Chapters 14. Smoulder

Morning is back. Kalea's eyes blinked as she felt the sunlight enter her retina. His eyes felt heavy when he wanted to open. Like there's glue sticking.

In fact, Kalea already has enough sleep hours from last night. He said, this morning his body condition improved a little. Kalea forced her eyes to open and sat leaning on the head of the bed.

His head was dizzy from last night. Kalea sighed harshly when she remembered that. Luckily, Kalea still has painkillers that Kalea always consumes after coming into contact with Zoni and feeling pain all over her body.

There are no bad days for Kalea. Every day should be lived well even though the condition of the heart is not fine.

A few hours later, Kalea had arrived in front of Javas' hotel room. Kalea was too late a long time ago because time has now shown at seven. I don't know. Whether Javas has woken up by himself or not. He's just hoping, hopefully Javas's up.

However, hope does not match reality. The room is still very dark. Kalea's legs stepped into the room although still slightly dragged due to pain in the core of her body that is still felt.

"How's this? Apparently, Javas hasn't even woken up. I'm already very late" Kalea said with a panicked face.

In a hurry, Kalea woke Javas up with a slight shout. Not directly close to the side of the bed, Kalea took to open the curtains in the room until the sunlight entered.

"Javas! I woke you up too late. So please, wake up!"

There was no movement from the man that made Kalea exhale tired. He walked over and immediately pulled the blanket that covered Javas' body.

But after that, Kalea regretted and shouted loudly. "AARGH! JAVAS!"

While concerned, it smiles widely with eyes that are still closed. "Why? Shocked huh? So do not just pull," he said in a mocking tone.

Kalea had turned around so as not to see the body of Javas who was only wearing boxer pants. It's not usually Javas sleeps wearing clothes like that.

"You ... Why only wear ... Argh!" Kalea again shouted and urung continued his sentence when he felt his arm being pulled until Kalea collapsed next to Javas. The man laid Kalea next to him.

Kalea's eyes glared sharply. "Don't fuck around!" kalea sweat that actually makes Javas laugh out loud.

"Why is your face pale like that? I'm not your husband who will do it by force" Javas said, and at once, Kalea was sculpting.

'Did Javas know anything?' batin Kalea asked.

"Of course I know. This what? Bite right?" javas said again that made the guts of Kalea instantly fade. Not to mention, Javas is now touching the part of his neck that last night Zoni bit and may leave a scar.

'Can Javas read my mind?'

"Don't think about anything. Rest here. Today I'm comforting you." Javas again voiced because Kalea was silent.

The eyes of the two clashed with each other and Javas could see Kalea's gaze that was so fragile and laden with wounds. "Rest. I don't know what happened to you last night to the point of making your eyes swell. Maybe you just cried all night."

Kalea was silent. Javas knows what Kalea is feeling. But why not her husband? Javas is more attentive than Zoni who never sensitizes.

"Is anyone sick? I'll call doctor—"

"no need. I took the medicine last night to make the pain subside," chased after Kalea before Javas actually finished his sentence.

Javas clucked. "Ck. True allegations. He hurt you again? How long will you stay in a relationship that breaks you down every day?" javas asked and immediately sat down. While Kalea, he wanted to sit down but was immediately prevented by Javas.

"I said rest, Kalea. Try to care about yourself. If you are not the one who loves yourself, who else? Huh uh?" Javas was upset. But at her tone, Kalea could hear a worried tone tucked in there.

At that moment, Kalea was no longer able to stem her tears. She cried without wanting to hold back the sobbing as she had already. Javas was of course surprised by Kalea's reaction. Without waiting any longer, Javas lay down again and hugged Kalea to channel the calm.

"Did my words hurt you?" javas asked feeling guilty.

However, Kalea shook her head and her crying became even more so. He felt overwhelmed that there were still people who cared about him. Kalea returned the hug was no less tight. It feels so comfortable when you have shoulders to lean on and a chest that is ready to hug warmly.

Javas is increasingly confused by Kalea's behavior. He chose silence and would ask it later when Kalea had calmed down.

Eyes that are swollen and red, red nose, with lips that are also swollen due to too much crying. Javas chuckles at that. "Try you to reflect. You'd be surprised to see your own face" ledek Javas who immediately get a blow on his chest.

"Aw! It hurts!" Javas said dramatically as if Kalea's punch was so painful.

Instead of feeling guilty, Kalea was crisp. Javas smiled when he saw that Kalea's smile had returned.

His heart was claustrophobic when he saw Kalea coming in not so good condition. Whoever it is, will know if last night must have happened a bad thing when you first saw the state of Kalea.

Not to mention, the neck of Kalea who appeared to be bitten. I don't know if there's just one sign Javas saw or there's still more to try to cover up.

Given that, Javas again made a sound. "Is there any other mark on your neck?" tanyanya is not filtered.

Kalea glared sharply. "Why is that?" tanyanya did not accept.

"It's possible you got a lot of bites last night. Want me to add more?" ask Javas who immediately got hit hard on the head.

"Band. You'll be late if you keep lying down" said Kalea softly.

Javas shook his head and brought his face closer to Kalea's neck, causing Kalea to hold her breath. Javas' breathing gusts softly swept over his neck and it made his skin bristle.

Later, Javas infuses the bite wound Zoni makes so gently that it creates a strange swish all over Kalea's body.

Kalea sculpts on the spot when kiss for the sake of kiss Javas put there. Kalea should have rebelled because Javas might have done what Zoni did.

However, Kalea was silent. The touch was soft until Kalea intended to close her eyes. Kalea immediately regained her senses as Javas distanced his face and looked at Kalea. His gaze looks soft until Kalea has to swallow saliva.

"Why? Do you feel comfortable? You like that gentle act?" javas asked and foolishly, Kalea nodded slowly.

It made Javas' lips smile. "That means, your body feels safe when it's near me" he said gently with a smile that grew until Kalea could see Javas' eyes narrowed.

"You again? Maybe you'll feel the difference afterwards" asked Javas again and Kalea immediately shook her head.

"no need. I shouldn't have done that because I've already met—"

Kalea was frozen in place with her heart turned back, when Javas suddenly kissed her lips before Kalea finished her sentence.

"Don't mention your status when you're with me. I don't like to hear it." Javas spoke softly until Kalea again nodded obediently.

Kalea's heartbeats become more real when Javas brings the face closer. Kalea closed her eyes and after, she could feel a soft sweep on her lips.

And somehow gaining courage from nowhere, Kalea began to open her lips and return the kiss that morning. A soft kiss but smoldering.
