Chapter 20: Anita becomes absentminded

When Gevariel passed by, he saw her, and the corners of her lips were slightly raised.

At the time, Grace said, "Let me introduce our new personnel director, Johan! Come on, Johan, introduce yourself!"

Gevariel smiled inwardly.

Akness' father was a kind and wise man, but why would he marry a woman like this?

He shook his head, wouldn't talk to her, and walked towards the gate.

"Stop!" Ratna shouted, "What are you going to do? If you don't stop, I'll call security to expel you!"

"After I got divorced, I bought a house in the Nature Regency Complex, and now I live here. Any issues?" Gevariel glanced at him while saying.

"Huh?" Ratna was silent for a moment.

First, Gevariel's statement left him a little surprised. His natural reaction was, how could he have the money to buy a house here? His monthly salary would not be enough to buy a house here, and secondly, he did not expect Gevariel to dare to talk to him like that.
