Chapter 17 - Bribery
An old man was above the sky and slowly he landed in the courtyard. The man was the head of the Liang Family as well as the Wood City Lord named Liang Yu.
His cultivation was at the Nascent Soul Realm Late Stage and Han Sen naturally knew him. Han Sen immediately came out and greeted Liang Yu respectfully.
"Greetings to the City Lord !" Han Sen said as he clenched his fists.
Liang Yu looked at Han Sen coldly, "Where is Lei Yong ?"
"Died. I've killed him along with the 19 Elders of the Lei Family." Han Sen replied without the slightest hesitation.
Evasiveness was an impossible and predictable thing that Liang Yu already knew from the start only that he wanted to confirm it straight from Han Sen's mouth.
"You destroyed the Lei Family and broke the rules of Wood City. It is very clear that I forbid any fights in Wood City, according to the law what should I do to you ?" Liang Yu asked with strong killing intent.
Under the pressure of his killing aura Liang Yu was greatly shocked. Han Sen showed absolutely no fear at all even though their cultivation base was too far away.

This district will be yours for the tax business you should be able to arrange it yourself, isn't this a golden opportunity for you to rebuild." Liang Yu said casually.
"Okay, I need a place to live now anyway." Han Sen had no intention of rejecting it.

"Don't scare me Brother Han.why don't you take me to fight with you !" Liu Shuang said with annoyance.

"You want to stay for a few days, no. It just so happens that now this residence is mine. You can choose whichever room you want !" Han Sen said casually.
"Good... I'll choose a safe room, Brother Han won't make a night visit right ?" Liu Shuang slightly teased Han Sen.
