Chapters 16. Chief Servant
Kyler explains everything that happened that day to Gilmer, even though he knows that his master knew the truth. Gilmer was quite calm hearing that straight from Kyler's mouth. He felt his daughter was in the escort of the right person.
“Good work, Kyler. I trust my daughter to you,” Gilmer said as he patted Kyler on the shoulder several times.
Inwardly Kyler was laughing at the naivety of the middle-aged man who easily believed him. He is determined to do his best to get more attention and trust so that he can easily achieve his goals.

Not long after that he came out of Gilmer's study and was about to head to his room. However, while passing through the kitchen where there was a road that could connect to the back villa where the workers and bodyguards were, Kyler was stopped by someone.

“Not this week.” Kyler answered what it was.
Hearing Kyler's reply, the woman frowned. He felt something strange about the answer.
