The main road to the palace is heavily guarded by guards. Finally after going through the underground secret passage shown by Lord Cicero, Prince Evandor met Prince Jerome at the Aegis Palace. The two agreed to work together to get rid of the imperial butler Diocletian.
Prince Jerome smiled ferociously, his whole body was already impatient to immediately slaughter the head of the man named Gustaf. "We must immediately move Prince Evandor, I can't wait to finish off and tear off every side of their skin."
"Yes, we don't have much time" said Prince Evandor, recalling Empress Rhea's condition and hoping she would be fine when he returned as he searched for Emperor Alessa's entourage.
They also began to gather the troops of Lord Darius who was famous for his loyalties, also took part in the descent to help provide troops regardless of who their current emperor was. After making sure everything was ready, Prince Evandor and Prince Jerome and the others began to set foot on their horses to attack the guards from eastern Europe.
The entire army attacked blatantly until a dispute created that made the two Princes angry. Not wanting to spend much time, Prince Evandor and Prince Jerome finally urged to step up and forcibly attack the eastern European guards. Especially Prince Jerome whose emotions have reached the crown. Upon realizing they were on the second floor, he quickly attacked and stabbed strongly at Gustaf's heart and threw him out the palace window.
His brutal attitude provoked the Aegis army to join in killing Diocletian's troops, not least Prince Evandor who also helped lure to attack every guard who blocked their path. It is not free for Darius to train the two princes to be proficient in sword. Because their expertise becomes the determinant of the fate of Aegis going forward. After a few minutes of pitting swords, the two princes and the army finally succeeded in subverting all eastern European soldiers. None of them left, all of them had fallen to their deaths.
Indeed, there is no doubt their dexterity to finish off opponents, it does not take long for them. In an instant the enemy was already lying before his eyes. Prince Jerome felt very satisfied with himself who had managed to kill all those humans without making his sword blister.
"I must immediately save Emperor Alessa," said Prince Evandor with his flaming yellow eyes. "He had to see me first in order to feel safe."
Prince Jerome turned his head lazily to see the face of Prince Evandor who looked so confident, even though there was still a more worthy of his pride. "You're too naive, look who hit that butler's heart! And all those troops! You just killed a part of them! Some of them are dead in my hands."
"Here you go, we better move on. I don't like to argue with people like you, the Emperor needs us" countered Prince Evandor again to whip his horse to go hand in hand with Prince Jerome.
He already knew how Prince Jerome was behaving, so he did not know he was too willing to argue to waste his time in vain. Especially now that the Emperor was waiting for help from him.
"We shouldn't be arguing with Prince Evandor, I know you're unworthy" Prince Jerome said haughtily. They are still fighting.
Not wanting to care, Prince Evandor continued to ride his horse, while keeping a vigil there were troops who wanted to scuttle their steps. "May you always be in the protection of the God Prince Jerome."

Meanwhile on the border of Diocletian, Emperor Alessa was struggling to survive. Unbalanced numbers caused the Emperor Alessa to fall into the hands of the Eastern European soldiers who are now following the entourage of Emperor Alessa from behind. Only Darius, Helios and Prince Lucas survived to protect the Emperor. The three of them continued to keep a tight guard, so that none of them would dare to approach the Emperor.
"Your Majesty don't have to worry, the three of us can still hold on to protect you." Prince Lucas looked back at the back of the group that had been completely covered by European guards. "Stay there and take refuge in your glorious robe."
Darius rolled his eyeballs. Just so you know, since Darius who protected the man from the attacks of the opposing soldiers. Now he was acting great before the Emperor. Without protection, the Emperor would not remain silent if attacked. The woman is stronger than imagined.
Emperor Alessa nodded softly appreciating Prince Lucas's valiant attitude. Now his heart began to soften because of the sacrifice of his loyal concubines waiting and even trying to find him. Emperor Alessa entrusted his life to the men, Commander of Dairus, Helios and Prince Lucas.
