Today is the first time Allan has set foot in May-Day's headquarters in years.

All staff and employees in the lobby turned their heads when the boss entered the building. Some of them immediately greeted and saluted, some only dared to stare with admiration from a distance. He talked for a while with some of the staff.

“Pak, will be ten o'clock. Soon the meeting begins,” said Mr. Ardan who stands behind Allan.

Not wanting to linger, he immediately entered the elevator that would take him to the top floor. This morning there will be a meeting about marketing techniques that will be led directly by Allan.

Several company executives and marketing staff, including Desta, were waiting in the meeting room. They stood up as soon as Allan entered the room. Desta paled instantly, but tried to hide his awkwardness.

“Good morning everyone,” greet Allan with a friendly and thin smile.

“Good morning, Sir,” answer them simultaneously.

The meeting began, Mr. Ardan opened the meeting with a speech and explained some things about the company's latest products.

As the leader of the marketing team, Desta also appeared to open the presentation well and stunning, although inwardly really nervous and worried.

Allan was aware of Desta's actions, but he was quite impressed. It is true Mr. Ardan said that Desta has high loyalty to the company and its performance is not in doubt, regardless of his personality which is considered by Allan is not good.

Allan opened his voice afterwards.

“Our goal of presenting May-mil Premature is as a solution. When the main problem of some underprivileged parents is the high price of formula milk products for babies born prematurely, then May-Mil Premature comes as a solution, presenting the best products at affordable prices,” clear Allan.

“But, Sir ... Is the May-Mil price not too low? Production costs are not comparable to sales prices,” said a director.

Allan smiled. “Pak Iksan, back to the vision and mission of May-Day. This company I did not set up just to reap as much profit. But as a form of concern for the world of health, especially for children. Pressing the price does not mean loss, we still profit without having to strangle consumers.”

Mr. Iksan nodded his head in understanding, as well as a few others.

"May May-Day bring benefits to the people" he said later.

Meeting's over! Allan went to a room followed by Mr. Ardan who walked behind him. Upon arriving in the room, he sat in his great chair.

“Please, Sir.”

Mr. Ardan looked doubtful, seen from his body language. He waited for a while, as if gathering courage.

“Desta has told me everything. Sorry sir, because I just found out about Mr. Allan's problem with Desta. I promoted Desta as a marketing manager because he performed very well in my opinion. But if Mr. Allan disagrees with Desta working for our company, I can lay him off right now.”

Hearing Mr. Ardan's words, Allan only laughed a little. “If the performance is good, why not maintain? Mr. Ardan, my problem with Desta is a personal one. Nothing to do with work.”

“But, Pak—”

“Again it would be unethical if I fired for no reason. We cannot just put forward the ego. Desta's been working well and he deserves the post of marketing manager."

“Pak Allan sure?” asked Mr. Ardan as if in doubt.

“Loh, even ask me. What the hell, Mr Ardan? Kan Pak Ardan himself said Desta has high loyalty to the company. If competent, why not?”

“Hehe ... Yes, Sir.” He scratched his head indistinctly.

“Ya already, tell him to get ready for the appointment of a new manager.”

“Good, Sir.”

Allan glanced at the clockwork direction on his wrist. Time has shown at half-hour one noon. It means it's a break.

“I to musholla first, yes.”

“Please, Mr. Allan.”
