Lady Rose, His Lover

They continued to move following the footsteps of the motorcycle on that somewhat wet ground. Until the sound of the gunfight draws attention to them all.

His voice sounded right from the middle of the estate, somewhat to the east of where they were now. The group moved cautiously towards the sound of the roar unfolding.

“Continue holding on to me!” Ben reiterated this to his girlfriend.

“Hmm!” Rose nodded with confidence.

Because the sound of the shootout was heard getting closer in their ears all. His voice was as simple as a fierce fight.

Two black shadows began to look united with shady brown trees.

Ben immediately fumbled at his men to dampen the sound of their movements.

Drrta! Drrta!

Ben's phone shook for a second. He took the device from his leather jacket pocket on the inside. Relly sent a message, saying one of their teams was freezing the perpetrator in the middle of the chocolate garden.

Ben saved his phone again. That means right, the two people he was seeing were the perpetrators who had dared to mess up at his headquarters. The man also tightened his jaw.

‘Death to you in my hands!’

His hands then waved over his head, hinting to his men to spread into two groups. One moved westward from the position of the two men. The rest stayed with him.

From the west it looks a bit quiet according to Ben. Those two people could have made that direction a gap to escape. So Ben decided to surround them also from that direction. And himself with a few more people, will be storming from behind. A direction that may be unexpected for both.

“If you are afraid, hide here. I'll be back again after I finish everything,” Ben told Rose. The woman had been holding on to her leather jacket very tightly. Ben thinks if maybe Rose is not ready for this kind of situation.

Rose nodded quickly. “It's okay! Let me stay with you!”

The woman said firmly but also pleaded with her eyes. For that woman, it was better for her to be in a dangerous situation together. Than to be left alone, in a field he knows nothing about.

I don't know what danger will be in her sight. Rose is not alone.

“Alright!”

Although this was his first experience, acting with a woman, he did not mind at all. Because what he brought was the lover he loved so much. The man had already promised himself to look after and protect Rose under any circumstances.

Although sometimes the lover does like to act as he pleases, as now. He was ordered to stay in the room, but instead he was determined to follow.

Ben's hand waved again, now gesturing for the men behind him to move closer towards the two people.

His eyes analyzed if the two people were not random people. Facing a greater number of opponents, those who were just the two had yet to fall down as well. While Ben can see if some of his men have been injured by gunfire from both.

His other men had already moved west according to his direction. He and the others now began to move forward. With a sagging step, they all continued to speed while hiding from behind the tree to the tree.

The remaining five people, one of them kept watch near Ben and Rose. She takes on the task of protecting her big boss and her lover.

Now their distance to the fierce battle was less than fifty meters. Ben raised his hand, ordering his men to stop their steps.

Ben turned on the flash from his phone, then he waved at the leader of the group who was facing the two intruders since then. The man in the cowboy hat wanted to reveal his presence there.

Because the two intruders were behind him, so they couldn't see the signal that Ben was giving.

“Retreat!” his orders to all his surviving men. The injured have been stretchered for treatment.

Some people who were undergoing a relentless firefight also took a step back according to the direction and stopped their shots. Unless the intruder targeted a shot at them.

“Ben!” exclaimed Rose while tugging at Ben's jacket that he had been holding ever since.

“Give me a gun!” he said again after Ben turned to him.

“No!” Ben replied firmly following an aura that was indisputable.

Rose was only able to snort while pursing her lips because of this. But he has no intention. Just in case one of the intruders puts her or her lover in danger, then she will use it.

Rose doesn't know how to use it. But he had seen shooting scenes several times in the film. And that will make it his reference material to learn.

Then, in an emergency like this, isn't it one way to learn as well?! He would be forced to want to not want to use it, right?!

His horror master thought differently. He will protect Rose if her lover is in danger. After all, Rose had never learned and knew about weapons. Ben didn't want to take the risk. Let him move.

The two intruders looked at each other, they looked confused as their opponents suddenly retreated and stopped attacking.  But their hands remained on standby with their weapons, fearing a surprise attack.

But the two also have not realized, if they have been stalked and surrounded from various directions. Because Ben just got another message from Relly, if his assistant had sent several more teams to the location where they are currently.

The gun he held forward. Ben started aiming at one of the intruder's legs. Ben's intention is to knock him out first. To slow down their movement if they want to escape again.

Dor's!

One shot glides the hot lead to the target point that Ben is already key to.

“Aarggh!” One of the intruders groaned painfully while holding his thigh. His black pants were starting to look wet. It seems like blood is starting to seep with a rush.

One reflex turned back. Towards the origin of the shot shot and hit his partner's leg. The weapon he was holding vigilantly.

Dor's!

One shot was fired by the man at Bennyang's men hiding behind a brown tree and a pinch of his clothes was seen by the man's eyes.

Ben's men nodded at him, telling his boss that he was fine.  Because the shot was a little shot and just hollowed out the brown tree where it was hiding.

Rose's hand clutching Ben's jacket tightened the grip, when the loud voice sounded real right in her ear. It really felt like he was doing a scene in an action movie.

And instead of being afraid, the woman even widened her smile as she lowered her head.
