, but at this time she is still unconscious due to the influence of drugs" the doctor patted Ken's arm gently with a smile. He intended to soften the very real tension in the doctor's eyes.
"Then excuse me!", the doctor left and saluted Mr. Dion and the others.
"Thank you, doctor!", Ken said sincerely as the doctor turned his head to salute him. The doctor nodded, replying to the thanks Ken gave.

Sarah collapsed again, sitting on the cold floor of the hospital. The stone that hit his chest felt lost, the heavy burden he carried seemed to slowly disappear. A faint shadow that had haunted his mind a little could he get rid of. At least Sam is safe now. During this lifetime, Sam was the first person who had willingly sacrificed himself for Sarah. Sarah was deeply moved, but it was also like there was a burden on her to meet the man again.
Ana came closer and helped her up. His tears were not dry yet, but now he had to cry happily because Sam had been saved. He helped his best friend stand up, then they embraced each other to release the feelings that stuck in their hearts. The same feeling, where guilt fills their hearts.
"Sam congratulations, Sarah!", said Ana in their arms. His voice sounded softly mixed with happy cries.
"Yes, she's safe!", while Sarah is feeling very sad at the moment. He had to do something that only he knew. A trauma that made him reluctant to be with the man again for some time. And this secret, he kept to himself.
The door to the operating room opened, Sam was seen still lying unconscious in the sickle bed. Her body was pushed to the treatment room. Mr. Dion and Mrs Rima stood up and gradually followed the bed where her youngest son was. Ken was still waiting in his place, he was waiting for Ana to walk towards him.
"Come, let's see her over there!", take Ana to Sarah half-pulling her hand.
"Emmhh, I think I'm going to go to the toilet first, Ana. You better go first with Mr. Ken. Look, she's waiting for you" Sarah said, forcing her smile and her eyes moved towards Ken.
"Alright, I go first!", Ana waved as she walked towards her husband.
"Come on!", take her to Ken after holding her husband's hand.
Ken turned to Sarah with a hard-to-read look. Ken knew that Sarah was covering something up. But the man felt this moment was not the right time for him to wonder. Now the more important thing is to see how his sister's condition. Finally they leave Sarah who is still pecking with a smile that is clearly being forced.

This time Sarah was sitting in the waiting chair. Her tears that had not dried up flooded back into her face. A memory of the past appeared in his mind. That broken feeling came again to plunge his heart. The feeling of years ago that he buried deeply.
With the rest of her strength, Sarah rose while wiping away her tears. The woman started walking but not toward the nursery where Sam was. The steps are opposite direction even towards the exit of the hospital.

"You take care of the rest! And make sure no media can speak up about this shooting incident. Cover up Sam's whereabouts at this hospital!", Ken orders again after hearing the speech from across the street. Then he closed the bottle after reaching his agreement with Han. Ken put his phone back in his pants pocket.
They are currently walking towards the elevator which will take them to the room where Sam is treated later. Ken has booked a VVIP room that has a high level of security so that the entire privacy of patients and families is highly guarded there. Their family is not an ordinary family, therefore Ken must keep his injury news Sam not widespread by the media. Because the goal is that he wants to maintain the stability of the company he manages with his sister. Ken does not want to provoke anything that will affect the sustainability of his company.
"Honey!", call Ken to Ana after remembering something.

The elevator door opened, and they entered. Ken pressed the 10th floor button quietly, but the thing he was about to discuss was clearly indeed troubling his mind at this moment.
"What's the matter, Ken?", asked Ana with interest.
"Are you sure it's okay to leave Sarah alone? I feel like there's something weird about him. Sarah seems to be hiding something from us" Ken said carefully to his wife.
"I'm serious, baby! She's your best friend, you must really care about her, right?!", Ana tried to digest her husband's sentence. It's true what Ken said, just now Ana felt the smile that Sarah let out felt forced.
"Yes, Ken! But what is he hiding?! I don't think there's any more secrets I don't know about him. Sarah told me all about herself, and vice versa. I was a bit hesitant actually if I was hiding something from me", explained Ana with her prediction.
"I hope it's just our feelings!", added Ana who was actually trying to comfort herself. She was worried about Sarah, her best friend. Ana did not notice Sarah's strange behavior. It was just that his feelings were feeling bad at this moment.
"Well, I hope so too! Let's ask him where he is now, baby!", Ken's orders are equally worried. He has a bad feeling right now.
"Well!", Ana agrees with Ken's idea.
Ana leaves a message to Sarah's number.
"What direction are you done from the bathroom? Where are you now? We've reached Sam's room. The room is on the 10th floor. Quickly follow!".

The elevator doors opened again, and now they reached the floor they were on. Ken clasped Ana's fingers while taking her out and stepping together again.
"Is there a reply?", asked Ken again with a serious face.
"Not yet!", Ana shook her head weakly and then lowered her head deeply.

A message went to Ana's number. He immediately scrolled the screen of his phone to find out who sent him the message. Whether it was Sarah, Ana was really curious about it.

I'm sorry, I have to get back home. My mother's heartache is back. Sorry I'll be visiting you guys later*".
"Look!", Ana shows Ken her phone.
"Alright, let it go!", said Ken who was immediately greeted with a nod of the head by Ana, his wife.
They both understand that Sarah just needs time to calm down. Although they did not know what caused the strange behavior of the woman, but from the message that Sarah sent, the woman was clearly just making an excuse to avoid.
