Chapter 25. Letter of resignation

That night, without Nafa's consent, Ravi made a resignation letter that was sent directly through someone to the office where Nafa worked. Ravi doesn't want Nafa to deal with any men. Even with his boss.

Acting as usual, that's what Ravi is currently doing. Let Nafa dress up and get ready to go to work.

"Well, Mom, is this the way to your office?" Nafa turned to look at Ravi, looking at her in wonder. Shouldn't Ravi have taken her first? But Ravi only answered Nafa's question with a smile.

Nafa began to calm down. The clock is at half eight in the morning. While the journey to his place of work still takes approximately fifteen minutes more.

"Mas, I could be late. You should have said it if you couldn't catch me. I'll be able to take a taxi" Nafa was really upset at the time. But he could only complain inwardly.

"From today, you no longer have to work. I've sent a letter of resignation to your office." Ravi replied without looking. His eyes remained straight ahead.

"I mean how? What is the resignation letter?" Nafa was still not satisfied hearing Ravi's reply. He wanted Ravi to explain more to him.

"I've sent your resignation letter to your office. That means, you no longer need to come to that office. Just accompany me and wait for me to come home like I used to." Said Ravi while looking at Nafa for a moment. Then refocus his eyes on the road.

"It can't be dong. Even though I'm back, it doesn't mean you can go like this. Appreciate all my business." Pekik Nafa did not accept. Not unwilling to comply but Nafa still has a lot of responsibilities in his office. Moreover, he still did not feel enough to return the favor to Fandi.

"That's enough, I don't want to hear anything anymore. Now I just want you to accompany me. Despite your responsibilities at the company, I'm sure Fandi can handle it." Tukas Ravi along with the car that turned into the office parking area. Nafa could only sigh in resignation. Then followed Ravi walking towards his room.

Not long ago, Nafa was sitting on Ravi's sofa room, Fandi called him. He knows for sure Fandi will question the resignation letter Ravi sent without his knowledge.

Nafa glanced at Ravi, seeing her husband chatting over the phone while staring at the computer screen. Then Nafa answered the phone from Fandi.

'Is this letter from you?' Ask Fandi by phone.

"Emm, yes." That is all Nafa can say.

'I can't believe it! The Nafa I know is not a coward. He dared to face anyone who would stand in his way. He dared to show himself even in the midst of the storm.' Said Fandi with a cynical smile.

"I'm sorry. It's my decision, I've had a good thought." Answer Nafa in the end.

'If that is true, I ask you to come to the office right now. We'll settle our cooperation agreement.' Tukas Fandi then terminated the phone call unilaterally.

Nafa let out a long sigh, as soon as the phone connection was cut off. At that moment, he was very confused. Either go or stay.

However, due to a responsibility, Nafa decides to leave. He got up from his seat and walked closer to Ravi.

"I'm leaving first, there's important business." Without waiting for an answer, Nafa left with half-run steps. Worried that Ravi will change his mind and stop him. Ravi was still chatting seriously with someone when she said she was leaving.

Sure enough, as soon as he realized it, Ravi called out to Nafa and even chased after her. But late, when Ravi just came out of the office lobby Nafa has entered the taxi that immediately drove.

Ravi went back to his room. He picked up the phone he left on the table and called Nafa.

'Yes, ' Nafa replied by phone.

"Where are you going?" He asked, in a hasty voice.

'I'm out for a minute, there's business.'

"Where?" Ravi wants to know.

'Meeting friends. Yes, I will call again.' Reply Nafa then immediately turned off the phone connection.
