The men who had just got out of the car immediately hit the man who was holding Edward while another man pulled out a firearm from behind his black suit.
Without hesitation, the man fired his firearm at the man holding Edward right in his head.
"Dor!" The man immediately fell down and Edward fell on his body because the man immediately died in that place as well.
The sound of a firearm eruption that was so loud made residents there scatter out to see what happened.
The quiet housing suddenly became crowded and the residents there began to panic when they saw the dead man lying on the street.
Some residents there started calling the police to report the incident there.
The man holding Anne escaped immediately and saw his partner shot dead.
The men were directly chasing after the fleeing person and left the place just like that.
Samantha stood with a pale face as she watched the man carrying Edward fall on the street covered in blood.
He had no idea where the men were coming from and he also had no idea why the man who had just got out of the car shot the man who was about to kidnap Edward.
But that was not the case, Edward was lying with the man covered in blood and unconscious.
Quickly, Samantha ran towards Edward and carried him.
"Dear Edward, wake up!" call katakutan.
Samantha shakes Edward's body and cries to see Edward unconscious.
"Darling, wake!" call again.
As Edward did not respond to his call, Samantha immediately got up and took Edward in her arms.
Samantha ran quickly while crying in search of a taxi.
He didn't care about his feet being sore because he was running barefoot, he panicked when he saw Edward and forgot to wear footwear.
Samantha continued to hug Edward's small body and continued to cry while in the taxi she stopped by force.
The taxi was carrying passengers and did not stop when he saw Samantha waving her hand.
But Samantha suddenly stood in front of the taxi so that the taxi stopped suddenly.
He was forced to do so out of concern for Edward's circumstances, the car did not slow down as he waved his hand and Samantha knew it would not stop.
So he was forced to risk stopping the taxi by standing in the middle of the road for the taxi to stop.
He also begged the passengers to understand, Samantha continued to cry and begged the taxi driver and passengers so they felt sorry.
The taxi passenger understood and let Samantha board the taxi for the hospital.
When he arrived at the hospital, Samantha ran quickly into the hospital, she also threw money that happened to be there without seeing him again.
He quickly ran and called the doctor when he arrived at the hospital.
"Doctor.doctor..help my son!" his yell.
A nurse and a doctor on duty approached her with a bed they were carrying.
Samantha immediately laid Edward on the bed carefully.
"What's going on?" ask the doctor.
"I don't know!" he answered while crying.
The doctor and nurse immediately pushed Edward into the emergency room.
Samantha wanted to follow them in but the nurse held her back and closed the door to the room.
Samantha could only cry and sit on the chair with a feeling of fear.
"Oh my God, save Edward." he murmured softly.
Suddenly the nurse ran out of the room in panic.
Samantha's face grew pale, she was eager to see what was going on inside but was not allowed.
He could only cry and pray in his heart, for him Edward was everything, his life and his future.
Not long after that the nurse came back again with a doctor who looked older than the doctor.
They went inside quickly and a few moments later Samantha could hear the panicked voices of the doctors inside.
"Hurry up, get his heart drive" a doctor shouted.
"One..two.began." heard another doctor's voice.
Samantha's knees instantly went limp when she heard that, actually what happened to Edward?
A few minutes like hell to her when she heard the sounds inside there that sounded scary, Samantha quivered in fear and her body slumped on the floor because her legs could not support her body anymore.
He could only curl up on the floor, hug himself and cry as the frightening shadows kept spinning in his head.
Not long after the older doctor came out of the room and at the sight of him, Samantha immediately stood up and went straight to the doctor.
"Doctor, what about my son?" ask her in panic.
"Relax madam, your son is fine." the doctor tried to calm him down.
Hearing that Samantha breathed in relief.
"But may we know what happened?" ask the doctor.
"I don't really know, when I came out of the house a man put something on his nose and Edward was unconscious" she explained.
The doctor understood.
"It's a good thing to be taken quickly because if it's a few minutes late we might not be able to help it anymore."
Samantha's heart is like being squeezed to hear it.
"Doctor mean?"
"Look, it looks like your child was given a very dangerous drug. Your child is already inhaling too much of the medicine and it is very dangerous for his body. Moreover, your child is still a child and the drug can cause death and heart failure.B As you know, your child is almost heart failure." explained the doctor.
Samantha was struck by lightning, if she had been late?
"Ja.so..what about Edward?" ask with fear.
"Just calm down, he's past his critical period. Now we can only wait for him to be aware of the drug's influence." explained the doctor again.
"Thank you, can I come in?" tanyakanya.
The doctor replied with a nod.
Samantha immediately pushed the door open impatiently, eager to see Edward.
When the door opened another doctor was putting a hose in Edward's nose and the nurse was helping him.
Samantha stood at the door of the room like a mannequin, deeply saddened by what Edward had experienced.
"Mrs, don't worry. Your child is fine." comfort the nurse.
Samantha could only smile bitterly, and the nurse and doctor immediately came out of the room when they had finished installing the necessary tools in Edward's body.
Samantha approached Edward and cried when she saw him lying on the bed. Why is his fate so unfortunate? Who would do this to children?
