Chapters. 1. Suddenly Widow

Ardi wakes up earlier than usual. Savitri's wife was still asleep next to him. Seeing the face of his wife who was asleep, Ardi made her anxious. She then kissed Savitri's face. Savitri who felt his sleep disturbed and changed his sleeping position tilted back to her husband. Ardi did not want to stop, he kissed the nape of his wife.

“Pa.... still sleepy me...” Savitri said with her eyes closed.

“Wake up yuk...nih little sister wake up..” said Ardi endlessly kissed his wife.

“Pa.. “ said Savitri brushed off Ardi's hand which had spread to where.

“Bentar aja Ma, hunt Reni wake up.” said Ardi while continuing to act while Savitri who got an attack in the morning just resigned. But arrived....

“Maaaaa... pee...” cried Reni who slept in a separate small bed still in the same room.

Hearing the cry of Reni the youngest child who was three years old Savitri hurriedly rose from his sleep. Savitri walked quickly towards Reni's bed. Savitri then held Reni whose eyes were still closed and then took her to the bathroom.

“Kok not given pempers only.” muttered Ardi while rubbing his face with roughness.

“May Reni fall asleep again after peeing.” Ardi murmured again still hoping to get good morning from his wife.

“Papa... let's haalan halan in the tomblek.. “ shouted Reni with a loud voice while running from the bathroom and then pulled Ardi's hand. Savitri who was behind Reni smiled happily.

“Ayo Pa... tebuyu ciang..” said Reni while pulling Ardi's hand.

“Ayo Pa, take Reni road in the complex. I woke up Reno and helped mbak Lastri nyiapin breakfast.” Savitri said while giving the bed.

Ardi finally stood up and obeyed his little daughter's desire for a morning sports street in the housing complex. Savitri leaves his room to wake up his first child Reno, who is already in the first grade of Elementary School. And then help his housekeeper to prepare breakfast.

Some time later after all finished doing their personal activities now they are ready at the dinner table. Reni and Reno sat in a special child's chair.

“The correct school is... don't be naughty.” said Ardi while squatting to align his head with Reno's head. Then kiss Reno's forehead.

“Iya Pa.” replied Reno then kissed the back of her papa hand. Ardi got up and took his briefcase and walked out of the house. Ardi rode his motor sport either to be faster if stuck in traffic or so his car was used by his wife to take his son to school.

Meanwhile Savitri gives Reni to Lastri.

“Ma atu itut te cetoyah...” said Reni.

“Reni at home only Mama ga lama.” replied Savitri while gently rubbing Reni's head.

“Ma.. anter use car yes.. Papa works on his motorbike.” cried Reno at the door.

“That's itut Ma.. Atu itut.. tan pate mobi mom ndak yepot.” shouted Reni.

“Ya has come.. hunt noon.” Savitri said then take again Reni from the sling mbak Lastri.

“Da.... Mba Lati.. da. da.“ shouted Reni as she waved her hand at Lastri.

Savitri walked to his car and Reno got in and sat in the seat behind the wheel. Savitri sat Reni in the front seat next to the steering wheel and next he sat in the steering wheel. Savitri starts the car engine and runs the car with a heart.

After driving Reno to school, Savitri and Reni immediately return home. During the trip Reni always chattering. And arrived when at the red light there was an ambulance passing at high speed.

“Iya dear...” replied Savitri

Savitri then accelerated the car and a few minutes later the car had arrived in front of their house. When Savitri got out of the car, came Arya brother Ardi riding a motorcycle at high speed.

“Arya if you ride the motor do not speed let alone have entered in the housing complex, dangerous.” Savitri said while riding Reni.

“Kak.. Bang Ardi's... Bang Ardi accident.” said Arya looked panicked.

“Come now to the hospital.. Savitri's brother was contacted by the police but was not appointed.” said Arya next

Savitri who was still carrying Reni beside his car just stood looking.

“Kak, let's hurry Reni was signed lastri first.” said Arya then shouted calling mbak Lastri.

Pastri Mbak can be seen running in a row from inside the house still wearing an apron on his body.

“Reni joined lastri first, Papa is sick little children should not go to the hospital.” said Arya while gently rubbing Reni's head.

Some neighbors in the complex who heard Reni's crying voice and Arya's screams called for Pastri to be seen exiting the house and coming at them. Anisa the front neighbor of the house that was near Reni then took over Reni from the sling lastri.

“Titip Reni was Tan.” Savitri told Anisa while wiping her tears. Anisa nodded her head. Reni was crying in Anisa's arms.

“Iya Kak, I happen to have a holiday later I pick up Reno as well.” Anisa said while stroking elus Reni to give peace.

“Sabar Kak... hopefully bang Ardi well well both..” said Anisa next and here are some people who are around her.

Savitri then got into the car while Arya had already entered and sat in the steering wheel. The car left the house to go to the hospital.

Arriving at the hospital Arya and Savitri walk quickly to the ICU room that has been infused on them.

They were both allowed into the room by the nurse. Ardi lay with his eyes closed in bed with several medical devices around him.

Seeing her husband with a body that looks intact and does not look severe wounds Savitri look relieved.

“Pa... Bang...” said Savitri and Arya simultaneously. Ardi's eyes opened slowly and then his lips smiled.

“Ma.... “

“Ya... take care of the child yes..” said Ardi very slowly and so on his eyes again closed. The nurse in the room panicked when she saw the medical device showing signs of an emergency. They act immediately.

The nurse was busy taking action. Savitri and Arya cry and call Ardi. Not long after, the doctor came and took immediate action. But not long after

“Sorry we have tried but fate willed another.” said Doctor.

“Dok, my husband's body intact the doctor may have tried to check again..” cried Savitri.

“Sorry Mom, look at this part that got a bump.” said the Doctor turned over Ardi's blanket which showed Ardi's body part that got a hard bump.

“Organin ...” said the doctor has not continued because Savitri has collapsed. Fortunately Arya who was nearby was on standby. Arya then takes Savitri outside the room. While the nurses take care of Ardi's body.

Not long after, some relatives also came to the hospital. Including Ardi's parents. They were all crying for Ardi's sudden departure.

Savitri and Mama Ardi embrace each other to give each other strength. The two of them then get into the ambulance that will bring Ardi's body to his house. Arya's car and other relatives' cars were driving behind the ambulance.

Not long after they had arrived at the housing complex, Ardi's house had been installed tents and many people had come.

“M..... Papa... “ cried Reno running towards the ambulance that stopped. Then Reno's tears broke because she understood the name of death. Savitri and Omanya Reno hug Reno while crying. Savitri actually wanted to not cry so Reno could calm down but he could not. Relatives and neighbors around him also shed tears.

The body was then brought into the house. More and more mourners are coming. Ardi's good friends, school friends, coworkers and playmates look a lot coming.

After all the procedures and ceremonies for the release of the body were carried out, then the body was taken to the cemetery. Savitri always hugged Reno who was nearby. While Reni was always in the sling of Anisa who also always stood near Savitri. Arya and her parents are also Savitri's parents not far from Savitri.

There was one man among the mourners of Ardi's friend who always stole the sight of Savitri.
