Chapter 17 Giving Challenges To Chi Xia

The next day, the two of them returned to the palace. When they reached the palace, Rong Xiang greeted Zhou Song at the very front.

Zhou Song went straight down and Rong Xiang wanted to get close to Zhou Song, Rong Xiang's steps instantly stopped as Zhou Song lowered Chi Xia off his horse carriage.

Rong Xiang did not like him at all, but Rong Xiang's loyal servant patted him on the shoulder and whispered to Rong Xiang.

"Her Majesty be patient, just remember about the plan we have made to drop his love" said his loyal servant

"Alright I understand" Rong Xiang replied quietly

Rong Xiang greeted the two of them at the palace, Rong Xiang immediately hugged Chi Xia tightly and asked him the news about himself there.

Chi Xia and Zhou Song were astonished at Rong Xiang, but given that Rong Xiang was his best friend he answered.

Zhou Song went straight into the palace, while Chi Xia was invited by Rong Xiang to a place. Rong Xiang brought Chi Xia into Rong Xiang's room.

After getting into his room, Rong Xiang began to show his true nature to Chi Xia.

"How are you spoiled child?"

"It's just right that I had something weird seeing you in front of the palace earlier"

"Surprisingly how's that, baby?"

"I know you're just pretending to welcome your mom to the palace, right?"

"I was just pretending to you but I was right to do it for Zhou Song only"

After they finished fighting, Rong Xiang immediately began the plan he had made with his loyal servant. Rong Xiang immediately gave a challenge.

Rong Xiang directly gave a challenge to Chi Xia. The challenge was who could get Zhou Song's heart then he was the winner.

Actually Chi Xia rejected this challenge because it was definitely won by Rong Xiang because Rong Xiang himself was the fiance of Zhou Song.

However, Chi Xia recalled the promise he held and Chi Xia instantly accepted the challenge from Rong Xiang. Rong Xiang was shocked because he immediately accepted it.

Chi Xia instantly accepted the challenge from Rong Xiang without thinking first. After that Rong Xiang immediately said there was a punishment for the losers.

Whoever loses then he will be prayed for by the victor hopefully he will have a very severe illness and he will die.

The loser would die at the time his final request was met by the victor, but Chi Xia still accepted all of his challenges.

Rong Xiang gave Chi Xia a letter of challenge and asked her to sign the letter. Chi Xia signed the letter.

The purpose of the letter was signed with the aim that both recipients of the challenge could not retract the challenge.

However Chi Xia did not care about the voice. Chi Xia handed back the letter to Rong Xiang and directly walked out of his room.

Rong Xiang felt that this plan would be won by himself. Rong Xiang was confident in this plan. While Chi Xia felt very worried.

Chi Xia went inside her room and sat on the bed while calming her mind. He thought that the decision he had taken earlier was too quick.

Chi Xia felt afraid that the challenge given by Rong Xiang would be won by Rong Xiang himself, while Chi Xia would feel ashamed of his decision.

Chi Xia asked who was at the door of her room.

"Who?"

"It's my majesty, Xin Shia"

It turned out that the one who came to Chi Xia's room was Xin Shia, Chi Xia's loyal servant. Chi Xia immediately opened the door of her room and let Xin Shia inside.

Xin Shia just delivered tea for him, she put the tea on the table and Xin Shia said goodbye to come out of her room. However, Chi Xia prevented him from leaving.

Xin Shia felt astonished why Chi Xia forbade her to leave. It turned out that Chi Xia wanted to talk to Xin Shia about her decision earlier.

In Chi Xia's mind there was only one person that she deeply believed in that was Xin Shia herself. Before Xin Shia appeared as her confidant, Rong Xiang trusted her.

Previously, Chi Xia trusted Rong Xiang very much because he was his true friend. But because he had changed, their friendship had changed.

Chi Xia told all to Xin Shia. And Xin Shia continued to listen to everything that Chi Xia had told her.

"So, what do you think? Is the path I chose wrong?"

"Yes madam, this path you chose is wrong. The mistress should think before making a decision"

"I should have thought before making this quick decision"

Just as the two of them were having a good time chatting, Zhou Song suddenly came and directly walked into Chi Xia's room. Xin Shia asked for a farewell to get out of her room.

Chi Xia instantly turned back his face as he felt embarrassed to look at her face with such a close distance. Zhou Song started teasing her back.

Zhou Song teased Chi Xia back in order for Chi Xia to turn his body around and stare directly at his face. And it turned out to be true, Chi Xia instantly turned her body around.

Chi Xia immediately turned his body and had a close encounter with Zhou Song for a few minutes.

However, Rong Xiang saw the two of them from an urn filled with water. Rong Xiang seeing them making fun made Rong Xiang even more furious.

Because of his anger, Rong Xiang hit the water inside the urn and directly turned the urn. His loyal servant immediately calmed himself down.

Before long, Rong Xiang's anger instantly dissipated and he was able to control himself again. After that, the two of them immediately made plans.

But unfortunately, the plan they both made was heard by Chi Xia's loyal servant Xin Shia herself. Xin Shia was shocked after hearing their plan.
