The Steel Centipede did have a strong defense, but because he underestimated his enemy Han Sen was finally able to create an opportunity by providing a soul force attack.
"It's not enough... The Heavenly Dragon Soul Roaring Technique." Han Sen roared loudly and waves of extremely powerful soul force bombarded the Steel Centipede.
The Heavenly Dragon Soul Shadow was clearly visible and the Steel Centipede felt an incredible pressure. Han Sen could not defeat him in a power struggle, but by messing with the Steel Centipede's mind this would create an opportunity in his attack.
