129. Defeating the Ghost Mannequin

"Kei watch out!!" Zuka Exclamation. Kei looked over, but it was too late. A few rocks pointed at him and directly hit him, making the young man lose control and fall.

"DOR!!" Zuka ran towards Kei, but the mannequin immediately confronted her.

"Where are you going, boy?" He said while smiling kindly. His hands he stretched out, preventing Zuka from passing.

Zuka clucked in annoyance. He was irritated by the friendly smile of the astral figure, which was inversely proportional to his attitude. Somehow like the Aven when still controlled race Inimicus.

Zuka quickly put away that thought. He refocused with the magic circle that began to appear before him, preparing to re-attack the spirit beast.

Meanwhile, Kei tried to get up. He sat leaning against the tree trunk while cleaning the dust that was stuck on his body. Reflexes he holds his own head. That word... Just like the coach said before.

A time where he and his other brothers were in a sad and tormented time. A bad memory that I don't even want to remember.

His heart was beating when the memory returned. He thought he had completely forgotten about it. "No... Why would... Gotta be now..." Lirih.

The wind blew irregularly around Kei, a sign of his emotions starting to stabilize.

"You can't even protect anyone else. You coward who can only avoid!" The ghost mannequin.

Kei rounded his eyes. His hands clenched strongly. He hates anyone saying that.

Memories of his past are re-emerging. He hated it when he remembered it. "No... I'm not a coward..." Lirih Kei's.

On the other hand Zuka can feel the pressure of magic getting bigger with her magic. Strong but irregular pressure. This must have been related to Kei's bad memories.

"Let's! Don't listen! You can beat him. You're not a coward!" Zuka Exclamation.

Yep... It's just the past. He can't keep getting stuck with those bad memories.

Meanwhile Zuka uses her magic to fight back. A magic circle was formed in front of her, which then gave rise to a sword with a golden-coloured handle with a light blue and white crystal decoration.

Zuka tried to slash at that astral figure. With one stroke, the body. The mannequin was destroyed, but it did not take long to re-integrate again, as if nothing had happened to him. Zuka clucked in annoyance. It's really troublesome.

Inevitably he had to look for the weakness of the creature, to prevent it from regenerating and uniting its body again after being destroyed.

The spring!

The tring!

Slash by slash Zuka directed the mannequins. The mannequin's hands, legs were cut off, but soon they were fused together, making Zuka even more upset.

"DADH!! IT REALLY SUCKS!!" Shouts of emotion. "Take care of you Zion.. Because it makes me face to face with this annoying creature!" Continue grumbling.

"Why deck? Tired already? You better just give up. Okay?" The man said with a warm smile making Zuka's hands tremble slightly. There was not even a hint of fear or anger on the mannequin's face. His face that hinted at warmth was precisely what made Zuka look doubtful.

The smile that the creature showed, made Zuka's intention to kill him begin to fade. His eyes fell, looking at his own two clenched hands.

But the loss of Zuka's concentration becomes a fatal mistake for her. Quickly the mannequin gripped Zuka's body and lifted her up.

"Akhs! Unhand me!" Zuka's screams tried to rebel.

"I'll let go. But on one condition, your body becomes mine. So, I don't have to worry about my limbs breaking again." He said with a smile.

Zuka's eyes are rounded. Yes, ghost mannequins, as ghosts can possess others.

"Don't hope! Quickly let go of me!!" Reject Zuka while trying to escape.

"No ak-"

Wush!

The figure's hand was cut off which made Zuka fall down. Luckily, Zuka was able to land safely.

The wind blew fiercely around the body of a young man who was staring intently. Her sky blue iris looked sharply glistening. His hands clenched strongly.

"You're back on... I thought you were home. It's night already." The man said as he smiled warmly towards Kei.

"Going home? Hah, you think I'm weak and will just leave my partner behind?" Kei walked closer. The wind that was blowing around him exerted a pressure that was strong enough even as if it became sharp and was able to scratch the trees and make some objects attached to the body of the figure start to crash.

"[Wind magic: typhoon disc]!" A blue magic circle appeared before Kei and instantly launched a disc made of wind with a slight mixture of blue.

Frequently!

The figure's hand was cut off. Kei then moved his hand controlling the disc. Zuka who saw that was quite surprised.

"So that's the wind element controller's ability..." Mumbled Zuka slowly.

But the mannequin reunited his body like before. Zuka watched Kei's every attack that hit the figure. He realized that the only part that was not in Kei was his head.

True, from the beginning he did not even scratch the head of the mannequin. "Let's!! Go after the head!!" Zuka Exclamation. Kei directly pointed his disc towards the figure's head. And sure enough, the figure was as if trying to protect her.

Don't shut up, Zuka helped. He controlled the mana around him, pulling every item that fell from the figure, making him unable to fuse again.

The figure began to growl in annoyance. When the opportunity arose, Kei quickly threw his disc, splitting the mannequin's ghost head.

All the objects near the mannequin stopped moving along with the body of the fallen figure.

Ghost mannequin defeated.

Kei eliminated his disc. He took a deep breath and slightly held it. "WE SUCCEEDED!!! YUHUU!!!" yelled Kei as loud as he jumped. Zuka herself was astonished and closed her ears. Afraid his eardrum is broken.

But in his heart he was also grateful of his end they succeeded.
