Ferdi slept restlessly and deliriously that night. Frans, who went into Ferdi's room to retrieve the leftover charger, noticed Ferdi.
"Ferr."
Frans calls Ferdi, but Ferdi is still in an anxiety-filled subconscious. Frans saw sweat in the area around his face, then felt his sister's forehead.
"God is so hot." she said later.
"Ferdi, Fer?"
"Hmm."
Ferdi had a sound, but it did not make him aware or wake up from his sleep.
"Fre?"
Ferdi no longer replied, Frans hurriedly went downstairs. Take a stainless bowl and fill it with cold water. Then the man searched and took a handkerchief from inside his room.
If Ferdi was in the hospital yesterday, but he lied to Clara. This time Ferdi won really hurt. He got sick after coming home.
"Hmm."
Ferdi came back like a delirious person. Frans entered and tried to compress his sister's forehead with cold water. Frans also had time to take heat-lowering tablets in a medicine box near the stairs.
"Jes." Js."
"Hmm."
Ferdi mentioned Jessica's name. Frans knows best if his sister can get sick just because she thinks of something. Of course, Jessica is the cause of Ferdi's fever tonight, although Frans does not know exactly what has happened.
"Jo, Ferdi why Jessica?"
Frans sent a short message to Jordan. He knew that even though it was late, Jordan had not slept at this hour. Because Jordan and Ferdi really like to play online games until the dawn.
"Why is it, brother?" Jordan asked back.
"Ferdi's sick, she's not calling Jessica's name." Frans replied.
"So there was a fight. Jessica was angry that Ferdi had not contacted her again. Ferdi also talked about Jessica's affair. I don't want to see Jessica anymore."
Frans read the message. Perhaps Ferdi was angry with Jessica, and could not forgive her anymore. But Ferdi is not someone who easily forgets someone in his life. He is not someone who easily disposes of the pain he has.
He is also a man who thinks about everything. Sometimes Frans was angry with her and reminded her that Ferdi could sort out her thoughts. There is no need to think about many things to the inside, because it could make our mental and physical condition drop.
"Yes Jo, thank you" Frans said.
"Together brother, Ferdi give you a hot drop. Tomorrow I'm the same Sean entertain him deh, let's not think Jessica continues."
"Ok, thank you, Jo."
"Sip."
Frans finished the message and now refocused on Ferdi. He turned the handkerchief that was stuck to Ferdi's forehead. A few moments later he soaked the handkerchief again into the water and re-attached it.
Time passed, Ferdi woke up. Frans gave his sister drinking water and heat-depleting tablets. After taking the drug Ferdi went back to sleep. Because he is still in a state between conscious and unconscious.
When dawn broke, Ferdi woke up and became fully conscious. The body temperature of the young man had also decreased. But he was surprised to see Frans who fell asleep while sitting on the side of the bed. On a chair, with its head resting on its hands.
"French."
Ferdi woke up his sister.
"Why Fer, do you need anything?" ask Frans later.
"No, you moved here" said Ferdi offering the side of the bed is still wide.
"Is it still hot?"
Frans felt Ferdi's forehead, it turned out that the heat had gone down. The man then lay down, and Ferdi divided his blanket. Frans then faced to the side, turning his back to Ferdi.
"French."
"Hmm?"
Frans turned his head slightly when his eyes were almost closed.
"If I get married, then we don't go home anymore?"
"Lo want us home?. Then if you again so the same bini lo, I'm the same mom and dad denger. Hmm?"
Ferdi was silent, his eyes staring at the ceiling of the room. Frans asked her to joke, but Ferdi was serious.
"Gue will be far from lo dong?" ask Ferdi again.
Frans really sighed and looked over this time. He understood it must have been hard for Ferdi, because since childhood they had never been separated.
When Frans went to school abroad, once a month or two months Ferdi must have come to visit him. Ferdi was so unreliable that he was far from his brother.
"Everyone who gets married, yes, miss Ferdi. Because our partner is someone else. Not necessarily he fits into our family habits. So rather than clash or take offense at each other's attitudes, it's better to separate. After all, if you still mix with parents, it can be awkward. Either we're gonna do something, or maybe we're fighting again."
"But in the Turkish drama, all are married to the one mixed house I saw."
"Fer, the culture in the country of people we can not apply immediately in our country. Turkish girls may be used to seeing their parents at home with their grandmother from their childhood. In our country it is not so. There are some parents, the rest live alone when married."
Ferdi was silent.
"Lagian lo why the hell?. Afraid what try?. If I get married, I'll leave the house automatically."
"If we're far away, who would take care of me if I got sick like this?" Ferdi asked back.
"There will be a lot later."
"If he doesn't want to take care of me?. He said she was a rich woman. Usually, rich girls do not want to take care of their husbands until they get along."
"Try don't judge book by the cover. Who knows he's a good rich man, who wants to take care of a husband with his own hands."
"If she's nice, why a widow?"
Ferdi asked a question that made Frans a little speechless.
"Now I ask, is the widow's connotation negative?"
Frans turned to Ferdi, and Ferdi could not answer.
"The widow's a lot of factors, Fer. Not just wrong women. It is mostly the fault of men. Suppose the man cheated, or did not work, gambling, drugs, committed crimes that cannot be forgiven. Can you, right?"
Ferdi let out a long breath.
"Don't rush to judge something, if we don't know for sure" Frans said again.
"I don't know that girl. Tau-tau has been asked to marry me. Yes, if he's really good, like you said earlier. What's the zonk?"
"Yes you are divorced after our goal is achieved, simple right?. Lo guy, Ferdi. Household control is in our hands. It's our talk that says, why be afraid."
For the umpteenth time Ferdi took a breath, this time he already understood enough.
"Udah ah, I want to sleep." said Frans.
He turned back to Ferdi, and closed his eyes.