"Well, I trust myself to you."
"It is our duty to protect His Majesty" said Mr. Dairus to break Prince Lucas' misplaced arrogance. Darius, Ever since he was appointed Warlord of the Aegis Empire, he has devoted himself entirely to the Emperor and will not be afraid if he has to make sacrifices.
Prince Lucas could only clench his lips tightly. If Darius' spicy mouth had spoken, no one could have won from him. Prince Lucas chose silence and no chiming.
Moments later when they returned to resistance, Iris blue-eyed Prince Lucas saw an arrow suddenly being shot from the front side, he immediately whistled standing in front of Emperor Alessa to block the arrow. However, from the opposite direction suddenly a man ran to come to block the arrow.
The sound of the fall of the man's body widened the eyes of Emperor Alessa who was fending off the opponent's sword. He was fixated after realizing that the man who sacrificed for him was Duke Tristan. Emperor Alessa immediately brushed off the sword and pierced the soldier's chest until it fell down and then he ran and rested beside the weak body of Duke Tristan.
"Duke Tristan! What are you doing?" pekik the Emperor. Emperor Alessa hated the man. But, knowing that Duke Tristan was willing to sacrifice his life for him made Emperor Alessa forget his hatred.
"I'm sorry I hurt you. This is all I can do as a past do-pocket redemption" Duke Tristan said. The corner of his eyes was watering, he raised his weak hand and rubbed the cheeks of the woman he loved.
Emperor Alessa shook her head, her eyes were foggy. The hand that began to cool down. "I. .. will forgive you, for it endure!"
Hengh! uhuk, uhuk!
Duke Tristan jerked his chest and coughed bloodily. The man shook his head.
"Go ahead, let .. let my troops handle them." Duke Tristan's breath began to falter. Emperor Aless is panicking.
"We can cure you, Come on!" Emperor Alessa attempted to remove the Duke's body. But what happened was that the man was in even more pain. "Tristan!"
Duke Tristan smiled and looked towards Darius. A gesture for the man to leave brought the Emperor.
"We'd better leave now Your Majesty, before Emperor Louis' forces have surrounded us here" said Mr. Darius, enlisting the help of Helios and Prince Lucas to persuade the Emperor.
"Right Your Majesty," said Helios. That guy actually doesn't. But seeing the condition of Duke Tristan who is already dying, it feels free to treat it. "Duke Tristan cannot survive" he added frankly.
"No! you lied, right?" Emperor Alessa looked at Helios seriously. However, only the trunks he got. "Yes god!"
"Go Your Majesty, let us hold them. Aegis is waiting for you!" one of Duke Tristan's soldiers exclaimed to awaken the Emperor to his ultimate goal. Emperor Alessa turned to Duke Tristan. Again, the man smiled and nodded.
This time the Emperor's tears were unstoppable. He looked away and walked away. The Emperor dragged a heavy step and tried not to look back again. Before he got any further, the Emperor uttered a word that kept Duke Tristan closed in peace.
"I forgive you Tristan, hopefully in the next life we can establish a good relationship. Thank you very much!"
"Thank you again, Emperor ..." a voice that was only spoken in the duke's heart.

Thanks to the help of Duke Tristsan, the four of them were finally able to escape the pursuit of Emperor Louis's forces. Emperor Alessa could have been a little calmer, but the journey to his homeland was still quite a distance away and hoped that the three people protecting him would be able to survive. The Emperor also remembered Empress Rhea, the dear Mother he did not know her present circumstances, so that all could return safely.
Commander Darius and Prince Lucas quickly whipped up his horse to get the Emperor away quickly from this place. Tomorrow's armor and the large robe he was wearing, could not remove the cold from the morning air that pierced his skin, it might also be due to his low blood pressure.
However, there was no time to think about all that. The most important thing now was to save everyone and return to the Aegis land.
