Lena also shook her head so that she realized from her dirty fikran against a handsome man who was now bowed holding his cellphone. He continued to walk until the table which is now being sat by Bara.
"It's been a while?" said Lena and she was sitting in a chair facing Bara.
"Not really, we'll order some food first." Bara also waved his hand to call the cafe waiter.
After the cafe waiter came and recorded all the food orders Lena also Bara, now they are silent in each other's minds. Bara, of course, is still thinking about Aditya's health which is making him dizzy until his appearance is like today. For Bara, an Aditya is not only his best friend but a brother who is always there for him even when he is down. Then it can not be paid if later Aditya to be unhelpful, whatever will be life without a brother who so dear to him.
"What are you going to talk about?" lena asked breaking the silence between the two of them. From the first he entered the cafe and was surprised by Bara's unusual appearance, Lena suspects that Bara is currently facing a severe problem. Because Bara could not usually argue with him since then he just kept quiet and his eyes blank.
"We'll talk about it after we eat." Not long after the waiter came and served all the food they had ordered. And then they ate without a single sound.

"Listen I've never played the woman behind you even though our status is fiancee but our relationship is somehow not what it looks like, but I'm not the man you think I am."
"Well what's the problem? you look so messed up and frustrated."
"Adithya." His speech was flat but his gaze was sad.
"Why him?" lena's forehead wrinkled not understanding what Bara meant.
"What?" lena half yelled.
"I don't know who else to talk to? he forbade me to talk even to his wife. While the disease must immediately get a good handler before it is too late. What do you think I should do?" He said unconsciously holding Lena's hand.
"It's like a dream to me, Lord Ziana why should all this happen to her. She just revealed that she is very happy to be with her husband. I can't think either." Lena bowed she did not expect what her best friend was facing at this time was so heavy.

"Sister Aditya passed out we have to get there right away."
Without asking much more they both ran and got into Bara's car because he always carried his doctor's equipment wherever he went just to watch - take care if something like this happens.
As soon as she arrived at the VIP room where Ziana and Aditya had lunch, Ziana was seen crying hugging her husband who was on her lap. Immediately Bara did an examination and not long after the ambulance came because it was on the way Bara called the sick rumh to come to the restaurant where Aditya was unconscious.
The nurse deftly takes Aditya into the gurney and encourages him to get into the ambulance. Ziana also came in to accompany her husband.
The nurses were accompanied by instructions from the Bara doctor to immediately do first aid, by pairing oxygen to Aditya. Ziana who did not understand what was happening only cried to see her silent husband helpless like this. She continued to hold her husband's hand as if giving strength so that he quickly realized.
The ambulance drove at full speed and penetrated the hustle and bustle of the streets with the sound of a loud siren ambulance. Once in the hospital courtyard, doctors have stood up to welcome Aditya's gurney and with the nurses pushed to the Emergency Installation to get immediate treatment.
Lena and also Bara who followed from behind immediately approached Ziana who was crying and walked like a confused person in front of the IGD room. Lena immediately embraced Ziana's body, giving her most comfortable place for her fragile best friend.

"You have to be strong for him" Bara said.
"What actually happened? I'm sure there's something I don't know." Ziana looked at Bara and Lena alternately with a probing glare.
"It turns out I'm the only one who doesn't know what's going on right now, you all cover it up from me. Why?" ziana shouted because of the overflow of disappointment so deep, she felt lied to by everyone.
