Chapter 20 Late

Angga arrived at the city station at twelve noon. Right according to the schedule, he immediately searched for a taxi online through the application. But the strange thing is, even though he had booked long enough via the application, the online taxi they hoped, was not obtained. There is not even an online taxi driver who wants to accept the order.

"Damn, I forgot to ask Yono to pick us up. That place is far from civilization, surely no one wants to take us to the village of Herly."

"Why I was so careless today, I should have been able to focus more, so that this kind of incident, need not happen to us."

"What if I can't get a vehicle right now, the signal in Herly's village isn't good, and it's twelve o'clock, is it possible that he'll pick us up?"

Angga grumbled to himself, the young man felt ridiculous, as he did not contact Herly first. Om Bandi saw the body language of Angga who looked agitated, he then invited Angga to find a restaurant for lunch break, and looking for information on the nearest car rental.

Meanwhile Angga still keeps trying to contact Herly, and Yono. He asked Bandi to wait for a while, until he could work on a transpotation for them.

"Have we not looked for lunch first, maybe we can find car rental information at the restaurant, if we can not also, yes, we had to stay overnight here."

"Tomorrow early in the morning, then we look for transportation to your friend's village. You still remember the route to the village, don't you?"

Angga was surprised, he only realized that he did not really remember the direction to the village of Herly. Angga's mind was muddled, he was confused as to how this time was. Om Bandi then persuaded Angga to find a nearby restaurant.

The lady could not refuse anymore. He was forced to follow the advice of om Bandi to find a stall, the young man's stomach was already hungry, so they decided to look for a stall or restaurant nearby.

After walking quite far out of the station, they found one restaurant that was quite crowded around the station. After ordering food, Angga sat by the window while trying to contact Herly and Yono.

At two in the afternoon, Angga's mobile phone finally rang. Yono's voice sounded on the other end of the phone. They immediately communicated intently, and Angga was relieved that Yono was on his way to the city station. He promised to pick up Angga within an hour.

"Finally we'll be picked up. Yono Herly's driver asked us to stay here, waiting for him."

"Ok.. thank God, I thought we wouldn't be able to get there, thankfully your friend picked up the phone, so we don't have to get lost."

Om Bandi was pleased with the news. The man then ordered a snack and two cups of coffee, asking the owner of the restaurant to stay there longer, as they were waiting for an invitation.

As Yono promised, at exactly three in the afternoon, the car that Yono was driving, parked in front of the restaurant. He immediately went in and saw Angga had just finished the restaurant bill.

The young man of the village swiftly helped Angga put their luggage into the trunk. But then Angga was surprised, as he saw Ryo and Jaka were in the car.

"Why are you two here, where are you going?"

"We go first No, I'll tell you everything, but now we're looking for lodging around here."

"You won't be able to reach the village before magrib, so just follow my words. I promise, when we get to the inn, I'll tell you everything that's going on in the village."

Yono then led them to a inn. Angga who can't wait to hear the information of Ryo and Jaka, then invite them to sit in the caffetaria that is beside the inn. Meanwhile, Bandi went to the reception desk to order three rooms.

"Tell me now what happened there, why did you get here, and good, what happened to the boy, why aren't you with him?"

Jaka and Ryo look at each other, then Jaka asks that Ryo talk about what happened in the village this morning.

"Look, I wanted to apologize to you first, because we left Good with Herly there. But frankly, this is not our will, Good who decided to stay in the village accompanied Herly."

Whereas in the other room, Ryo and Jaka were still chatting about the incident that befell them today.

Although Ryo and Jaka are still traumatized, and afraid to return, the two friends finally decide not to go back to Jakarta, and instead want to return to the village together with Angga.

"Although it sounds silly, but I will come with Angga Jak, if you want to go home tomorrow morning please, I just want to ask for help, if later we do not return safely, then, please convey my apology to your mother."
