Nine months later.
At half-twelfth night Sarah felt something different about her body. His body feels very sad. He went back and forth the bathroom and the only thing out was urine.
"Is it time for me to give birth?" He checked the delivery time.
"It's still two days, but it could be faster, right? It hurts so much." Sarah grimaced, her stomach crumpling.
"Mas Gala I have to call him." Sarah grabs her cell phone and calls her husband. The call was connected but no one picked up.
"He must have been exhausted after a day of reviewing live projects. So he's sleeping good." Sarah abandoned her intention to call Gala a second time.
Two days ago Gala was out of town to review the construction directly there and this afternoon Gala had called Sarah while still in the field.
"Sir Mentari, I have to call him." Sarah immediately dialed Mentari's number. Same with Gala. The woman did not pick up her phone call nor did her mother.
"It seems like everyone is taking mass sleeping pills so no one can be bothered tonight." Sarah looks upset.
"I have to take it upon myself, may Allah enable me." Sarah could only stand up. Want to wake Tama but not good because it will disturb the sleep in-laws.
So Sarah decided not to wake anyone as long as she could still endure the pain.
The woman tried to lie down who knows in such a position can make her stomach comfortable.
"Don't be born now, baby born tomorrow" said Sarah while stroking her stomach.
"Aw sick dear." Sarah felt her stomach being kicked even stronger.
"I'm strong, I'm strong" Sarah said, taking a breath and exhaling slowly.
"Huft, huft, huft." Sarah was agitated, pacing around in the room. Every time he felt pain he immediately glanced at the clock.
"How long does it take to be noon." Sarah complained because time seemed to move so slowly.
"Go home!" sarah exclaimed as she squeezed her stomach which was really sick.
The clock has shown at 4 am and the dawn prayer was reverberating.
"I pray no? But I've been removing fluids mixed with blood it seems like it's not okay" murmured Sarah.
Sarah sat down crouching as her stomach felt intense pain.
"I have to call aunt." Sarah doesn't want to take any chances if no one knows how she is. He does not want anything unwanted to happen to both the baby and himself because the longer the pain is more excruciating.
When reaching for his phone it turned out that his phone vibrated first.
"Mas Gala?" Sarah smiled happily when she saw the contact named Mr. Gala calling himself. Yes although Sarah's call to Gala has changed with Mas, but still Sarah kept her husband's number with the name 'Pak Gala'. For Sarah the call had its own memories.
"Hello honey, what's calling me at night? Sorry just saw the phone now because last night I fell asleep so I didn't hear a phone call from you."
"Sickness!" ringis Sarah's.
"Why you, baby? What pain? Why didn't you say you were sick this afternoon?" Gala sounded panicked.
"My stomach is, it looks like our baby is about to be born. Auw, ouch."
"What! Wanna give birth? All right, I'm home now." Gala grabbed her jacket and took her car keys and briefcase and ran to her parked car.
The suitcase with the clothes he left in the room. Let him ask the man who will take care of everything.
Arriving at Gala's car immediately drove the car quickly.
"Pa please take care of Sarah first, Gala is still on her way home."
"Why rush like this Gala? You can come home later in the afternoon or evening and be there with Nak Sarah?"
"Papa doesn't know, Sarah wants to give birth to Pa. So please take him to the hospital because if you wait for Gala to come it might take a long time. Gala will call her obstetrician first to get ready immediately."
"Well Gala, papa will soon take Nak Sarah to the hospital."
"Thank you Pa."
Gala immediately closed her phone call to Tama and switched to calling the obstetrician who handles Sarah.
"Okay Doc thank you very much."
Done calling Gala tightened the pace of her car back.
"Sarah, Sarah why didn't you tell me the hell?" Gala did not understand why Sarah did not want to ask for help from people around her first because she was in a long distance.
"Sarah's sister we're going to the hospital right now, please carry her!"
The aunt was wide-eyed, it felt like she would not be strong to hold Sarah's body.
"No, Sarah will walk."
Aunt nodded and pulled Sarah out. After arriving at the car, Tama immediately drove his car fast on the road.
"Be careful, sir, don't speed like this." The maid warned.
"Forced Bik. Auntie wants Sarah to give birth in the car? A aunt can handle that until it happens?"
"No sir."
"Yes, don't protest! You see that Sarah is in a lot of pain" Tama said, looking up at the restless Sarah from the rearview mirror.
"Yes, sir."
"Non Sarah is patient, later if it comes out it will definitely feel plong."
"Tissue sticks!" pinta Sarah's. Sweat had soaked all over her body, the only woman was just hoping not to give birth in the car as Tama said earlier. If that happens Gala could be angry with him.
Auntie also helped wipe Sarah's sweat.
"It doesn't feel like Sarah is strong. Like something's pressing and wanting to get out."
"Non Sarah mean?"
"I'm like going to poop Bik. Is that a sign the baby is coming out?"
"Sir how is this? What if Non Sarah was born here?" The aunt followed in a panic.
"Then get ready bibik become a midwife suddenly," said Tama.
"Master!"
"Well, don't protest so much that it bothers me to drive."
"Good sir."
