"Sarah!", greeted Sam gently until the woman turned to him.

"Sorry, who are you?", replied the woman with her innocent face.

"Ten, of course I'm here to pick you up!", Ana tries hard to be calm while thinking what a good reason would be suitable to keep Sam from suspecting her.

"But he said brother-in-law is busy?!", Sam's tone was half insinuating. Trying to correct the suspicions that began to appear.

"Here, this is a surprise! I feel guilty because these two days did not come to see you. So I'm going to give you a surprise. Uh, it turns out that you found me first!", Ana breaks her smile while trying to make Sam believe her.

"Really?", Sam doesn't believe.

"Of course, right! So I forbid Ken to say that I'm coming today!", Sam tried to look at Ana's words and face. He sniffed around Ana's face while closing his eyes.

"Hey, what are you doing, you idiot!", Ana hit Sam on the head with her bag.

"Sick, brother-in-law!", cried Sam did not accept.

"I was looking for the scent of lies from inside my sister-in-law" Sam said as he stroked his aching head.

"You think I'm lying, huh!", Ana began to let out her fierce face.

"No, no! How dare I think like that!", Sam's guts shrunk. Come to think of it, it means that Ken's strange attitude may indeed be related to the surprise that Ana will give him. When viewed from the expression Ana gave, it was impossible for her sister-in-law to lie at this time. All right, Sam believes it.

"Then let's go home!", take Ana who has been holding Sam's arm.

"Maybe it's just your hallucination, Sam! Maybe it's because you're thinking too much about Sarah. Really,,, I haven't seen anyone but you since!", Ana put on a face of pity towards Sam. He tried to convince his sister-in-law that what he saw was wrong.

Ana's eyes glanced at the pillar where Sarah was peeping at the two of them. Their eyes met for a while. Sarah looks so worried there. And Ana nods a little trying to convince Sarah that everything will be fine. Her best friend replied to Ana's nod with a smile full of irony.

"But I'm so sure, brother! I'll make sure!", Sam still doesn't want to get out of there. He turned his body to look for Sarah. At the same time Sarah who was hiding there was shocked by Sam's sudden movements. He stuck his body tightly against the wall so Sam wouldn't see it. Ana panics, but she knows she has to be as calm as possible in front of her sister-in-law.

"I'm sure you were just hallucinating. Never mind Sam, after all Father and Mother must have waited a long time ahead", cried Ana while twisting Sam's body by force.

"But, brother!", Sam tried to turn his head again.

"There's no buts! Already come!", then he immediately dragged his sister-in-law away from there. Sam doesn't want to go back to looking for Sarah. While carrying Sam in her footsteps, Ana momentarily looks back to make sure that Sarah is safe. His best friend nodded to Ana, who began to move away.

Once Sam let his guard down, Sarah slowly got up from her seat and stepped back as carefully as possible to no sound. Then he chose a large pillar of the hospital that was not too far away and could make it invisible to Sam. Then when he saw Ana coming out of the toilet, he hurriedly let out his head while gesturing by putting his index finger on the lips with the intention of keeping Ana still. Then he hid again behind the pillar while squeezing his chest which was aching and painful.

After seeing Ana's departure along with Sam, Sarah breathed a sigh of relief. In fact deep down, he did not want this either. He didn't want to stay away from Sam this way, he knew avoiding problems was not a solution. But, Sarah was also not ready to deal with it.

"Sarah!", exclaimed Mother Asih as she ran small towards her daughter who was still crying there. Followed by the doctor who followed behind him.

"What's up Sarah? Why is it like this?! Don't cry anymore huh, calm down there's a Mother here!", the middle-aged woman hugged her daughter tightly until closing her eyes also felt her daughter's pain.

"And where is Ana?", Asih's mother spread her gaze to the right and to the left.

"Ana's gone, with Sam!", Sarah answered in the midst of her sobs. Sarah really wants to stop crying, she also does not want to make her mother sad again. But it felt like these tears did not want to stop coming out of his eyes.
