Episode 27: Playmaker
Not noticeably, the league will soon roll. Today, we had our last training before the league. Although still a league class for young players, but still the competition in it is so hot and tight.

I only drank a little because I was so impatient to wait for the upcoming announcement, I hurried back to the field after coming from the locker room to get drinking water.
I see all the B team players are lined up neatly on the field. In team B, there are 17 players and their reserve players. There's not much I know, only Ardi is very imprinted in my memory. He was the captain of B team against Sugar Crossed FC some time ago, chances are he will be back captain in this season.

That position is not my original position, I play more often as a central midfielder who controls the rhythm of the game and gives passes forward, but now I have to play as an attacking midfielder who has a different task. "We will play with a 4-2-1-3 strategy, with a double pivot in the middle and a playmaker that will be our motor of attack. And that's your job Rizaldi Fatah as a playmaker in this team!" Coach Dodi Surian explains the team formation.
I was immediately shocked to death when I heard that I was going to be plotted as a playmaker, it was obviously very different from what I learned in recent times. I learn how to be a good midfielder, and usually I only learn from a pure midfielder like Ward Prowse, or James Henderson from Liverpool.
The playmaker? I am still confused by this task. I've reviewed a few of Kevin De Bruyne's video games, but I still can't find a way to be like that player. Moreover, KDB is not an arbitrary player, he is indeed a genius in the middle of the field. Just give him a narrow space, then he will make very good use of that space. That is the ability that KDB has and is not owned by other players who are as similar to him.
Coach Dodi Surian asked me."Are you willing to carry out this task, son? If not then I will give this task to another player"
I hesitated a little to answer the question, but someone's hand clapped my back to give me confidence. I saw Ardi doing that, he smiled at me and gave me a look of confidence, so I became a little motivated to answer the challenge.
"I'm ready coach!" I replied very firmly and clearly, there is no longer a way back!
All the players applauded me, their gazes were like the gazes of people hoping for a Messiah, and that Messiah figure was me.
I don't want to disappoint those who expect a lot from me, like Ardi who believes in me so much that he can fill the role of playmaker very well.
Coach Dodi Surian also smiled after hearing my strong determination, he then patted me on the shoulder several times because he had hoped for me a lot, it felt like the weight on my shoulders felt so heavy that it was hard for me to lift but I still had to carry it until I reached the last place later.
Coach Dodi Surian has also announced. Ardi is back in the belief as team captain, and I as his deputy. After listening to all the things that day, we were welcome to go home and rest for 3 days, because in 3 days we will have an early game in the league. The enemy we will face first is Palangka United.
With the league soon to roll, I became very excited. In those few days off, I spent watching how to play KDB or even learning the strategy of the enemy team in the room all day, until I forgot to teach Keisha about PR which she didn't understand a few days ago.
