Chap 8 - New Students

Author's POV

At school the three friends entered their class. They came very early, even the class was still very quiet.

"Geez, I can't wait!" Amanda told Kevin.

"What patience? Can't wait for your ceremony?" Kevin said he reminded Amanda of the ceremony.

"Oh yeah, it's Monday! Ehh, I brought a hat, didn't I?" Amanda said, panicking. He took his bag out to find his hat.

"Campus!" Said Kevin.

"God, thank goodness the cave has a hat!" Said.

...🌻🌻🌻...

After the ceremony, all the students returned to their respective classes. Kevin and his two best friends.

In class was already noisy with new students whose good looks could not be questioned anymore.

"Hush to silence!! Don't be noisy!" The orders of the female teacher.

"Include me, my name is Kuro Maeda. I hope we can be friends." Kuro said while bowing his body.

"Well, you can sit on an empty bench near him." Said the Master while pointing towards Kenzi.

"Good ma'am, thank you." He said with a smile.

Kuro walked to his seat past Kevin. Then, he sat down next to Kenzi.

"For a long time no see, Kenzi" said Kuro, who was not answered by Kenzi.

The break hour arrived. Not as usual, because Amanda did not go to the cafeteria with her two best friends.

"Kev, Ken, the cave doesn't go to the cafeteria first." he said.

"Why you?" Ask Kevin.

"I don't know, I'm not feeling well. Then the cave went to the UKS" he said, then he walked to the UKS.

".... Yeah, we're going to the cafeteria together" Kenzi asked.

"A. ayok!" Answer Kevin.

Kevin's POV

"Hi, can I sit here?" Ask someone who seems familiar.

"Wait, wasn't he the new student?" My inner.

I shut up for a moment and answered "Yes". Then, he sat down beside me.

"I'm Kuro Maeda, you can call me Kuro. May I know what your name is?" Kuro asked, he smiled at me.

"ah! My name is Kevin Safiro, call me Kevin." Answer me and return her smile.

Then I turned to look at Kenzi, his gaze looking very sharp and intimidating. I got goosebumps looking at it.

"Oh, yes. Kuro this is Kenzi, he's my best friend." I introduced Kuro to Kenzi.

"I know." Answer Kuro. Wait, does he know where Kenzi is from? Does he know Kenzi?

"Wait...what?" Ask me confused.

"I mean I've been acquainted with her in class. Aye right?" Kuro said, he glanced at Kenzi.

"Yes" he answered briefly.

Me and Kuro talked about a lot of things. He is a very friendly and sociable person. I think we have a lot in common.

Without feeling the bell has rung, the sign is that all students must return to their respective classes. I went with Kuro and Kenzi. But, why do I feel that Kenzi is becoming more reserved?

In class, Amanda kept watching me.

I who felt noticed also asked, "Why do you think I keep on?" Ask Amanda.

"Are you cheating?" Said Amanda was behind it.

"cheating? Cheating what? Not a girlfriend yet!" My word.

"Hahh... You know what? The cave to the cafeteria wanted to follow you, but I was instead writhing at the sight that made my heart ache." Said Amanda.

"Huh?"

"Lu know what? The cave was observed by Kenzi, he had a sad cake on his face. Her Lu also shakes her up. Kasian any*ng" Amanda explained.

Suddenly I felt bad for Kenzi. I like it, but why would I hurt him?

"Back later, I have to apologize to Kenzi." My inner.
