Kemomong Village
Niko's body discovery

The next day Bagas who had woken up first asked Niko to the others.

“Dit, any see Niko?” ask Bagas.

“Look Mas,” says Adit.

“You Win no see Niko,” ask Bagas back.

“No Bang,” said Edwin.

‘Where is Niko, when I want to ask you something, ' murmured Adit.

Adit also looks for Niko uga to ask others and their answers are the same as Adit and Edwin.

They didn't see Niko this morning.

Bagas took the initiative to call Niko, but Bagas' efforts in vain Niko's mobile phone was near his bed not carried by Niko.

Bagas began to panic, he told the others to find Niko's whereabouts.

“Everything let's gather there's something I want to talk about!” adit shouted to the others.

They all gathered to Bagas.

“Begin today we have a holiday first, there is one team we lost, I ask for help all of you to find the whereabouts of Niko,” said Bagas who ordered the project workers.

“Good Bang,” sahut Edwin.

They all rush out of the mes looking for Niko's whereabouts.

While Bagas, Adit, and Edwin searched together.

“Niko! Niko!” yell Bagas and Edwin.

“Niko you where,” shouted Adit looking for the whereabouts of Niko.

Seven hours have passed the creepy place in the mes they have explored but not seen at all the existence of Niko.

They all start to look tired.

“Mas, all workers are very tired what should we rest first,” Adit advice.

“Tell them to rest Dit, and you two can also rest let me alone find Niko,” said Bagas.

“Don't Mas I come with us as a team, it's hard to be happy that we have done it together,” Adit said.

“Iya Bang I agree with Adit saying I came looking for Bang,” said Edwin.

They also continued the search.

A few minutes have passed and they began to desperately search for the whereabouts of Niko who had not met.

The three of them rested on a shady tree from the heat of the afternoon sun trick.

“Mas what we should report to the police only,” said Adit.

“Free Dit?” sahut Bagas's.

“Free why Bang,?” ask Adit.

“It has not been 24 hours the police will not want to receive our report,” said Bagas.

“Oh yes I forgot, then how is this Mas we've been looking for Niko everywhere but Niko is not there, what is Niko in eating wild animals,” Adit chirps.

“Hust, you if you say it must be careful Dit, we just pray that Niko is fine,” Bagas Advice.

“Ia nih Adit if you say no,” said Edwin who also blamed Adit.

“Let's try to find again, there's a place we haven't been looking for, yes it's in the forest. Niko will not be possible outside this forest because the road is quite far if it is taken on foot. But if in the forest yesterday the place where we buried the bodies may Niko be there,” Bagas who hope.

“Oh yes also true said Brother, let's search there,” said Edwin.

The three of them finally went into the forest where they buried the bodies yesterday.

Arriving there, Bagas found something.

“Adit! Edwin! Try to come here I found something,” said Bagas who shouted calling them both.

“What's Bang?” sahut Edwin's.

“Try seeing I found footprints, and like Niko's footprints,” Bagas said.

“Iya Bang was right, let's follow the footprints immediately,” said Edwin.

“Ayo Mas, come Mas,” Adit said.

The three of them immediately followed the footprints, where the footprints were formed due to yesterday's rain which made the ground in the forest become muddy and soft.

Until finally the footprints passed through the place where they buried the five bodies.

The three of them continued to follow where the footprints had gone until they finally led to the enormous old tree in front of the tree lying Niko who was no longer alive.

“That's Niko, Mas,” point Adit to Niko's body lying in front of a big tree.

The three of them ran over to Niko who was lying on the ground.

But it was sad for the three of them when they saw Niko was no longer alive.

The three of them were sad and crying tightly hugging Niko's body especially Edwin.

“Who would do this Bang! Who's Bang!” edwin shouted that Niko did not accept dying like that.

“What's with all this Bang, why did our friends die one by one Bang?” edwin asked as he hugged Niko's body.

Bagas only silent dumbstruck to see his friend no longer alive, Bagas was confused why everything became like this the events that killed his two good friends.

“Let's take Niko's body to mes,” Bagas command.

The three of them strengthen their hearts to carry Niko's body to mes.

The radiance of sadness as well as the atmosphere of mourning made them all silent while staring at Niko who had been stiffened. His face turned white as if the light of life had gone very quickly.

Bagas stood up and asked his colleagues to put Niko's body in the car.

“Help me lift Niko, we take her to the hospital,” Bagas said.

“For what else Bang? Niko was gone when the doctor brought her back to life. We better contact his family only,” suggested Edwin.

“Then what should we say to his family? Will they believe our testimony? They could even accuse us of killing Niko. We've just taken Niko to the hospital.”

Adit, Bagas, and Edwin raise Niko's body and lay him in the middle seat. Bagas drove his car to a hospital in the city.

A long enough journey they must take, village after village they pass until they go out and enter the big road. Their patience is back in the test, the traffic jams make them feel unsettled. Until they got a turn to pass but they were stopped by some traffic police.

“Good afternoon sir, where are you from?” ask the cop.

“Big bag! Sir can help us our friend behind died,” said Bagas.

The policeman checked and opened the door of Bagas' car.

“This why? And where did you guys end up?”

“We were working on a project in Kemomong village, when this morning our friend disappeared and we found him under a tree in this situation. Sir please help us take him to the hospital!” pinta Bagas's.

“Alright, let me escort you from the front to the hospital,” he said.

The car drove at high speed did not forget Bagas turned on both of his car's penny lights as a sign if the one in the car was an emergency with one policeman escorted by traffic they could quickly arrive to the hospital.

Arriving at the hospital, the nurses on guard were on standby to lower their emergency mattresses. Niko's body was picked up and brought in.

“Why don't you guys call the police first?” ask the cop.

“We were very confused and shocked, when we found Niko we lifted and we brought,” said Bagas.

“You must inform your family, because maybe the hospital will do a visa and other checks.”

“Good Sir.”

Bagas picks up his phone and tries to contact Niko's family, with a long sigh Bagas recounts the chronology of the incident to Niko's mother.

A hysterical cry was heard from the phone, Bagas also sent the hospital address to Niko's mother.
