Forced to Marry a Vegetative Man

Forced to Marry a Vegetative Man
Chapter 1

“So, how much longer will you reason, Dirham?” ask a burly man in a black suit who closes his muscles.

Dirham could only sit in cold sweat in his chair. Who would not be afraid if a debt collector who was sent, had a muscular body and had a weapon ready to blow his head off. Sweat drenched his face which now looked pale. Dirham could no longer say, only the guts he now had to make excuses again.

“Se-soon, tell Mr. Rafael to give me time.”

“No need, Dirham.” The sound managed to make half Dirham's life almost detached from his body.

A man who had a well-built and healthy body stepped in by sucking a cigar. The black-haired man stood behind the tall, muscular man who was now grabbing Dirham's body in order to speak directly to the Master.

Dirham was seen gulping down his saliva several times as the old figure smiled and looked at him without feeling pity.

Dirham's shoulder was pressed firmly until he sat on the floor. His eyes were trembling as if death was now before him. With clumsily Driham began to move his lips back, “Tu-lord Laos, forgive me. It's not really meant to lie to you, but .. the fact is my company just got a tender and hasn't been paid by those people. Can you be merciful giving me time?”

Smoke was reflected right on Dirham's face to make him cough.

“You think I don't know what's going on with this company? Do you want me to bring those who work with you here?” Laos managed to make Dirham not warted.

Various ways appear in the head of Dirham, all making him increasingly unable to think well.

Laos walked up to Dirham's chair, sitting there playing with the smoke from the cigars it sucked. Laos saw a family photo there, three daughters owned by Dirham and an idea appeared in the man's head.

“Dirham, you have a beautiful daughter. What if you send one of them to marry the grandson of my father-in-law?”

Deg …

Dirham stared at the family photo on his desk. It turns out that Laos already holds the picture frame by occasionally playing the frame.

Dirham remembered once who the grandson referred to by Laos. News of Rafael's last condition of his beloved grandson appeared and made the man even more cautious with anyone. Dirham seemed to think, who should be sent?

“You don't need to answer it now. I'll give it two days to go. My people will come to your house directly. Those who will pick up your daughter when you agree and they will finish you off, if you refuse.”

Laos stood up and stepped out of the room, followed by his guards, the man disappeared from behind the door of the Dirham's study.

Business competition in the country is very cruel. Who survives will have the prestige to be successful, but vice versa for those who cannot survive.

Dirham returned to his home with a matted face and quite a terrible appearance. The man had just dispelled his thoughts about debt by drinking at a nightclub.

Hoping to get a warm welcome from his wife—Marissa—Dirham actually heard caci maki. Marissa was indeed brave enough to speak to her husband, let alone their financial condition was in an unstable condition.

“What is this? Why does your body give off a strong alcohol smell?” marissa asked, sniffing her husband's body.

“Know what you about alcohol? You don't know what I'm going through today, do you?”

“What? Does someone collect debt?”

“That's right, you're very clever, darling. I did not expect, today is the time for me to return the money loaned by FX Group. Do you have any money? Can you lend it to me first?”

“Don't be crazy! How could I possibly have that kind of money? You owe me millions of dollars, Dirham!”

“Hahaha, didn't you use it too? Why am I the only one to return it, hum?”

Right after saying that sentence, Dirham's body staggered and lay on the bed with a bowed position. An irritated Mariss changes her husband's sleeping position violently.

His eyes were all over the room, he could not find his wife there. Then, his gaze now led to the clock that was on the nightstand.

“Akh! It was noon, I had to go to the office.”

Dirham moved up and headed to the bathroom to clean himself up.

It was on the ground floor of Dirham's house. Marissa is reading her magazine, a fashion reading and news about the latest brand makes her want to have what is in the magazine.

“It's very nice, definitely expensive. I have to have it,” said Marissa while pointing to a picture of a bag with a well-known brand.

“Darling, did I say something last night?” ask Dirham who is now ready to go to his office.

Marissa glanced sharply at her husband, putting the magazine on the table. His hands now crossed as if he wanted to let out his entire heart by nagging.

“You said FX Group asked for their rights.”

“Ah, correct. Mr. Laos came to the office and asked me to return the money we borrowed.”

“Then? you want me to pay for it?”

“No, Dear. But ... Mr. Laos gives us relief.”

“Really? What lightening?”

“She asked one of our daughters to marry her nephew—Raiden.”

“Ra-raiden? Isn't he the man who's now a cripple?”

“Not disabled, Dear. She is experiencing a vegetative state.”

“As far as you call what? So, who are you going to send to marry that man? Waitaminute! I do not advise my daughter to come to the old man's house and marry her grandson.”

“That's it, who can get there?”

The two seemed to think hard, but not long after, Marissa's face changed. The woman knows who can do it.

“Honey, how about Abigail? Isn't she an adult and can marry anyone?”

Dirham smiled and confirmed what his wife had said. Only, Abigail was not there at the moment, and someone had to contact her for the woman to return.

“I'll call him so he gets back from Los Angeles soon. All right, I just need to tell Mr. Laos. After that, we can be free from so much debt.”

“True once.”

The two laughed at getting a way out of the problem that Dirham was facing. It's just that, somewhere else, one doesn't know one will be the victim of all this.

Abigail was the son of Dirham's first wife. In that family, she was not very liked even by Marissa as well as her two half-sisters.

“Halo, Darling. Can you get back home soon? There's something Papa needs to tell you, Abigail.”

“Alright, I'll be right back, Papa.”
