Chapter - 14. The King's Funeral Ceremony.

Exposure of gold from the sparkle of the sun rising from the East makes the entire city of Marabuh look bright. The battle that raged within the city of Marabuh lasted for one night, finally ending.

After the morning sun showed its light, the battle with the chinaku creature finally ended with the death of the leader of the city of Marabuh.

Datuak Parpatih is a father figure to Rikki. Rikki is not Parpatih's biological child, Datuak Parpatih adopted Rikki when he was 8 years old when the tragedy of twilight befell his original parents.

When Sinta left after seeing the state of Egi who was still unconscious, something happened in the room and it was very surprising Sinta.

A puddle of water suddenly appeared in the room. In the blink of an eye, the room was filled with water that flooded the entire room. Everything in the room was seen sinking into the bottom of the water, including Sinta.

The tightness of not being able to breathe and not being able to get out of there made Sinta almost lose her consciousness.

When the limit reaches its end. Slowly the color of Sinta's eyes faded. At that instant, all the water that filled the room suddenly disappeared without a single drop left behind.

Sinta then bent her knees due to weakness, she looks relieved because she can breathe free air again. However, it still did not make itself calm after looking at his surroundings.

Sinta who was in the room swapped places to a place on a high cliff that was so steep. No walls, doors, or items in the room before were visible at the time.

In front of Sinta's eyes was only a wide view that unfolded.

Seen below the bottom of the cliff it is filled with volcanic lava.

Slowly the rock cliffs on which Sinta stood collapsed until there was nothing left, Sinta immediately fell into the bottom of the ravine. Sinta tries to use her powers however, Sinta's EL abilities cannot be used (inactive).

After her body hit the crater of the volcano, Sinta was shocked and saw that her surroundings had returned to normal.

Rawut Sinta's face was very tense after feeling a strange sensation just now. He wondered, "actually what was that? What exactly is going on? Is it just an illusion?"

Although it was just an illusion, Sinta felt it as real. He again stood up straight and looked at Egi's face, visible all over Egi's body appeared EL flow that Sinta had never seen in his life." What exactly is this kid?" Sinta said a little afraid to see the flow of EL that enveloped Egi at that time.

Egi held his head that felt a little dizzy because of his long sleep. Slowly Egi glanced around where he was lying and tried to walk towards the exit.

Walking while being supported by a sword that helped him to walk, Egi managed to step towards the exit of the room.

Almost the exit is open Egi suddenly lost balance. Instantly Egi was about to fall, someone swiftly held both of Egi's shoulders to hold him back.

"You finally woke up from your dream. Egi.." Say Sinta while supporting Egi's body in her soft lap.

"Commander Sinta!? That creature, that creature" said Egi stammeringly.

"Haa.it's okay, now it's okay. The war is over." Sinta Sahut.

After that Sinta glanced at Egi's face, visible in the gaze of both eyes very dark. Sinta then said a few words to him not to bear the burden he carried alone, try to share a little with Sinta.

Egi then rested his head on Sinta's lap, and then let go of her baby-like cry while mentioning Vira's name repeatedly in Sinta's warm embrace.

"I'm sorry.. Vira, Vira, I can't save her." Said Egi sobbing.

"It wasn't your fault. All of these are my weak mistakes. You don't have to feel guilty about his death. It's all my responsibility." Sinta Sahut.

At once there was a small rumbling sound. The rumbling sound came from within Egi's stomach. Because during his long sleep, Egi had not eaten anything to fill his empty stomach.

"Walah walah.it seems like your stomach wants to say something. Egi.." Sinta tried to make a joke.

Rawut Egi's face then reddened with a little shame, because his stomach let out a strange sound, plus he cried like a baby in the warm embrace of commander Sinta.
